if not then can I request the five wise commanders with a s/o who tries to impress them by learning the stuff they are interested in. (Examples can be like Ryusui’s s/o tried to learn about boats or Chrome’s s/o tries to learn about rocks and tells them the stuff they learned.) Thank you so much for reading and I hope you have a good one!😁

The Art of Science
“What the hell are you wearing?”
“A lab coat.” Senku looked at you incredulously, with one brow raised and his other hand shaking a glass beaker.
“Okay, how the heck did you even get that-“
“Yuzuriha.” Right.
“And why are you wearing it exactly?”
“Because I look good in it and…”
"I've been studying chemistry," You declared, revealing a notebook filled with meticulously recorded observations.
When you hand him the said notebook, you watch his skepticism turn into fascination.
“Kukuku, I’m impressed, it’s right. You wrote down the formulas for everything. Where and when did you get this?”
“See, I actually listened to all of your scientific rants. I thought they were interesting and super helpful, so I wanted to learn.”
Senku blinked, slightly surprised that you had put in the effort to take notes, listen and learn.
“I thought that we could experiment together."
For a moment, he was silent, but then his lips quirk up into a smirk, and he flicked your forehead.
“Alright, what are you waiting for? Come help me then. Show me what you learned.”
“Wait.” Senku was twirled around and handed a lab coat too.
“I got one for you too.” Dumbfounded, Senku didn’t move until you sighed and helped him put it on. Before you went to fix his collar, he came to his senses.
“I can do it myself.” He quickly turned away from you and put it on properly.
"You look good short king."
You had a smug expression on your face.
"Shut up."
You swear he has a little tint of pink on his cheeks, but you decided to not mention it.
“Come on, we got a lot of work to do.” He extended a hand, and you accepted it as if it was the norm.
“I know Einstein.”
The Art of Exploration
“Chrome! Look at what I found!”
“Be careful (Y/N)! Don’t fall down!”
Chrome ran after you as you skipped ahead and jumped into a flowing river.
“(Y/N)!” Chrome was always worried about your safety and well-being, despite the many times where you proved where you were just as strong as him.
“Don’t worry Chrome, it’s not like it’s my first time out with you! Besides, look, I found this cool-looking thing in the water!”
In your hands was an oddly shaped rock, and while the two of you inspected it, neither of you knew what it was. Until you cleaned it a bit more in the river.
A golden exterior shone through its surface.
Almost immediately, you screamed out in excitement.
“Gold! It’s the thing that Senku was looking for right?” Even Chrome was shocked at your luck, before hugging you from behind.
Even though you both were slightly dirty from running away and exploring all day, neither of you minded.
“It’s gold! Amazing! How did you find that so easily?” Chrome was genuinely curious. After all, from his perspective, he simply saw you jump into a river, bend down, and pick up a random rock.
“Um…it’s kind of embarrassing but…” Chrome cocked a head at your hesitation before you blurted out.
“I’VE BEEN LEARNING ABOUT ROCKS!” It was so loud that the world shook around you both.
"because...I want to go with you more when you explore..." Your voice became quieter and quieter, while you fidgetted with your hand.
Chrome watched your face lit up, before you quickly turn around and make a run for it.
“Wait (Y/N)! That’s so cool! Come back!”
Chrome chased you with a giant grin on his face.
He can’t wait to see what you learned, and how, when the two of you go back to his workshop.
Chrome also can’t wait to brag to everyone (especially Senku) how great you are.
The Art of Communication
“Raise.”
“I’ll play with you Genie, call.” The click of chips being pushed to the center. Gen(ie) winked at you.
Genie was nickname for your little boyfriend, why? Well, man can read minds (probably).
The cards are slowly being flipped over as spectators make their own guesses.
“All-in!” Gen pushed up his sunglasses dramatically (as if he was in an anime) and smirked as he turned to you.
“Sorry dear (Y/N), this is my game.”
You stayed silent for a moment, observing Gen from head to toe.
But Gen of course, remains calm, and confident in his hand.
“All-in.”
Gen raises his sunglasses in slight surprise at your bet.
“Dear (Y/N), are you sure?” Gen was slightly worried, after all, you tend to be more on the conservative side when it comes to gambling. He slides his hand over to you, and you put yours on top of his.
“Don’t worry, I know what I’m doing.” You returned his look with a forced smile. Gen whistled, surprised at your sudden bold action.
“Okay, I’m going to flip the last card.” Kohaku flips and the room goes silent.
Then he saw a smirk rose to your lips, and felt your hand intertwin with his.
“You owe me babe.” You hold up his hand while his jaw dropped to the ground.
This was the first you had ever won against him in gambling.
“Finally someone gave Gen a taste of his own medicine.” Ukyo rolled his eyes before snickering.
“Wha-how did you-”
"I thought I'd learn from the best.” You winked and stole his sunglasses, making your beloved stutter even more.
“After all, the mind is the most fascinating puzzle, and yours is the most intriguing of them all." You put on his sunglasses with a smug smirk.
“Damn, that was cringe.” Senku commented, which received a nudge from Yuzuriha.
Gen eventually recovered and chuckled, bringing your hand to his lips.
“Oh dear (Y/N), are you playing mind tricks with me now?”
“Of course not dear~ I still have much to learn~”
(Senku of course, fake gagged behind the scenes, but that never stopped you and Gen from doing anything, has it?)
The Art of Navigation
Under the starlit sky, both you and Ryusui stood on the deck of the Perseus, his eyes scanning the horizon.
It was at times like these where your boyfriend was finally quiet, appreciating the tranquility, and the ambience as you two were on a date. Delicious food and wine made by Francois, while listening to the waves rock against the ship, and the laughter from others inside.
Of course, Ryusui is the one to break that silence when he notices the seas changing.
“My love, a storm is coming.” He suddenly stands up, “Francois, follow me after you clean up.”
“Yes sir.” Francois, elegant and efficient as always, quickly retreated with the food.
“Ay ay Captain.” Your little salute made his loosen up just a little, before he held your hand, and pulled you inside as if he was guiding you in a waltz.
Ambitious, confident, and charismatic, that was your love, Ryusui.
As expected, he took the helm immediately, and an excited grin rose to his face as he looked far into the distance with thunderous clouds.
“Love, can you tell them all to get ready!? We need all hands on deck!”
“On it captain!”
With a laugh, you began warning everyone through the speakers, and chaos followed as everyone scrambled to get on desk.
Surprisingly, Ryusui watched you give commands almost effortlessly and matching his pace.
“Furl the sails!”
“We’re going to change courses!”
“Make sure to hold to the ship!”
“Love, you’re perfect.” Ryusui thanks you while he spins the wheel.
“Drop the anchors!”
Then you turn around and slide beside him.
“Love, let me help you - it’s that way - where we have to go right?”
“A little bit more to the left, but love, I see you’ve been learnING-” The ship’s center of gravity suddenly shifts, causing you to lean on Ryusui as you grab onto the wheel for your deer life.
“I love it! The desire to learn is always so endearing!”
“Oh stop it~ All I did was read some maps and books!”
“Hey Captain! Can you stop flirting and steer the ship properly!?” The others yelled while panicking on deck, and with a laugh, both of you steered the ship to safety.
"One more time?" He proposed, and you agreed, much to the displeasure of your crewmates.
The Art of Archery
Sometimes, the kids are loud.
As such, Ukyo and his companion often found solace in the tranquility of the forest. Sometimes they would take long walks, talk about various topics they would not share in front of children, and enjoy the silence once in a while away from the chaos of someone known as Senku.
But one day, you asked Ukyo to learn archery.
Naturally, Ukyo was elated to teach you, after all, it was a way for you to protect yourself.
It began with Ukyo making a bow for you, then arm guard, and even received gloves from Yuzuriha. He wanted to make sure you had the best of equipment he could get, and that you were safe at all times.
The first few training sessions began with Ukyo standing behind you, guiding you with a calm, mellow voice, and helping you with aim.
But soon, you both practiced archery side by side, the twang of bowstrings harmonizing with the rustling leaves.
"Your aim is getting better," Ukyo praised, a smile gracing his lips as he applauded you.
“Thanks, it all because of your help Ukyo.” You gave him a little hug which he returned.
“I’m proud of you.”
“Can I come and hunt with you now?” For a moment he hesitated, but after seeing your adorable puppy eyes, he caved in within a heartbeat.
“Okay, but safety first ok?”
“Mhmm. I know.”
You gave him a peck on the cheek, before he returned one too.
LIttle did you know, not only were your arrows hitting the bulls-eye, they went through Ukyo’s heart too.

Stressed (Dr. Stone)
Modern AU
Summary: Senku loses his notebook and immediately blames Gen, but Gen is innocent for once. After recovering the notebook, they both realize they're a little too stressed out and could use some relief.
Word Count: 1031
~~~
“Asagiri!”
Gen froze, stunned to hear his last name being shouted from the other room like that, coming from Senku of all people.
He immediately began backtracking in his mind as to what he could have possibly done to make him so mad.
The scientist clomped down the stairs and into the kitchen, looking – thankfully – more exasperated than angry. “Where did you put it?”
Gen, still panicking, stammered, “W-What do you mean? Put what where?”
“My notebook!” Senku cried, gesturing behind him as if that would explain everything. “All my equations and experiment notes – where did you hide it?”
“I didn’t—”
“Cut the crap, Gen, I’m not in the mood for this today!”
Gen went silent, frozen in terror. He’d never seen Senku so frustrated, let alone angry enough to actually snap at him. He didn’t know how to handle this version of his boyfriend. Quiet Senku? Yes. Shy Senku? Absolutely! Rambling on and on about something Gen didn’t understand Senku? Of course, he was no amateur.
But angry Senku? He had no idea.
As the silence stretched on, the scientist seemed to realize he’d gone too far. He took a deep breath, letting it out slowly. “I’m sorry,” he muttered. “It’s just…I’m so close to cracking this one. I need my notes to take the next step, and I know you stole them.”
“I didn’t steal anything,” Gen said quietly. “Not this time. I swear. But…maybe I can help you look for it?”
Senku considered him for a moment, then seemed to decide his partner was telling the truth and sighed heavily. He turned to go back upstairs. “Sure, whatever.”
Gen silently followed behind him, beginning to search together with the scientist. He knew exactly which notebook he was referring to; it was the one he’d been obsessively scribbling in for weeks now. The blue one. The problem was, there were a myriad of notebooks in Senku’s lab, and finding this particular one was like finding a needle in a haystack.
But Gen was determined to prove himself innocent.
It took nearly fifteen minutes, but finally Senku made a frustrated noise and said, “Here it is.”
Gen turned and sure enough, the blue notebook was clutched in the scientist’s hands. Judging by where he was standing, it had to have found its way over to Senku’s shelf of completed projects by accident.
Well, as long as it was found.
“See? I didn’t steal it.” Gen shifted on his feet nervously, rubbing his palm with the opposite thumb – a habit he’d picked up for when he was stressed.
Senku, being Senku, noticed immediately.
“Look, Im…I’m sorry, Gen,” he said, setting the notebook on his table and moving to join his partner by the door. He took his hand to stop his tic. “I shouldn’t have yelled at you. I just know that you like to steal the things I’m working on when you want attention, so I assumed…”
Gen smiled weakly. “It’s okay. It was a logical conclusion.”
“I was a jerk just now. I’m sorry.” Senku gently brushed his lips over Gen’s knuckles, making the mentalist blush. “Maybe…maybe we should have some kind of code word for this situation next time. Something that tells me you’re not kidding when you do the ‘I didn’t take it’ bullcrap.”
Gen couldn’t help but smile. “A safe word for when I’m messing with you?”
Senku nodded. “Something like that.”
“Just let me know what it is when you figure it out, Senku-chan.”
The scientist groaned and pressed their foreheads together, wrapping his arms around Gen’s waist. “I don’t deserve you.”
“I know. But you’re stuck with me anyway~”
“Can I make it up to you? I really am sorry.”
Gen hummed thoughtfully. “I forgive you, Senku. But perhaps I can turn that frown upside-down?”
Senku tensed, but made no move to escape while he could. Instead he let out another sigh and chuckled softly. “How can you read me so well?”
“I’m a mentalist,” Gen whispered, hands sliding from his boyfriend’s chest to his sides. “That’s my job.”
The scientist broke into a smile as Gen began scribbling, softly tickling him over to the bed and pushing him down, fingers dancing and teasing his skin, drawing light giggles out of the younger man.
“You’re too stressed, my dear Senku-chan,” Gen half-teased, leaning down to kiss his cheeks as he tickled gently.
Senku tried biting his lip to suppress his snickers, but it did no good when Gen slipped under his shirt to scratch at his bare tummy. He twisted his head to the side, blushing furiously. “I knohohohohow. I cahahahahan’t hehehehelp it.”
“Lucky for you, I can~”
Times like these were rare, and Gen cherished them with all his heart. Senku’s stress levels getting so high he couldn’t resist the allure of being gently tickled back into a happy, clearer headspace. One of the only times he wouldn’t fight it; he’d just let himself relax and giggle and be loved until Gen had given his nod of approval that all was well once more.
This time took a bit longer, but finally Gen hummed his satisfied hum, and Senku gripped his wrists to push him away – a silent indicator he was done.
But then Gen took his wrists instead and pinned them to the bed, leaning down to kiss Senku’s neck, relishing in the surprised squeak the scientist let out.
“Wahahahahait, Gen,” he giggled, legs uselessly kicking the open air. “I thohohohohought you were dohohohohone!”
“Done bringing you down to Earth,” Gen confirmed, kissing the shell of his ear and whispering, “but not done showing you my undying adoration, Ishigami.”
Senku full-body shuddered at the name, a low groan escaping his lips even as he kept scrunching his neck and giggling at the light kisses to his neck. “Plehehehehease…”
“Hush.” Gen kissed his lips then, releasing his wrists to run his hands up his stomach to his chest, taking his shirt with them. Senku’s arms wrapped around his back and pulled him closer. He tilted his head back and soaked up every bit of his partner that Gen was willing to give.
And for Senku, Gen was willing to give his all.
Call Back A Warning: Modern Day Senku
Research everything. Test everything. Replicate replicate replicate.
For most of his life, Senku had been painfully aware of how little he knew. Humanity had spent centuries and centuries compiling information, and some of it was correct, a lot of it was wrong but based on good science, and even more were wrong and based on bad science.
His life began as a game of catch up, sorting through information, figuring out what was reliable and correct, charting the mountains of progress humanity had made before he was even out of diapers.
And during that time, scientific discovery continued its relentless march forward, uncaring of whether one person understood it all.
Senku had thought he was fine with that. He could focus on both the cutting edge of science, and the historical truths that had led up to those discoveries.
He had not expected for the world to change quite so drastically in his time.
Or that he'd get a front-row seat to it.
Time travel, Xeno had confided to him, with a curious look at him.
A catastrophe of some sort, Byakuya had explained further, hugging Senku exceptionally close when he landed in America.
Thousands upon thousands of years from the future, an Ishigami Senku claimed to be calling them.
The same Ishigami Senku who was right now being let into the mission room where the Phone To The Future was installed.
"Yo." Senku tapped the microphone, "These guys are saying you're me. How aren't you completely calcified after thirty seven centuries?"
The connection was crackly as hell, but the dry laugh was unmistakable, "Funnily enough, I was petrified for most of that time." His voice, approximately a fifth of an octave lower than Senku's own, came from the speakers, "You didn't read the briefing? The mentalist worked hard on it."
"Some kind of Futurama ass shit." Senku replied with a yawn, "Of course a junk Mentalist wrote that, it sounded like a summary of a wish fulfillment power fantasy."
More laughter, "God, I was such an asshole."
"You still are!" Another voice called out from the other end.
"Shut up, man." Old-Man-Senku shoved something – probably the other speaker, "So, how about it? You're at the same level I was when the Petrification happened, so I can confidently say you can handle some robot parasites. All we need is for you to agree."
Senku thought on it carefully.
"I don't know what you're talking about. I don't even know a billionth of the things there are in the world. Just a rando really."
"And I've realized that that's what anyone is. You have a specialization for this field, though, and we could use it." Old-Man-Senku's voice was droll, "So, how about it?"
He was just fishing to see what kind of person he would hypothetically grow up to be. The answer was already decided the second he heard the situation.
"I'm gonna get to go to space, as soon as possible, right? So there wasn't a millimeter of doubt that I'd be going."
A scientist leaned over to whisper to someone behind him, "Wait, we're letting a fifteen year old onto a rocket ship???"
sweet, just like you | senku x reader
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Winds of the fall guided themselves through the open window as you leaned against its frame, gazing off into the star-speckled night. That telescope that proudly stood next to you. It was a representation of everyone's effort, everyone's appreciation, everyone's faith. All because of Senku Ishigami. You smiled at the thought as you took a glance at its structure. What a truly remarkable man, indeed.
"Hey, you're gonna be totally useless to me tomorrow if you don't go to sleep. I need you to crush some minerals for me tomorrow."
Speak of the devil.
You paid no mind to him, the soft creaking of wood growing closer signaled his upcoming. Senku rested against the stair railing after reaching the high floor, watching you in silence. He figured maybe you wanted to get some fresh air, but something felt off after a few minutes, which seemed almost like hours. Were you mad at him? He didn't remember doing or saying anything that could harm you. Were you homesick? Nah. You weren't the type to get all sentimental. Senku knows you how you are, now more than ever since he first revived you, but there were probably things still unknown to him. The only way he was going to get answers was to ask directly from the source.
"...so what's up with you? It's not like you to stay up this late. You love to sleep and you sleep like a damn rock, at that."
"Pfft," A light chuckle escaped from your throat. "Why do you care, Senku? It's not like you to ask about someone's feelings. You got a crush on me or something?" You teased, slightly turning your head to get a good look at his humored expression.
"Psh. On you? Not even one millimeter." he retorted, to which you laughed at, walking across the room and gazing out the window alongside you. He let out a breathy sigh before asking you again, in a more genuine way. "Really now, y/n, what's wrong?"
The stars in the sky illuminated the sea of night, but right now, they were glowing brighter than ever.
"Hahh, Senku. There's nothing wrong at all."
"Then why aren't you sleeping?"
"If I told you, you'd probably cringe."
"..." He turned to you, curious as to what you had to offer. "Oh, really now?" A warm feeling rushed through your body as you felt your arms touch. Senku joined you in your midnight gaze, allowing himself to be closer to you. "Tell me, what's on your mind?"
"...It's just that..." You took a deep breath in and a deep breath out. "Looking at all this, all these things we've built, sciency things you've come up with...I realized that I've taken a lot of things for granted in life..." Your eyebrows furrowed as your mind remained on the times you've been negative about in the past, guilt coercing through your form. "I never really stopped to appreciate the things around me; the world we live in, the birds in the sky, the people around me, in fact, I don't even remember the last I told my parents I love them..." You dragged your wrist across your eyelids, attempting to rid of any formation of tears. Senku didn't know what to do at the moment. He didn't know whether to give you space to cry or to come a little closer, as he never comforted anyone before, let alone be this close to one. He thought about hugging you, but he felt that that'd be weird, considering that that's just something he doesn't do. So, he did the next best thing.
"..." His hand hovered above yours. He hesitated, just before resting his hand on top of yours. His fingers delicately indented themselves in between your knuckle, rubbing soft infrequent movements with them. He had his head turned away so you wouldn't see the glow on his face. His attempt at intimate comfort made you grin. You looked down at your hands together and back outside over the village.
"...There's just so many things I turned my head from, so many things I miss. I never took the time to just slow down and open my eyes to anything..."
"..."
"...I miss sitting in a classroom, listening to lectures, and taking notes, even if they were boring. I wish I had paid more attention in class." Senku let out a light chuckle, squeezing your knuckle slightly.
"You say that as if you weren't passing all your classes."
"Okay, and? Maybe I could've gotten straight A pluses instead of just As."
"Pfft. You're really something."
"..."
"..."
"You know what I do miss though, Senku?..Chocolate. That's something I've really taken for granted. That long process of collecting cacao beans and crushing them and whatever else they do to it to turn it into chocolate. My mom always bought boxes of chocolates for me to snack on while I studied. It'd sit right at the corner of my desk. And every time she noticed the box running out, I'd immediately find it replaced with a new one...haha..." You dragged your wrist across your eye once more. "...I guess she thought chocolates were the source of my intelligence or something. Man, and those chocolates were the good kind too, the ones with different fillings and stuff...I'd love to have a taste of them again...-"
"You know, I wasn't gonna say anything at first because you seemed really passionate in what you were saying and I uh..well, appreciate that you're open to me..." You turned your gaze to him and smiled. You've never seen Senku being genuine before. "...but now here you are being emotional over a box of chocolates, y/n. That's kinda cringe," Senku joked, laughing to himself. Your smile quickly faded...into a smirk.
"I knew you'd say that regardless, but look at you, Romeo," you retorted, referring to his hand. "Seems like you do have feelings for me, Senku. Look how close we are-" He quickly took his hand away and covered his face with his arm, hiding the light redness in his cheeks and taking a few steps back.
"Oh, shut up, y/n." You chuckled softly, standing up straight and stretching your arms above your head. "You should really go to sleep, now that you've got that all out." You kneeled down on the wood floor and readied your clothed blankets.
"Yeah don't worry, I am. Goodnight, Senku."
"Night." He made is way over the the steep of stairs, but before he began making his way down, you stopped him."
"Hey, Senku? Thanks for listening to me. It's not often I get to speak my mind to someone."
"Don't get it twisted. I only listened because you said I'd probably cringe, but...you're welcome. Now, go to sleep." He replied as he continued down the stairs. As you wrapped yourself in your blanket, a smile made its way across your lips as your eyes closed, the memory of Senku laying his hand across yours replaying through your eyelids. Senku fell asleep with a sound thought in mind. Chocolates, huh? Pfft. Alright then.
.
A few days went by, Senku being right at your side. Staying up with you for a bit had started to become a regular event unestablished between the both of you, chatting about anything and everything. You wondered why he suddenly became so easy to talk to. It's like you've known him for years, well you have, but through those years, you were never really this close and never struck up deep conversations. It was nice. You treasured every second of them, and so did Senku.
The more conversations you had with him, the more and more he learned from you. Every day was another thing he'd find out about you, which would lead him to more things he wanted to know. For the first time in his life, it wasn't science that was embedded in the driver's seat.
One night you arrived at Senku's place early. All the tasks he especially assigned to you were finished, all thanks to your gorilla-like strength as he calls it, which you always shoot back at by targetting his weak little science nerd arms. You figured today that maybe, finally, you'd get to sleep early, but you were caught completely off guard by the small handwoven basket that sat right on the windowsill you first talked over with him that one night. It was draped in leather to cover its contents held inside. On the leather read the words "To Y/n, the original gorilla". You laughed to yourself and paused. You could feel his presence in the room, so you took it upon yourself to speak.
With your eyes half-lidded, you teased, "Senku, giving me gifts isn't going to win me over, but if you wanna date, you know you could just ask me."
"..." No words were needed. You already knew what his reaction was, you didn't even need to see his face. But you turned around anyways and there he was, cross-armed, leaning against the stair frame with his eyes closed in annoyance. You let out a puff of air from your nose and smiled.
"Alright, alright, my bad. But really, what's this? What's the occa-"
"Just open it already."
"Oh? Well if you insist then-" As you swiftly revealed the contents of the basket, your eyes widened in disbelief. "Is this..." Your fingers traversed over the little mounds of brown that were neatly stacked from the bottom up. A smirk plastered itself onto Senkus face as he witnessed your awestruck expression. You looked like you were about to cry from joy and sadness at the same time.
"Heh, it sure is, y/n." You quickly picked up a piece with your fingers and took half a bite of it. The flavors that enveloped your tongue didn't taste exactly like chocolate, but relatively close. What you could taste, though, was the effort and time put into its making and, most importantly, the love.
"...so? How is it?"
"...it's sweet...just like y-" You hesitated, turning away and looking out towards the sky. Your eyes drifted to rest on the warm autumnal colors radiating from the high. "They're good, Senku. Thank you."
"..." He crossed his arms and stared at you a bit. A small frown drooped from his lips. That's it? He felt like he was expecting something way more than verbal gratitude. "Yeah? Well if it stops you from crying over the past, then-" You suddenly pushed yourself onto him and engulfed him in a tight hug. Senku tensed and stood still,
"Really Senku, thank you. You really are a remarkable person. Call it cringe or whatever, but it's not going to cut out the silver lining I see in you." The arms that hung loosely by his sides began to wrap around your form, and his head rested again the top of yours.
"...it's nothing, really..." He replied. He doesn't rub your back or murmur any soothing words. He's definitely not a man of soothing words, it wasn't his thing. And anyway, it didn't look like you'd need to listen to them. You seemed content already just being there in his arms. "Hey, y/n..? Don't say anything about this to anybody. I don't wanna have anyone on my case wh-"
"About what, huh?" You teased, looking up at him from the hug. "That you held me close in your loving arms, whispering sweet nothings and-" Your shoulders were met with his grip, followed by a force that pushed you apart. He rolled his eyes, but there was still a stupid smile plastered on his face.
. . . ⇢ ˗ˏˋ 𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 ࿐ྂ
Pairing: Senku Ishigami X afab!Reader
Synopsis: So, how did MC, an average student, get personally tutored by the genius scientist in school? In math lessons, nonetheless.
Word Count: 4,220
Tumblr media
Tick... Tock... Tick... Tock...
You block out the white noise that encompasses the entirety of the classroom; the white noise being—in your vocabulary—your Math teacher, Mr. Ishikawa. You couldn't be bothered to listen to his discussion anymore, seeing that you've been so lost in thought for at most the initial 15 minutes of his class that you practically cannot catch up with the rest of the students. So why not spend the remaining hour doodling and watching as the clock hand goes by? And that, you did.
The middle-aged teacher had noticed your aloofness from the corner of his eyes. He knew that you weren't paying any attention to the lesson at hand, not to mention that you were in contrast to the sea of students who had their heads buried deep in their textbooks. Your [e/c] irises were blankly staring at the wall clock located at the front of the class, just above the board. If others were to observe, they would be convinced that you were paying attention to the mathematical equations scribbled on the chalkboard. In a nutshell, you stuck out like a sore thumb.
The man sighed, easing his headache by gently massaging his temple. The midterms were coming right up, and he feared that his students wouldn't have enough time to prepare and study for the test. To say that he's slightly concerned is an understatement; he's anxious for them. The majority of students had problems with the Math lessons this semester, and he couldn't blame them. Imagine having to memorize more than 10 formulas and being expected for to stay with you until you use it on exam day. And that's not all, you also have to familiarize yourself with the terms used and avoid confusing it with another.
He knew that his students would pay attention to the lesson and try to catch up as much as possible, but what he didn't expect was you be absentminded and have your head up in the clouds in his subject: Mathematics. Mr. Ishikawa never doubted your intelligence as a student; you are averaging and have no problems with Math, though a bit confused at times, but nothing that you couldn't get your head around. However, at a critical time like this, he can't help but reprimand your behavior later.
Ding... Ding... Ding... Dong...
Finally, the awaited hour at last. The school bell's chimes resonated around the whole campus, enveloping the students and faculty members alike with its gentle, relaxing tune. A sigh escaped your pink lips as you glanced at the time for the last time. 3:15 in the afternoon, meaning, the dreaded period has ended and you can finally go on to your merry way. Mr. Ishikawa stood up from his seat and faced the students, addressing his concerns about the upcoming exams. After, he had dismissed your class.
You immediately fixed your belongings inside your black shoulder bag—not that you have a lot to return inside since you zoned out from the last period—and stood up from your seat. Bringing the strap over your shoulder, you watched as your classmates headed out from the back door, leaving only a few, you included, inside. You were about to take a step towards the exit when a stern voice called you.
"Miss [L/n]."
You visibly flinched at the tone of his voice—serious and firm. It was the usual setting between student and teacher, although the way that it was delivered to you made you unsettled. It's like you've been caught red-handed by your parents, only this time, you didn't even know what you did wrong.
You whipped your head back to the older male at his table, dark blue eyes boring holes into your soul. You were tense but still decided to wear a convincing confused front, masking your anxiety effectively.
"Yes, sensei?"
"Please come here for a second. I need to address you about something."
The way that he motioned you over or the fact that he had his finger on his temple didn't look like it was going to be good news of some sort. You swallow a small lump in your throat as you saunter to where the teacher is. You surely didn't get into trouble, right?
"What it is you wanted to talk about, sensei?" You cautiously queried, becoming more anxious than you already were.
"Miss [L/n], I know that you're a hardworking student and your grades in Math aren't that bad. However," Mr. Ishikawa spared a glance at his student, observing your bodily cues. "—it seems that you weren't paying attention in class today. Is something the matter? I know that lessons this semester are quite difficult, but please be aware that midterms are approaching. I don't want your grades to be in danger, especially in my subject."
You pursed your lips at his words. You didn't hate him or his subject in any way. Although Math has given you quite the difficulty—no, wait, scratch that. It is literal hell—you still manage to bring your grades up even just a bit. You consider yourself as just average in the subject, not that smart to constantly have an achievement, nor dumb to fail. It's just so-so, enough to let you pass. However, it seems that your grades are suffering and on the verge of failing.
You weren't so sure what the cause might be, or if you were to blame in this situation. Nevertheless, the news is certainly not good for your ears to hear. You glanced at the oakwood floor for a while, before returning your attention to the teacher.
"I'm sorry, sensei. There's nothing wrong. I just feel overwhelmed with the subject that I tend to space out," giving a sincere bow, you explained your reasoning.
Mr. Ishikawa's calculating gaze didn't leave you for a bit, making you shuffle slightly in your spot. He then let out an exasperated sigh, his hand waving dismissively. "No matter, it doesn't change the fact about your grades and midterms. If things were to continue like this, you'd surely fail my subject. I'd recommend that you have someone to tutor you in the meantime, in that way, you won't fail."
The male before you gave you a knowing look. You weren't quite fond of having a tutor, to say the least, especially when if it's someone you don't know. But, what other options do you have? It's not like you want to fail in your second year of high school. So with a squeamish heart, you spoke, "...Alright."
"Great. I'm sure that Mister Ishigami won't mind tutoring you," with that said, Mr. Ishikawa flashed you a smile as he fixed his books.
Pink flushed across your cheeks at the mention of the student. Sure, you and the leek-haired genius were friends for like, years. But just pondering about the thought of him tutoring you sent you into overdrive. You secretly had a crush on the male since but didn't have enough courage to confess the feelings. Just acting normal was tough when every time, you're being assaulted by your hormones to do something intimate to him. So spending time with him tutoring you was something you haven't imagined, even in your wildest dreams.
The sudden screech of metal against the wooden floor broke you out of your trance. Facing the teacher once again, he patted you on the shoulder and stepped out of his seat, pushing the chair further into the work desk.
"I'll be leaving now. Be careful on your way home, Miss [L/n]. And please don't forget our discussion, alright?"
You bowed your head. "Yes, sensei."
"Good," a smile etched on his aged face.
Your gaze trailed upon Mr. Ishikawa's back as he walked out the front door, probably heading back to the faculty room. You let your eyes linger on the closed sliding door, before releasing a huff of annoyance. Gripping your bag strap, you trudged over the aperture and exited the classroom.
The hallway was seemingly empty, considering that your earlier discussion took more than five minutes. Your [e/c] eyes observed the surroundings as you walked—cream-colored walls, wooden oak floorboards, metal plaque located above each room to indicate the room name, and sliding doors with windows. You muttered in each room as you passed by them, boredom lacing in your tone.
"Class 2-2, class 2-3, literature club, library..." An exasperated sigh escaped your lips after, noticing that there was no more classroom by the end of the hall.
Your feet immediately turned a swift left into another hallway, only this time, you were met with a familiar person. You recognized the skinny young man with his iconic anti-gravity leek hair with two locks that drape over his face. He had his hands in his pockets while staring at the floorboard, seemingly lost in thought—you noted. Yet, despite him not noticing you, just the sight of the teenager made your face flush.
Eventually, the student turned his gaze to the front, landing on nothing else but you. The surprise was written over his expression, but he nevertheless smirked at the sight of his best friend. "Well, isn't this a surprise? I was 10 billion percent sure that you're on your way home right now."
You playfully rolled your eyes at him, stopping just a meter from your best friend. "Well, apparently, your calculations were off since I'm here right now."
"Let me guess, waiting for me?" the male said, placing his hand on his chin as if thinking. Though the smirk on his face never left, making your blush redden.
"Sorry, but I wasn't boy genius," you let out a scoff, crossing your arms as you tried to cool down your cheeks. "I would be delighted if that's the case since you're nowhere to be seen during the last period. Speaking of which, where were you during Math?"
"Since the school's Science competition is nearing, every teacher gave us, the Science club, permission to spend the last period preparing for the competition," Senku explained, placing his hands on his hips as he did so. "So being the club president, I was at our club room for the hour."
You nodded in understanding. But soon, your lips contorted into a pout, eyebrows creasing to accentuate your hidden indignation. "How nice. I wish I could escape the Math period as well."
"Silly," without warning, Senku flicked your forehead which earned him a surprised yelp. "You know that you can't just skip the subject. So tell me, what makes you upset this time?"
Despite Senku's remarks and occasional forehead flicking, you knew that he was genuinely concerned about you, especially your studies. Sure, he would appear arrogant and overbearing, often annoying you about your oh-so-average grades, but there isn't just a moment when he didn't help you improve. Not to mention that he's so observant about you that he can point out your cues and even know what you're feeling at the moment. That's why you admire the boy so much.
A frown replaced your pouting lips at his words, slumping your shoulder a bit. "I was held back to discuss something with Ishikawa-sensei."
"And that is?" he quirked a brow, prodding you to explain further.
"Ishikawa-sensei told me about my grades, and apparently, it's suffering. So for me to pass the upcoming tests, he advised that I should get someone to tutor me in the meantime," an annoyed sigh escaped your lips after that statement.
"If that's your concern then you don't have to worry about it too much. Overthinking might lead to losing more brain cells."
"Hey!" you shouted at him, offended by his sarcastic remarks.
"No need to shout at me, [Name]. Geez! I was only joking," he pulled up his hands in surrender. "Besides, you already have me. Who else helps you study, silly?"
Your [e/c] hues stared at the male's face, still not quite convinced. A pout graced your lips while your cheeks were red in embarrassment. Eyebrows still creased up, indicating your agitation. Senku didn't bother to move an inch under your heated stare. The boy knew all too well about your tendencies and antics, and this one of them.
The moment lasted for another minute when Senku broke your trance with his iconic smirk. This made you blink in surprise as realization fell on you; you'd been staring at your best friend's devilishly attractive features for too long. You instantly flared at this, moving your head back while averting your gaze somewhere but him.
God, couldn't you be a little more cautious around him? You're ogling him in front of his face! Isn't that super embarrassing? Whatever excuse your head came up with, you couldn't justify your earlier action by any means. So instead of speaking, you decided to remain silent until he spoke first. Damn, your teenage hormones.
"What? Too embarrassed to have me as your tutor?" Senku mused. Despite you being unable to see his face, just hearing the teasing tone of his voice is enough to know that a smirk was still on his face.
You were close to snapping back at him, but you held your tongue back at the realization. It dawned on you a moment after his claim that he was volunteering to tutor you in Math. You were beyond baffled. Sure, the two of you occasionally spend time reviewing and studying, but that was way too long ago. Considering that he's always busy in his club and studies, you concluded that you should just leave him be—not bothering to ask him to help you study.
"Wai—w-what?" you whipped your head back at him, face covered in a red hue.
Senku just sighed. "You told me about your grade problem, right? So to help you study, I'll be tutoring you starting today."
Your eyes widened at his claim. Surely, your mind isn't just making up the scenario, right? Admittedly, due to your annoying hormones, you once imagined being tutored by this leek genius at school in private. And not only that, but your dirty mind also added another scenario following that. But we'll never speak of it any further.
"Can't it be tomorrow?" you whined, pleading him with your puppy eyes to at least let him save you from further embarrassment. Who might know? Your hormones might initiate something you wouldn't want to happen.
"No, the earlier, the better," he retorted, grabbing your hand and dragged you inside an empty, unused classroom. "You will improve quickly this way, I'm 10 billion percent certain."
You just swallowed a lump in your throat as he led the way, nervous sweat rolling down from your forehead as your heart sped up. Your head was swirling with dirty thoughts and different scenarios. Once the two of you entered the room, you shook your head, ridding yourself of those thoughts, and tried to focus on the situation at hand.
Your eyes observed the classroom—even though it was unused, it wasn't overall bad. The room had a total of 20 desks with five chairs in each row, a rather small chalkboard on the front, a shelf that stores personal belongings at the back, and a storage cabinet at the farthest corner. You sat on an empty chair in the front row as you were instructed to. Taking out a notebook, the Math textbook, and a pen, you then set down your belongings on the table while placing the bag on the ground.
A frown made unto your face at the idea. Sure, you wanted help with your current problem, but you aren't that obliged to start the tutoring session right away. You thought that maybe you could have a day or two without worrying about your brain exploding from information overload. Though it seems that Lady Luck has long abandoned you.
A comfortable silence settled between you two. Senku scanned the vicinity to find—what you guessed as—chalks while you were watching him. You hadn't noticed it earlier, but now you knew that the male wasn't wearing the usual uniform, nor his iconic lab coat.
"Why aren't you in your uniform, Senku?" you asked, trying to spark up a casual conversation before getting down to studying.
"We made a miscalculation with the project, and then one thing leads to another, then kaboom—" the leek-haired replied, rummaging through the storage cabinet and found the item he's looking for. "—We're all covered in dust that's why I decided to change."
"Oh."
"Anyways, let's start," Senku announced as he made his way to the front. "I'm guessing that the lesson is still about 'Estimation of Parameters', right?"
You nodded in reply, opening the textbook to what you assumed was the last lesson discussed. "Ishikawa-sensei discussed 'Calculating the Confidence Interval', I think. I wasn't listening."
Your best friend let out a disapproving sigh. "No wonder you need a tutor."
"Eh, not my fault that Math's scummy and difficult to understand," you scoffed, rolling your eyes at him.
"No, it isn't. You're just not paying attention during lessons," he deadpanned.
"No. And yes, I'm paying attention. Why do I even pass the exams if I wasn't?" you quipped back.
"Who knows? Maybe it's just your abundant amount of sheer luck," the male shrugged before facing the board. "Anyway, I don't have even a millimeter of interest arguing with you. So please listen to me as I review the basics of this unit. We don't want you to fail now, do we?"
The deliberate side glance Senku gave you made you huff in annoyance. You were about to resort to another snappy remark earlier if it wasn't for his immediate interruption. You two knew all too well that once either of you started something, it wouldn't be the end of it. So instead of a peaceful study session, it might've ended up in a full-blown squabble between you two. Slumping deep in your seat, you watched as Senku scribbled formulas and definitions on the board with a blank look on your face.
Senku started to re-discuss the lesson shortly after, with you trying to catch up with his explanation and take some notes as he continued. The male would often pause or slow down his speech as he waited for you to comprehend the lecture. He would also approach you and inspect your progress, checking out any errors that you've made and aid you with some tips for the solution. At first, it didn't seem so bad, until you came to a certain point where your brain could not grasp the new information anymore.
It didn't take you an hour to zone out from the seemingly long lecture. The fact that the young scientist was busy writing down the next sample problem gave you the spare time to take a trip to fantasy land. The scraping of the white chalk against the wooden board was the only sound that you could hear.
"First, identify the variables before substituting the formula. It's crucial to know which is the mean, standard deviation, and the sample size," the teenage male instructed, writing down the solutions with his left hand resting on his hip.
You began to tune out his voice by this point, boredom was visible on your blank [e/c] irises that were staring downward. You propped up against your right elbow on the table, resting your cheek on the base of your palm. Holding up the pen in your left hand, you let your thumb graze the tip before pushing it down.
Click! Click! Click!
Senku turned around at the soft sound that distracted him, his crimson hues landing upon the female he was tutoring. He noticed that you've let out a disinterested sigh, continuing your small ministration. Senku's eyebrow twitched a bit, silently face-palming—you will surely be the end of him.
Tap. Tap. Tap.
Footsteps echoed inside the room as a certain male trudged over to where his best friend sat. Once he's in front of your desk, he gently—but still making sure to produce enough sound to alert the girl—slammed his right hand on the wooden table while the other made its way under your chin. Placing his thumb below your parted lips and folded index finger below your chin, he slowly lifts your head, forcing you to make eye contact with his mesmerizing ruby jewels.
Your cheeks heated up at the unexpected intimate gestures; your eyes were wide as saucers as you willingly stared at Senku, your soft lips were parted out of shock, your heart racing inside of your chest, while your brain could not comprehend the situation at hand. Senku's face was just a few inches from yours, making it accessible for you to observe his flawless features; the stray locks of greenish-white hair that gently draped over his face as his eyebrows were scrunched up in a frown, crimson orbs contained disappointment and concern. You could've sworn that you weren't even breathing at this point due to the unexpected turn of events.
"[Name]..." he started, voice gentle as he chided you. "How can you pass the upcoming exam if you don't pay attention to me?"
You could've sworn that your brain interpreted that differently. Surely, he only meant about him explaining the lesson, right? But then why did the red hue across your cheeks darken? And most importantly, when did he start to sound so concerned about you? If you could remember correctly, never did he ever do this kind of thing to you. Like ever. So why the change? Honestly, your mind was brewing a lot of questions that you're pretty sure wouldn't get answered at all.
The two of you stared at each other's eyes for another minute before you broke the interaction by shyly averting your gaze away. You pursed your quivering lips, the sound of your heartbeat ringing in your ears. Senku disregarded your initial reaction and decided to pull back. He isn't an idiot; he knew that you were a bit uncomfortable and flustered at his action.
"[Name], you need to pay attention when I'm teaching. Or else you won't pass the midterms," the male sighed, pulling a nearby chair and setting it beside the girl, sitting on it after. "Maybe it's better if I teach you this way."
However, you didn't respond to his remark, feeling your face flush red at this proximity. Senku resumed tutoring you—his whole attention on you and your notes which you found embarrassing. You didn't hate this setup, however, it made it difficult for you to focus on the lecture when your [e/c] hues kept stealing glances at your crush.
An hour later, the young genius eventually ended the session. Both of you prepared to go home—you fixed your things while Senku erased the writings on the board. After that, the two of you exited the room and walked in a comfortable silence through the halls. Your [e/c] hues glanced outside the window, witnessing the sun descending behind the horizon. The palette of orange, yellow, pink, and violet decorated the evening sky, providing you a sense of warmth and serenity. Your mind wandered back to earlier events, a slight scarlet hue spread across your warm cheeks.
Letting out a contented sigh, you gaze back on the front. By this time, you've noticed that you and your best friend were out of the campus and heading home. Once more, you stole a glance at the male beside you. Senku was facing forward, his ruby orbs intently locked on the path both of you were heading. The way that the yellowish-orange rays adorned his features gave off a gentle glow. You didn't notice a small smile tugging at the corners of your lips at this sight.
"Well, this is home," you chirped once the two of you arrived at your street.
Senku halted at your announcement, his eyes landing on your petite back. You stayed standing for a moment before turning around to the male and stepping closer into his personal space. Senku closely watched you as you leaned in, pressing your soft lips against his pale cheeks. It happened so quickly that when the male finally registered the occurrence, you were already on your heel and ran away from him. His cheeks bloomed to a shade of scarlet at your bold gesture. Surely, he wasn't expecting this interaction to happen.
A smile adorned his handsome features, soft crimson hues staring at your faraway silhouette. "Well, this is exhilarating."
A fic idea!
For Sengen this time!
So, modern AU. Doctor Stone is a new hot open-world VR RPG, that works a bit like Minecraft (or is like the situation when Senku first broke out from stone). You start with absolutely nothing and have to build yourself up from there, using whatever means necessary (as long as it's within what can realistically be done).
Senku is one of the top players but he doesn't compete or anything, he's just crazy good and does it to kill time. Gen is up there too, not nearly as good on his own though, he's known for riding other players' coattails and using them to gain rewards. He reaches out to Senku, attempting to do the same to him, but as expected, it doesn't go that smoothly XD
Do you like it? Any thoughts? I'm personally a sucker for the 'online meet cute' trope~
Senku with sick s/o
Will wear a full-on hazmat suit while taking care of you. He’ll have one of those long tongs when giving you water or your meal.
When you snap at him for his ridiculousness, he got rid of the hazmat suit and settled for a face mask.
He will be really strict with you and force you to stay in bed all day while he takes care of everything (Not that you were complaining, you loved how caring he was right now even though he was a bit annoying at the start.)
Hand feeds you with sliced fruits and the chicken porridge he cooked (He’s a surprisingly good cook.)
When you fell asleep, he silently left the room and went to work on some science stuff. He made sure to be quieter though as to not wake you up.
“Senku, I can feed myself, you know. I am not incapable of moving.”
“Urusei, eat the fruit so you can go lay down and rest,” he says as he literally shoved the last mango slice into your mouth.
You chewed on the sweet fruit and swallowed, you watch as Senku stood up to get a napkin and wipe  the trail of juice on your chin.
“What are you 5? You’re such a messy eater.”
“Hey! You’re the one who shoved it down my throat!” You pouted as he guides you to lay down on the bed, fixing the blanket on top of you.
“Yeah, yeah, go to sleep, kid. I’ll be in the other room, call me when you need something.”
You closed your eyes as he leaned down and kisses your forehead through the mask, this left you a bit flustered as he wasn’t one to always show affections. A dust of pink brushed your cheeks as you hid yourself under the blanket.
He ruffles your head with a chuckle before leaving the room to let you rest.
TickleTober Day #18: Jell-O Brain
SenGen (Dr. Stone)
~~~
Gen was never up before Senku. While his scientist boyfriend loved to make use of every drop of sunlight, the mentalist preferred nighttime, when the world was quiet and he could focus on honing his magician skills and learning about people through articles and the like without interruption.
But today, he absolutely had to be awake to witness the fruits of his labor.
Hiding in a darkened corner of the living room, Gen watched as Senku got up at the ass crack of dawn per usual, plodded only mildly sleepily into the kitchen, and reached for the handle of the fridge. He didn’t look twice at the hidden camera Gen had set up on the counter behind him (just in case he couldn’t crawl out of bed in time!). It was one of two; the other was in the fridge, to capture his facial reaction to what lay in wait.
Senku pulled open the door and – Gen knew, as he’d placed them there – was met face-to-face with a bright pink Jell-O brain on a platter, along with a few jellied eyeballs and gummy body parts he’d found at the store. (Hey, he couldn’t be expected to do it all.)
“What the—?!” Senku cried, stumbling back into the countertop in shock more than fear, blinking as the fridge door swung closed.
Gen clamped both hands over his mouth to keep from bursting into laughter and ruining everything. Senku took a moment to collect himself, then pulled the fridge open again, staring at the concoction inside before turning around and looking about the apartment, bewildered.
Then the scientist found the camera on the countertop, and everything clicked.
“Gen!” he shouted into the quiet morning, and the mentalist bit his lip to keep his giggles at bay.
It did no good. Mere seconds later, Senku’s eyes met his in the dark, and he surged forward, a wicked smirk on his lips.
“Eeeep!” Gen squealed, shooting to his feet and attempting to dart away, but he’d quite literally backed himself into a corner. He hadn’t thought this part through very much, mostly because he didn’t mind whatever Senku would want to do to him in retaliation.
The scientist was quick to wrestle him onto the couch, fingers deep in his ribs and belly as he growled, “Thought you’d make a fool of me, eh?”
“Nohohohohohoho!” Gen shrieked with giggles, kicking his legs uselessly as he squirmed on the soft cushions. “It wahahahahahas only ehehehehehever for me, I swehehehehehehear! It wasn’t gohohoing onlihihihihihine!”
“How considerate of you.” Senku smirked, taking a seat on his hips to keep him even more still as he let his fingers fly across his partner’s prone torso relentlessly. “Just for that, I think I’ll be nice and not go for your worst spot.”
“Eheheheheheheek! Thahahahahahahank you!”
“Right away, that is.”

The Dynamic of the Five Generals of the Past
(based off this snippet I wrote)
Senku: This is going to be my expedited ticket to space. Don't kick me out, I'll just sneak back in again. Ryusui: I paid to be here and it turns out they're hoping to use me to save the world? What a ripoff. Ukyo: I'm here on military orders and have no idea what's happening, someone please tell me before I have a panic attack Gen: I hate everyone here for not inviting me. Even after I got a ringing recommendation from the heroes of the future.

flirt? | senku x reader
Tumblr media
You couldn't help but feel a flutter in your stomach every time you saw Senku. He was brilliant, quirky and intriguing in every way possible. You had been crushing on him for a while now and decided it was time to take matters into your own hands.
As you walked towards his lab, you couldn't help but feel a little nervous. You took a deep breath and pushed the door open. Senku looked up from his work and greeted you with a smile.
"Hey there," he said, "what brings you here?"
You took a step closer and leaned against his desk. "Just wanted to see what you were up to," you said, trying to sound casual.
Senku raised an eyebrow. "Is that so? Or did you come to see me?" he asked, a smirk forming on his face.
You felt your cheeks flush as you realized he had caught onto your game. But you decided to play along. "Maybe I did," you said coyly, "what are you going to do about it?"
Senku leaned closer to you, his face now only a few inches away from yours. "Well, I could do this," he said, reaching out to tuck a strand of hair behind your ear.
Your heart skipped a beat as his fingers brushed against your skin. You looked up at him, your eyes locked onto his. "Or this," he said, leaning in to press his lips against yours.
The kiss was gentle at first, but then it grew deeper and more passionate. You wrapped your arms around his neck, pulling him closer to you. Senku's hands found their way to your waist, holding you tightly.
When you finally pulled away, you were both breathing heavily. "Wow," you said, still a little dazed.
Senku chuckled. "I've been waiting for you to make a move," he said, "I'm glad you finally did."
You smiled up at him, feeling like the luckiest person in the world. "I think I'm going to like flirting with you," you said, leaning in for another kiss.
