“Come on, Nagi! You’re no help at all!” Bachira huffed good-naturedly as he hefted the middle part of the snowman onto the base. The white-haired teen had helped somewhat with the bottom, but when it came time to actually build up, he’d flopped back into the snow and stared into the cloudy sky instead.

“Can’t we just make snow angels? Those don’t require as much energy,” Nagi mumbled in reply, waving his arms out to make the wings, though even then he stopped after a couple of swipes. “How did I get stuck out here with you? You’re too hyper for me.”

Bachira grinned. It was true that they were polar opposites in a lot of ways – energy reserves being only one of many – but Isagi and the others had gone inside for a cocoa break, and Nagi couldn’t be bothered to get up and join them and Bachira still had too much enthusiasm to stop having fun. So here they were.

“You just need some motivation,” the bobcut boy chuckled, discarding his gloves on top of the snowman’s body as he got into position to strike.

Nagi wasn’t even looking at him, but he still said, “Whatever you’re planning, don’t bother. Your antics won’t work on me like they will on your boyfriend and the other guys.”

“We’ll see about that!” Bachira giggled, diving for him. It was hard to reach a good ticklish spot underneath all the layers, but he managed, and soon Nagi was giggling and squirming and trying to swat his hands away.

“You cheheheheheheater, no tihihihihihihihickling!” he whined, attempting to roll away.

Bachira gave up on the torso – Nagi’s coat was too puffy and it covered all of his usual go-to tickle spots – but quickly redirected to his legs instead and grabbed onto his knees, squeezing gently. “Looks like you still have enough energy to move, which means you should have enough energy to help me finish the snowman’s head!”

“Jeheheheheheheheherk!”

The other boy kicked, but Bachira was nothing if not an expert in keeping up with squirming tickle victims, and he easily kept up his soft assault through Nagi’s wiggling. The only reason he didn’t seek out bigger reactions was because he didn’t know the other well enough to know his comfort levels.

“Come onnn, won’t you help me? Pleeeease? The head is smaller and lighter, I promise! We’re almost done; I don’t wanna finish our snowman all by myself!”

Nagi attempted to roll onto his stomach and crawl away, but doing so only made Bachira scribble into the backs of his knees while squeezing his calf muscles playfully, and that’s what finally did it.

“Okahahahahahy, okay, fihihihihihine! I’ll help just stohohohohohohop!” he pleaded, relieved when Isagi’s overly energetic boyfriend did as he was asked, leaping to his feet with joy and quickly retrieving his gloves to resume working.

Nagi did his best to tamp down his smile as he rolled over again and sat up, but it was hard when Bachira was clearly so enthusiastic about something as simple as building a snowman. Oh, well. There were worse things he could be stuck doing.

He got to his feet and got to work as promised.

HI read one of ur asks abt isagi n shoyo and i just realised isagi n shoyo r so similar as protags in the sense that they keep fighting for what they want and they DO NOTTT give up no matter what other people say like they keep pushing themselves to be better even though they know they have their shortcomings as an athlete??? (as someone who LOVES hq too) i think the reason so many people who like hq also like bllk is bc it’s so obvious that there are better/more talented players in the sport apart from our protags but 1. u kinda get the thrill of rooting for the underdog to win and 2. throughout the series u get to see them really understand what theyre fighting for and build their passion for the sport and create a better version of themselves that’s able to keep up with everyone else (despite their aforementioned shortcomings!!!!) and THATS WHAT MAKES THEM SOOOO ENTERTAINING AND AMAZING TO WATCH i swear shoyo and isagi are the same person in different fonts (obv an exaggeration, i know some people are gomna take this too seriously 😭) and that’s my (summarised) analysis on why im so attached to bllk rn and how it relates to my obsession w hq

hi <33 omg yes yes! and one of my favourite details about haikyuu's ending is that shoyo didn't end up at the "top" ?? he wasn't ever the ace when he was in karasuno, and while he's definitely a poster boy for the MSBY/JNT it's not like he surpassed everyone else. he's not the best player in the world or anything, and i like how haikyuu stays realistic while still being so compelling and emotionally attach-able anyway 💓

mhm mhm the way isagi and shoyo both start off on low ranks, how they fight and train hard and hold onto their dreams — how they actually experience defeat not once or twice but many times ‼️ and how they do make it higher and higher while it all still stays within reason... i love that. even with other characters, we get to see them lose. we get to see them fail and i think that's what really makes characters more human to viewers. it's expected for the "main character" to win all the time and be at the top by the time their story ends. so it touches the heart a lot deeper when you see them lose. when you learn what they're fighting for, learn about how big they dream, and when you see them fall. (and again, i'm so fucking glad that with these two series failing ≠ death LMAOO)

haikyuu had a perfect ending and i really hope blue lock gives us something on the same level because really, i am SO obsessed with bllk i will feel so betrayed if it doesn't deliver a satisfying ending after how good it's going rn.

‼️NOT PROOFREAD 🚨 A little bit not safe for work but overall acceptable( skip Shidou if you want)

Isagi:

-He’d wear a classic Christmas pyjama set( It’s almost Christmas!)

-Brotha would have his sweet little World Cup dreams tightly clinging on his scented pillows

-When he can’t fall asleep he’d study for his tests for the next week( A+ student)

-Bro would stay in a few position and wake up happily from his dreams (the vintage ahh old tiny clocks)

Bachira:

-He’d slam on a goofy ahh Alibaba bee costume

-Sleeps at 9:00 PM bcs he’s a good child

-Bro would flip 180 degrees in his goofy costume close his eyes and have a long chat with his homies “the monster”

-When he wakes up, he would be drooling as that streak of saliva drips down his face to his collarbones 

-His mother( very cool painter) would wake him up and jokingly ask why he wore the costume to sleep

Kunigami:

-Y’all all know after he returned from the wild card session he went into his depressed arc( mega personality change)

I think Kunigami would wear a black silk t shirt with “ emo kid “ in bold white letters on it

The pants would be dominantly black and white checker pieces (idk what it’s called)

Kunigami would go to bed at 12:30PM thinking about how to crush whoever sent him to his depression arc

Then after thinking about it he’d start raging and clenching his fists

Then he calms himself down and snoozes to sleep 

Rin:

-My guy probably wouldn’t care much about what he went to sleep w but still would wear something

Black t shirt and Joe boxer shorts( white with three buttons in the middle)

Lays on his back angrily thinking about the lovely speech his sweet, kind, loving and gentle brother said to him that night 

He practically sweats from thinking about it and to forget it he plays his favorite horror games 

Has a pillow between his legs intensely starting at his pc with black and golden headphones on

His face is still expressionless despite the jump scares and gore 

This continues until 4:00AM and he falls asleep with his head on his arms and legs curled

The pc turns itself off and his headphones are slanted . His bangs fall to the middle of his forehead as the morning light gleams on his face

Shidou:

-heh you’d NEVER guess what this man would wear 🙃

the earbuds is the only and sole reason why you two understand each other without trying so hard. unbeknownst to isagi, y/n continued learning japanese so one day, she could surprise him.

isagi's eyes widens once more as y/n takes a hold of his hands, pinning them besides his head.

"don't talk like that." he hears y/n say, a serious yet soft expression on her face. "why make me turn on you and choose someone i don't like? i choose you, isagi. and i'll always choose you." y/n says.

"i like you precisely because you continue to strive and improve everyday. i've never liked a person more than you, isagi. back then, i only come here to support my older brother, but now that i get to be this close you, that's all i need. if we could be like this forever, i'll never ask for more."

her words. her words hit home. her words that crept into his heart.

just as y/n is about to lean down and isagi closing his eyes, the two teenagers heard another voice speak to them.

THAT’S WHAT I’M SAYING like he starts off w the typical suspects (reo, otoya, barou, isagi) and every time it doesn’t work out he gets more and more desperate…throws nagi and bachira at her but still no dice LMAOAO like bro is absolutely LOST because his analysis skills are saying the reader likes SOMEONE on the team but he can’t figure out who for the life of him?? meanwhile yukimiya is SCREAMING like my man is in PAIN 😔 karasu tries to set him up with the reader and that’s when he finally and truly snaps 😫 i truly think the misunderstandings would be so funny and silly…the bllkers are as confused as the reader about what is going on because why does karasu keep dragging them to hangouts with yukimiya’s childhood bff and then randomly disappearing??

i had some mint gum but tbh it didn’t help 😔💔 i get migraines around my menstrual cycle which make me dizzy and nauseous so even though I don’t normally get motion sick it’s really hitting today 😓 i’m on birth control for that and the ovarian cysts i have and it’s def helping but still not perfect by any means 😪 oh well i will be in switzerland soon and that’s all that matters!! we are boarding in a couple of minutes so i will disappear shortly and then be back once we’ve landed 🤩
