hey it's benny from lucasverse again! was wondering about router: did he know about isabella's side of the family? if so, did he ever consider reaching out? what would've happened if he did, and would it have changed his ultimate fate (becoming a merc and/or getting springtrapped) in any way? is there a world in which meera grows up with an "uncle" alex? :|c these possibilities intrigue me...

Sadly he never knew about Isabella's side; Lucian was very careful about making sure no one knew he had any family so Isabella could be kept safe and free to live her life away from himself.

If the two had ever known of each other, before Alex was led down the technology path by Afton'd Lucian, Isabella would certainly have stepped in to mitigate Helena's abuse and provide a safe alternate home for Alex, advocating for him to be able to pick his own future. It's very likely he wouldn't have become a mercenary, not with an aunt like Isabella to give him guidance, support, and a firm foundation to rebuild his self worth (and probably help with his fear of ghosts).

He'd be like a cousin once removed (i think, family trees are still tricky generationally for me to figure out) to Meera, since he's the son of her grand-uncle.

I made FuriRosa in a game I play long ago, so I decided to try and make a close enough recreation of BellaRosa. FuriRosa wears Lucian's purple as an accent color, BellaRosa wears it as her flower like Isabella did but her accent color is Digi's cyber-blue.

Just playing around with character customization again. As usual. XD;

The active/known spirits helping out the New Guards are a lil on the confusing side. So here's a rundown on who's who.

There's Jeremy J. Fitzgerald Sr., or Jonathan as he's better known, the 'soul' of Damien Woods. He technically can't emerge from Damien so he can only act via influencing Damien and granting access to his memories. He can be spoken to separately via dreams, which needs Ven and Vincent to work. Sometimes he can directly take control of Damien's body but he prefers not to.

Vincent Heliotrope is a sort of 'shared' soul reincarnated in the twins Steven and Stephanie Daughn, though his 'primary' body is Ven. He can also take direct control of either twin but prefers to astral project from them to walk around as a spirit. This requires one twin to be in a state of sleep or meditation, so it can be inconvenient at times. He primarily operates in the domain of dreams, but his strength is based on the level of Ven's serenity; the more serenity is drained from Ven to boost Vincent's power of dispelling evil influences and clearing nightmares, the more aggressive Ven becomes to his surroundings and situations in the aftermath.

Six, or 6 as he's usually known, is the Remnant of Guilt left by Mike Schmidt on his taser and given direction by Damien to counter Panther's ghost. During the events of FNAF3, Damien re-bound Six to Mike to help him survive Fazbear's Fright, which led to side effects in FNAF4. After Mike's passing, Six returned to Damien with part of Mike's Remnant, enhancing his camera observation skills.

Seven, or 7 as he's usually known, is the Remnant of Hope left by Jeremy Fitzgerald on his old Freddy mask and given direction by Damien to counter Router's ghost. During the events of FNAF3, Damien re-bound Seven to Jeremy to help him survive Fazbear's Fright, which led to the side effects in FNAF4. He remains with Jeremy, extending his life and mental clarity until he is able to finish training Damien in constructing animatronics.

The 5th Child is Faith's soul projected from her body during sleep or a meditative state. She primarily uses this form to 'possess' Mike and Jeremy and grant them extra abilities while on Fazbear Entertainment properties. After her father's passing and with Jeremy unable to be as active, she has far less reason to use this ability and is considered a retired spirit.

Digital Lucian is a duplicate of the digitized Remnant of Lucian Enfuego, whose body became the vessel for half of Elder William Afton's Remnant. He serves as the A.I. operating Circus Baby originally as a test subject for the stability of digitized Remnant A.I. during periods of high stress and duress. After his rescue from the Sister Location, he now assists Meera with her every day life as both himself and Circus Baby when the animatronic is rebuilt by Jeremy and Damien. His abilities are a hard-light form which solidifies his appearance for short durations, access to Afton technology-based files and permissions, and the RingLeader tonal code that allows him to control other animatronics via verbal command. It's less effective on animatronics with their own tonal code or a form of sentient will.

BellaRosa is the Remnant of Reunion left by Isabella Enfuego on her knife and given direction by her wish to reunite those of Enfuego blood. The repeated prayers and wishes built up over time until Isabella's passing gave BellaRosa the ability to reincarnate one person of Enfuego blood with a memory wipe. While Digi refused this gift, it was eventually given to Router and Panther, awakening them in their new current selves as the Herrera Brothers. Granting this 'wish' expended all the Remnant and energy BellaRosa had, and she was consumed in the process.

FuriRosa is the Remnant of Revenge left by Isabella Enfuego on her knife and given direction by her vow to burn all who carry the Afton name and tore her family apart. The repeated vows of retribution built up over time until Isabella's passing gave FuriRosa the ability to generate negative energy that is toxic to Afton spirits, rend Remnant into fragments, and manipulate fire to increase temperatures in the surrounding area. She prefers to act without others being aware of her presence unless forced to reveal herself and is actively hostile to any attempts to unsheathe her knife if not of Enfuego blood. It's suspected that while she succeeded in destroying the fragments of Elder Afton's Remnant that clung to Scraptrap in the rigged pizzeria, she failed to do the same to Emelia's spirit, enabling Elizabeth to gather the fragments and try reconstructing her and Elder Afton with A.I. coding.

how much do sydney and alex remember of their former lives, more or less? iirc sydney 'won' the lactose intolerance battle, and that's a fairly small detail, so a lot?

Pretty much they were reincarnated with all memories intact as part of the deal made with the 'light' half of Isabella's Remnant wish. She had enough energy saved to do a complete reincarnation/memory wipe on one person of Enfuego blood and she intended to use it on Digital Lucian to free him from his current existence.

Digi refused and offered to have Router, Lucian's son by blood, take it as atonement for his life never truly being his own. Router initially refused as it would mean leaving Panther's Remnant to disperse without an 'anchor'. Isabella's Remnant then offered a deal in that she could divide the reincarnation energy between them but would be unable to wipe their memories. If they lived their new lives honestly and didn't fall back to their old ways which got them killed in the first place, the energy would sustain their souls. If they betrayed her or the Enfuego Family, the energy would instead flip to memory wipe mode, essentially erasing them from their own souls so the reincarnation would be nullified.

Sydney gets little temptations but Alex helps to keep him focused on better paths of living well and making up for past transgressions. (He's aware when he feels like he might be slipping and makes sure to check with Alex on whether his actions could be taken badly, such as when he wondered if doing background checks on people would count as crossing a line even if he was doing it as security for the pizzeria.)

Hitting people with a sign is definitely identifying for Meera regardless of universe. Does that all still happening extend to the Herrera resurrections, or whoever they end up as, without the BellaRosa deal?

The BellaRosa deal still happens but at the cost of there being no FuriRosa since Isabella isn't as enraged about the whole thing as in the Main AU; she's more concerned about cleansing the Enfuego name and having former mercenaries in her pocket eager to help her out in exchange for a new start seems like a good bargain.

Mike is much better at casing the Pizzaplex without Foxy there to set him off, but he'll avoid areas that have his posters or likeness anywhere. His memories suffered the same degradation over time and via dispelling, but he's far more confident in himself compared to Sydney Herrera and aggressive in getting heat off Jeremy in the Help Wanted arc (he spreads the rumor of Jeremy having a mental breakdown over a glitch that refuses to be patched and being sent home for PTO, and steals different credentials for him to use to log in with for searching the game's code, this way any searching for his 'partner' by Afton and Master File leads to a dead end).

BellaRosa can't boost fire temperature or provide bursts of flame to create light, but she can cause chime sounds at a distance similar to the ringing of chimes in a flower shop to signal customers, creating remote distractions via line of sight (Gregory has to see and point at where he wants the distraction to go off).

And yes, no matter the universe, Meera will always have something in her hands to smack someone or something with, be it a baseball bat or similar. XD

To continue on with the groupless people in a nutshell. Isabella: Pretty much 85% of Lucian's impulse control. She's too powerful. I SWEAR ON THIS KNIFE I WILL CUT EVERY AFTON BITCH I SEE UNTIL I GET MY BIG BRO'S SOUL BACK! The Kid: Little friend to ghosts. Mike's biggest fan. Giving Jeremy the glasses pretty much kicks off the purples defeat, so thanks kid.

If Isabella met Lucian's two children, Router and Jasper, how would she feel about them if she knew they were related to her?

She’d be happy that her brother has children, and then upset because neither of them had a good childhood or adulthood. Isa would totally mama bear both of ‘em, if she’d had the chance, she just loves having a big family and having more members to share her love with.

What do you mean by "Missing his soul."? Would Lucian have not murdered the five children if he DID have one? What I'm trying to ask is, what would be different if Lucian had a soul?

He would have murdered more than 5 kids and reacted to seeing Isabella visiting him in prison.

As for him missing his soul... it’s fairly easy to figure out what happened, looking at the timeline of events.

Router suddenly pops out to me as a closeted flower nerd. Like, he knows a lot of flowers and their meanings and knows exactly what flowers to put into a passive aggressive 'fuck you' bouquet and if anyone finds out he will die of embarrassment.

He might know a cake equivalent, making those flowers out of icing and decorating a cake with them. XDD

Isabella would definitely know, and may or may not have sent a couple threatening bouquets to the Aftons before she passed away.

Digital Siblings

If the two of them met? It’d be sadly sweet. They only had each other, after all, and it was their own actions that caused them to be separated in the first place.

wait in the swapAU Lucian and Isabelle swaps places correct? so does that mean that Router/alex and meera swap roles to? and does it also mean that instead of digital Lucian who takes care of Meera and deal with Vincent's shit, we have Digital Isabelle who takes care of Alex and deals with Mahogany's shit??

Nah, Meera and Router don’t swap. Router is pretty well rooted -hehe- in his role as Son of the Purple Guy. Or Gal in this case. Isabella, once aware that she was going to have a child, would dare risk herself to ‘cancel’ out. So she waited until she had Alex, then handed him over to her dear friend Tom to raise. When she ended up jailed for the murders in 1987, she got back in touch with him in order to send her growing boy off on the path that would result in Alex becoming Router. Tom couldn’t afford the equipment Alex would need, so the boy decided to strike out for fortune on his own, keeping touch with his foster father regularly.

Meera keeps her role and gets especially savage if Mahogany goes too far in getting on Digi Isabella’s case. With Vincent, she’ll be annoyed with him and call him out on his behavior so he’ll stop; with Mahogany, she’s outright hostile if her actions bring down Digi to the point of misery.
