"Okay, I can do that." Isaac said with a smile as he rolled over a little. It didn't take long before he was right back asleep.

Derek sighed and rolled his eyes when he walkind into the master bedroom with Talia in his arms and noticed that Isaac was back asleep. “Ok, little one.” he said to his daughter, “Seems like you’ll be sleeping in between your two daddies tonight.” He laid down on the bed with her, making sure she was safely tucked in between them and couldn’t fall, then cooed a little at her.

What are you supposed to say to someone who just saved your life ? Well - not saved your life, but definitely made it better. Because he had heard about the man who had wanted to buy him first, and that guy - You didn't really live a happy life in his place. 

Or very long at all if you're unlucky. 

So he says 'thanks' and 'thank you', and it's honest and soft, not the sharp words he usually only has for everyone else. 'Thanks Isaac', he repeats, looking at the other earnestly, nodding his head, hands crossed behind his back.

isaacnr14lahey is a lovely roleplayer and a super sweetheart! I met her through chance and I am so glad I did, I couldn't imagine not roleplaying with her Isaac! And with English not being her first language, she does a freaking fantastic job at it and she really understands Isaac.

Important News

[ Today I wasn't here because of my spring shopping, but - 

I won't be here much for a few days.

I will be moving back into my own apartment tomorrow. 

I will hand over my laptop for repairs on friday

What this means :  I will be on kik as much as I can, but am also trying to not go on my phone too much anymore. 

I might be on my tablet now and then, but I can't promise much.

A window to the past || Closed

"Laura and I used to share this place when we lived here. I never had the heart to sell it, so we can stay until we find something more fitting. There's a room upstairs that you can use. Just get settled in and let me know if you need anything."

If Laura could see him now, Derek was sure his sister would be rather disappointed. He had had the chance to build a pack and protect Beacon Hills, but instead he had been routed from his own home. New York wasn't where he had planned to go anytime soon, but with Isaac adamant to follow him wherever he would go, it had turned out as the safest place for both of them. At least for now.

Stripping out of his leather jacket he dumped his bag down to the floor and walked further into the flat he had once called his home. Everything still looked the exact same, even the scent was similar and projected rather unwelcome memories into his mind. Derek took a deep breath and closed his eyes for a moment. The last time he had been here Laura had still been alive, and Derek hadn't screwed up royally yet. This whole place was like a window to the past, and Derek wasn't quite sure yet whether it had been a good idea to bring Isaac here, or if it would make matters even worse in the long run.
