Just out of curiosity, how did you discover Shou Ronpo? (on my end a friend of mine showed him to me, and I basically went from there)

I don't remember if me starting Kyuranger was how I saw Shou Ronpo, or if me seeing Shou Ronpo made me watch Kyuranger, but either way the two are closely tied. I think it was the latter, though - him being a goofy, middle-aged, heavily purple character, who was also a dragon, ticked off several of my "favourite things", so I was immediately drawn to him, and then Kyuranger as a series captivated me so wholly and entirely that it's still my favourite Sentai season

This one's more of a type of mythical creatures list, but are any of these considered or can be considered furbait? Kitsunes, nekos, dragons and nagas?

Well, I was going to wait for somebody to create knock-offs like shitpostgenerator yielding furrypost-generator, scaliepost-generator, avianpost-generator, and ultimately postgenpost-generator. I was thinking like somebody making rates of nekos, kitsunes and nagas, but that didn’t happen, did it? Dragons, I’m going to leave to @dragonpost-generator and maybe he can decide which dragons are worth it.

Kitsunes I would have to say are mythologically probably the second-most famous creatures, as they are all over the place. I mean, I wouldn’t know Tails was a kitsune without the internet. I would have just assumed he was a cute fox with two tails. I will say that a lot of furry culture probably spawns from the actions of kitsunes’ and nekos’ playful actions. Their role in the furry fandom makes them definite furbait.

Nekos are a whole section of my life, because of my dorky English friend. I may or may not have learned how to roleplay from him. Their obvious playful and nigh-innocent nature makes people want to taint that. That is why they’re furbait.

Nagas, I can’t fully get behind, but I understand the whole feeling behind them. I’m not always up to them, but sometimes I could be in the right mood. I would say with my status on the line that they aren’t furbait.
