Bowser's minions out here making me feel conflicted and shit. They're so cute and sweet when interacting with each other, but at the same time I can't say that Mario and Luigi don't treat them with undue friendliness and offer them every opportunity to stand down.

I feel especially bad for that one random Koopa given spur-of-the-moment responsibility for guarding the lever in the castle. We tried to let him run away but darn it he was just too loyal. Part of me was looking for a "spare" option when we entered combat like I was playing Undertale or something.
