okay i need to write these thoughts out bc im 100% gonna forget otherwise.

Solace + Marian are twins. both are mages. Beth dies in lothering, carver lives. 80% blue 20% purple. Marian and Isabela have a little thing during act 1, and for the expedition, Marian opts to stay behind and look after Leandra while the other two go to the deep roads. carver becomes a warden.

when solace gets back, marian is being taken to the gallows like bethany does if you leave her behind.

in the gallows, she meets Faust Amell, one of Revka's children, and they become fast fast friends. call eachother sister. 2 years into the act 1 -> act 2 timegap, Marian falls pregnant, and the baby girl is taken to be raised by the chantry, and given a Good Chantry Befitting Name that i havent decided yet. (Leandra is overjoyed to be a grandmother but distraught that she's not permitted to see her grandchild)

somewhere mid-act 2, before All That Remains, marian is killed for protecting a maleficar apprentice from the templars.

2 years into the act 2 -> act 3 timegap, when the little girl is four, her magic manifests and she's sent to the gallows, unbenownst to Solace. Faust immediatly takes her under her wing. She also decides her chantry name is a mouthful and she hates it, preferring the nickname kitty which she stole from one of her books. this later evolves into Kit as she gets older.

During the act 3 gallows situation, faust manages to find hawke and co and explain that whole sequence of events in breakneck speed. she and kit join isabela's ragtag crew of escaped mages, faust and isabela end up Down Bad and kit becomes a little menace of the high seas :)
