damn, I thought I'd caught it in time, but I just checked patreon and yes that was me 😞

I have to manually pause every month, and I thought since I didn't get an email telling me that they were starting to charge people that the pause for December had gone through, but I guess I was either late or it just didn't stick for some reason

I'll try to make up for the lapse with an extra something special for patrons this month 💙

I also have a few other things for everyone already planned for this month! including: a long-overdue progress report (should be up in the next day or two) with some explanation about where I've been, a demo update, a gift, and hopefully some answered asks as well

“Yeah,” Steve shuts his mouth so hard he thinks he hears his teeth clack together.

Stupid! Stupid. If he had just opened the door and kept walking, Eddie would have followed him up as they kept talking, and it wouldn’t have been weird. Or he would have just said oh hey sorry I have to go, and that would be that. But the way Steve had to go and say it, had somehow made it sound like… like a kind of invitation in that he hadn’t meant it to be. If he wasn’t already flushed with cold and spiked cocoa, he’d probably be blushing. Jesus.

“You know,” Steve says, after probably too long of a pause. “To say hi to Dustin. He’s heading to Hawkins tomorrow morning for Thanksgiving, so. He’ll be up all night last-minute packing. Probably be happy for some distraction.”

“Ah,” Eddie says. Gives Steve an evaluating look. “For Dustin.”
