So, as a quick explanation for why i drew a trans pride slayer (which like you should draw trans pride everyone its healthy for your soul) but basically, peepaw is the character that got me into guilty gear to begin with and i weeped tears of joy when he got announced for strive. i love this man.

anyway his release was literally the day before my first appointment. it was like the stars aligned and daisuke smiled upon me or something idk. because of this, i made a very shitty pen drawing of him thats taped to the cabinet i keep my T in that says "remember your daily intake of dandyism" and these things combined led me to pavlov myself into associating slayer with my transition. funny shit. i think i permanently headcanon him as a trans man now.

(tho this does also make me wanna draw a kickass bridget someday...)

whenever i'm feeling nervous or worried about anything at all related to my transition now i will literally say/think to myself "enjoy the ride with ups and downs." it heals me
