Happy birthday to my older brother @srq_weston_inc who has almost always had to share a birthday with me. I was born a day before his first birthday. We're the "same age" for one special day a year 🤣. While we have had our ups and downs and been through some rough life shit together (maybe some day I will talk about our early childhood) we always seem to get through. There were many years and many times that he was my protector. Yes, he would kick my ass a lot, which ultimately roughened me up, but he didn't let anyone screw with me... that was his job 🤣. Apparently my dad was like that too. He has always been my toughest critic and I am without a doubt thankful for that. Without that competition I don't think I would have pushed to be a better artist, athlete, blacksmith or person. I was better suited to face the lashback of losing on my first round of @forgedinfire and dove right back in to that familiar humble pie/self improvement mode. Facing that judges panel wasn't nearly as difficult thanks to the tempering I had from life with Bobby. It's what gave me the stones to compete on @knifeordeath and that drive excel at everything I do. Thank you, my brother, for stepping in and being that confident influence and example I needed when we were young. From their very first day of school until their last, watching my girls navigate that chapter of their lives has been amazing and so much fun.
