It has definitely stole the glory from Iraq and even SDF to a lesser extend, but USA would rather revive ISIS than admit that Iraq and its Iran-backed army actually most of the job and sacrifices needed to defeat ISIS (partially as sadly it still exists :/)

It's maybe bc I don't watch war movies but I have barely met a person in person or online that geniunely think that USA singlehandling defeated Nazi Germany and not the USSR
