• تحدث #حساسية_الأنف عن طريق استنشاق أجسام صغيرة تدعى مثيرات أو محفزات أو مسببات الحساسية كما أسلفنا وبعد معرفة أسباب حساسية الأنف فلا بد من الاطلاع على محفزاتها الأكثر شيوعا والتي تشمل ما يأتي :
1. مسببات الحساسية في الأماكن المغلقة :
• وبر أو شعر أو قشور الجلد الميت أو بول أو لعاب الحيوانات الأليفة وخاصة القطط أو الكلاب.
• العفن.
• عث الغبار المنزلي (Dust mites) وهي حشرات صغيرة تتغذى على القشرة الميتة لجلد الإنسان وعادة تتواجد على السجاد و الأسرة والوسائد.
• الصراصير.
2. مسببات الحساسية في الهواء الطلق :
• حبوب اللقاح وتسمى أيضا غبار الطلع (Pollen) التي تنتجها الأعشاب والأشجار.
• أبواغ العفن (Mold spores) والفطريات.
• الغبار.
3. المهيجات :
• العطور.
• دخان السجائر.
• الغازات الناتجة من احتراق وقود السيارات.
4. مسببات الحساسية المتعلقة بالعمل :
• اللاتكس.
• غبار الدقيق.
• غبار الخشب.
1. الإكزيما.
2. الربو.
3. الأم المدخنة إذ قد تعرض أطفالها إلى حساسية الأنف وخاصة خلال السنة الأولى من حياتهم.
4. إصابة أحد أفراد العائلة بالربو أو بإحدى أنواع الحساسية الأخرى.
5. العمل أو العيش في بيئة تعرض الفرد باستمرار لمسببات الحساسية.
• يمكن أن يعاني بعض الأشخاص من أعراض الحساسية لبضعة أشهر خلال السنة وذلك لأنهم حساسون تجاه المسببات الموسمية مثل غبار الطلع و أبواغ العفن ويسمى هذا النوع من التحسس بالحساسية الموسمية.
• أما الآخرون فقد يعا��ون من أعراض الحساسية بشكلٍ دائم وذلك لأنهم قد يتعرضون لبقية المحفزات المتواجدة على مدار العام، ويسمى هذا النوع من التحسس الحساسية الدائمة.
