The Sun's Lover
Sometimes I gaze at myself in the mirror and my mind bends and buckles against warring thoughts and I wonder if I was meant for more.
Sometimes I feel a breeze in the back of my mind
Sparks of errant electricity
A brief glimpse into something other, something hidden
Something on the tip of my tongue and the edge of my olfactory bulb
Colours I can smell, feelings I can hear, thoughts that have no shape or form. Older than my life, than language, than war. Certainties that tease and caress and seduce but leave me dry and gasping like incubi in my sleep.
That leave my tongue sloppy and lazy like tar black molasses squelching between teeth
Thoughts that taste of longer tongues and darker mouths and sharper teeth on a planet circling twin red dwarves, of methane marshes and hexagonal prism eyes that sparkle like blood red rubies
Words slurring together and thoughts hazy as they come back down to a body that feels paper thin and husky like maple seeds in the wind
I think of the wrath that dances just beneath my skin
The bile that churns and rushes to my face, eyes like daggers, lips fixed in a snarl at the slightest insult
I think of my pride, that squirming bag of worms that lights fires in my blood and how it wars with my desperate craving to belong
I watch them from the safety of my window like a xenoanthropologist. How they love and laugh and touch eachother. How they slide against one another like well oiled gears in a way I have never been able to. I think of the eldritch way in which I care, with a gaping maw and drooling lips, with twirling rings of eyes and 6 pairs of wings, with claws that burrow deeper and squeeze tighter the harder they try to leave me.
And I think to myself, girlhood is not so much different to godhood. A self-satisfres ied sadistic existence hiding a crushing singularity of loneliness, topped with pettiness and boredom.
I wish you would come to me in my waking hours and take me away from this place
Steal and hide me away in palaces of sand and moonstone
I can put up a good fight. I’ll run and scream and beg you to stop, make sure to drag out the thrill of the chase. Isn’t that what pretty nymphs are for?
I see my bitterness reflected in the ozone blue of your eyes, the hardness and cruelty shot through with marble strands of gold
Your skin is a thrumming pool of pure power, an atomic bomb bound in sinew and nucleic acids, ready to turn me to a pillar of salt
Your fingers coax the most bittersweet of melodies, leaping and thrumming from string to string like acrobats. They say the best musicians make the instruments sing, but I’ve seen you make lyres moan and weep
I remember the old stories, of girls turned to laurel trees, of wounded pride and donkeys ears. I remember the blood of the Myrmidon spilled outside the walks of Illium. I know you are a wrathful, self-righteous whore, with greedy fingers that leave bruises in the dips of hips and a silver tongue to match. Your fathers essence is strong in you, stronger even than it is in him. Nuclear fusion and supernovae to his ion and electron arcs. What is a thunderbolt in the face of the sun’s core?
That is how I know you would understand, I know you would thumb at that gaping festering wound inside my heart and bring me corpses instead of flowers. A plague in just the right place, so they can die slowly, in agony. Nuclear wastelands instead of jewellery. And then afterwards you’d smile that chesire cat smile at me, all satisfaction and faux-inoccence, and we’d wear our best skins and most beautiful masks and dance amongst the stars next to the hunter ripped to ribbons by hounds at your sisters command compose ballads, and study the healing arts and crafts but not so well the grey eyed bitch curses me with eight legs and congratulate ourselves on our own brilliance. Spin lies out of ambrosia and nectar and pretend we are good and just, exactly what the mortals deserve
Fuck me with your fingers with a fierceness you wouldn’t dare use on your precious lyres, piston into me the way the women in my grandmothers village gut fish (rhythmically, ruthlessly, with the sun beating down on leathery skin and the weight of 6 mouths to feed and the memory of your husbands knuckles shattering teeth), reach up into me and wring the neck of my womb like a newly ripe peach, yank it out of me until it lies pulsing and glittering and full of seed, uterine arteries spewing blood. I want to feel you burrowing upwards until I am impaled on your divinity, until you push upwards into my heart and lungs and your hands are peaking up out of my throat. Turn me inside out and wash me clean until my mortality burns away like a chrysalis and I am reborn in your image.
My ascension is a spectacle that leaves many breathless and many more blinded. “I am the goddess of lost potential” I whisper into the crook of your neck “of promises unkept and grudges nursed. Of doorways and bridges and the space between atoms. Of longing and regret and moments lost.” And then you’d smile that ridiculous smile of yours, like you’d seen me like this always, glowing and thrumming with possibility – and this confirmation is somewhat amusing.
“Pithanotita” you’ll declare against the shell of my neck and the rightness of it reverberates deep deep down, beyond the skeletons of cells that no longer exist and multi corded DNA strands, as if you have struck my very resonant frequency and my de Broglie wavelength sings with the joy of being seen. Not a name but a constant, a universal truth. Phoebus I’ll counter, and I won’t bother using a mouth, though the smirk will be implied. Possibility and Poetry need no lips to speak to one another, we are two sides of the same coin. You’ll laugh out loud then, delighted at my audacity. Only your mother calls you by her mothers name. And I can pretend just for a moment that we might last. The first of our kind to have eternity. That we won’t end up tearing each other to pieces. The sun and his unlikely lover, regret.

hey there! ur hair in ur most recent selfie looks super pretty!! i was just wondering what type of hair dye u use? and also whats ur natural hair colour/do u have to bleach it first for the colour to show up properly? thinking of dying my hair over summer and i definitely need some advice. anyway hope u have a great day!
Hi! I'm so sorry this got buried in my inbox! Let me run through some of the products I use:
Bleach: Color Brilliance Bright White Creme Lightener + Color Brilliance Sensitive Scalp 20 Volume Creme Developer, both by Ion! The lightener has hydrolyzed keratin, chamomile flower extract, and sunflower seed to condition and strengthen, and the developer has wheat germ protein for scalp sensitivity. It lightened my hair seven levels the first time I used it on my natural hair color, and it has completely removed any trace of color every time since I started using unnatural colors! It's never left me with breakage or damage.
Color: I've tried one or two other brands (including Lunar Tides, which unfortunately I did not like at all) but my favorite one that I use the most is Unicorn Hair by Lime Crime. This line is vegan and cruelty-free. It's a deposit-only, vegetable-based dye with no ammonia, peroxide or bleach. I leave the dye on for about 2 hours (no worries, it's not damaging as there are no harsh chemicals!)
They have full coverage line and a tint line and sprays and color-deposit conditioners, etc etc etc. I use the full coverage colors on bleached hair. Here are pictures of Dirty Mermaid (slightly faded), Sea Witch, Pony (slightly faded after several weeks), Chocolate Cherry, half Jello/half Pony (fresh color), and bonus lol--the Bubblegum Rose/Peach ombre-type thing I did on my girlfriend's hair.
I also strictly use shampoo/conditioner/hair products that DO NOT contain sulfates or parabens, always use color-safe products, use conditioning hair masks about once a week, generally wash my hair about 3 to 4 times per week, and never use heat on my hair. This all helps with both the colors and the curls lol. The dye is designed to fade into nice pastels rather than just the color just falling out, and I've found this to be true for all of the colors I've used so far.
And I think I'm dyeing my hair again today, actually. I'm doing Dirty Mermaid again, but I have some Jello left over so I might try to do the tips in that color, and I'm doing my girlfriend's entire length in just Peach, so I'll update this with pictures of those colors later! This will also be our first time trying the conditioners going forward, since those are new 😊

you're hair colour is so pretty! my wig is SNATCHED.
aHHH!! Thank you!! lksdjofhiuvb;wa/sd
Incase anyone is wondering, I use ion brilliance hair dye (because it smells like bubble bath and there’s no ammonia or peroxide in the colorful dyes)
To get this color, I mixed basically the whole tube of ‘Lemon’ and about 1/3 - ½ of the tube of ‘Magenta’, along with maybe ¼ - 1/3 of the tube of diluter?? But, of course, I bleached my hair around Halloween (and again a week after to get that platinum white color), so that’s why it’s vibrant I guess??
Speaking of hair dye, I need more ‘Lemon’ color…
(( or, if anyone want’s to recommend and good brands to try, please do!! ))
aND YASSSS!!!!! WIGSSSSS!!!!!!

The Infinite Charm of Loose Diamonds
Nature provides us with a rich array of precious stones which are mainly used as jewelry to add beauty and charm to the dress that people wear. Diamonds are generally considered the most valuable of the precious stones. Well cut and polished loose diamonds are a wonderful sight with its beauty, purity, and brilliance.
The Story of Diamonds: Chemically, diamond is just one special physical form of carbon. But it is so different from other forms like coal and graphite. The birth of a diamond is an exciting story. The formation of diamond is a fascinating story. Carbon which is present thousands of miles inside the earth experiences very high pressure and temperature over millions of years and changed into diamond. It comes up to the surface of the earth as a result of volcanic eruptions. Thereafter this diamonds gets mined in its rough and crude form. Such a diamond has to be cut and polished in a very skilled and delicate manner to convert it into a valuable piece of loose diamond which is then ready for sale. Diamond is the hardest known substance in nature. It also has the ability to reflect and refract or scatter light that falls on it in a very effective way. That explains the brilliant and dazzling nature of diamonds that we love to buy and wear as part of the jewelry.
The Charm of Loose Diamonds Australia: We get saleable loose diamonds when a rough diamond is the cut and polished by expert hands. This process is elaborate and delicate. It is the result of the painstaking efforts of highly skilled craftsman who work for days together with a lot of commitment. Today they also have at their disposal the best kind of diamond cutter. Once the process is over, we can buy the loose diamond of our choice and have it mounted on a gold ring, bracelet, pendant and other items of jewelry of our choice. Loose diamonds are also bought and kept as a kind of investment, the way people buy and store gold and silver. The value of such loose diamonds Australia is determined on the basis of four important qualities. We refer to these as the 4 C’s. They are these are colour, clarity, cut, and carat. The white or colorless loose diamonds are considered most valuable. Carat is the unit of weight of diamonds and is equal to 200 mg. Companies that certify the diamonds do so on the basis of these traits and do so usually only items presented as loose diamonds. What makes the well-cut diamonds dazzle are the different facets or ‘windows’ polished ion the diamond surface. Each of these contributes to the scattering of light that falls on the diamond. That accounts for the radiance and brilliance of the diamond that we find so attractive.
Diamonds make the most lasting and valuable gifts since their charm and elegance attracts everyone. Well cut loose diamonds can be used in several beautiful ways and bring joy and thrill. Any jewelry studded with diamonds however big or small adds a special quality to the item and will be valued forever.

Ion Color Brilliance Review
Ion Color Brilliance Review
I’m kind of a hair dye addict. If you read my post “Ten Things to Know About Me,” then you will know I have had my hair a lot of colours. Which means I have used plenty of different hair color brands. From L’Oreal to Manic Panic to Splat; there have been a lot. Quite recently, I colored my hair again. It’s the first time in a while since I’ve done my hair unnatural colours. I’m loving it so far,…

Have you ever done a hair-related video? I loooove your coloured hair, and I don't know many vegans that dye their hair. I'd like to colour mine but I don't know good vegan hair products or dyes
Yes I have :) but this is an OLD video and my routine & colour has changed. I now use the Ion Color Brilliance Powder Lightener & a 30 vol developer to bleach my hair. And I use Arctic Fox or Manic Panic for the colour portion. Here’s the link to the old video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=odzbHsOuc3k

2019 Peugeot 3008 And 508 Plug Into The Paris Motor Show
Finally, the crossover gets an all-wheel-drive system and up to 300 horsepower.
[UPDATE, October 2] Live images from the 2018 Paris Motor Show have been added at the beginning of the gallery, below.
Customers have been complaining about the 3008’s lack of an all-wheel-drive system, but you’ll be happy to hear that Peugeot is finally addressing this issue. Available exclusively for the range-topping 3008 GT, the HYBRID4 combines a 1.6-liter PureTech gasoline engine with an electric motor mounted at the front axle and another one driving the rear wheels.
The combustion engine delivers 200 horsepower (147 kilowatts) while each of the electric motors is good for 110 hp (80 kW). With a combined output of 300 hp (220 kW), the all-wheel-drive Peugeot 3008 GT HYBRID4 needs just six and a half seconds to reach 62 mph (100 kph). Thanks to a 13.2-kWh battery pack, it covers 37 miles (60 kilometers) in the new and more realistic WLTP cycle when running solely on electric juice.
Update:
As far as the regular HYBRID system is concerned, it’s also available for the 3008 crossover as well as for the new 508 liftback and wagon. It consists of a 180-hp configuration of the conventional engine and a single 110-hp (80-kW) electric motor for a total output of 225 hp (165 kW). These front-wheel-drive models have a slightly smaller 11.8-kWh battery pack providing an electric range of more than 25 miles (40 km) in the two 508 models.
When it comes to recharging the battery packs, it will take seven hours when using a standard plug (3.3 kW, 8A charger) or four hours with a 3.3 kW 14A charger. Should you always be in a hurry, there’s also an optional Wallbox with a 6.6 kW 32A charger reducing the charging time to less than 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Although unveiled today, the three electrified Peugeots will not be available in Europe until the second quarter of next year.

PEUGEOT presents its new Plug-in Hybrid petrol engines.
This new offer complements the existing PEUGEOT 3008 and the new PEUGEOT 508 and 508 SW engines. The HYBRID engine and the HYBRID4 (four-wheel-drive) engine will be integrated to the new PEUGEOT 508 and PEUGEOT 3008 respectively. They will be available for the second quarter of 2019.
The PEUGEOT driving experience will be enhanced with new driving modes for rebooted enjoyment and sensations thanks to the magic effect of the ZEV 100% electric mode, the efficiency of the 4-wheel drive mode (HYBRID4), the power of the Sport mode or the versatility of the Hybrid mode.
The technology is simple and intuitive, at the service of full freedom: freedom of use, with vehicles adapted to road, urban or outdoor routes. Freedom of choice, with 2 or 4 driving wheels, 225hp or 300hp, sedan, SW or SUV. Freedom of use with the 4 driving modes.
These two new engines are the tangible proof of PEUGEOT’s vision of unconstrained, exciting and ever more efficient mobility. #UnboringTheFuture.
“Our HYBRID PLUG-INs are in perfect harmony with our brand values: they reinforce our promise of amplifying the senses. With this new offer, nothing could be simpler: customers will always come to buy a PEUGEOT and will have the choice of their engine depending on their uses! “
Jean-Philippe IMPARATO, PEUGEOT brand CEO
PLUG-IN HYBRID TECHNOLOGY
PEUGEOT would like to present its PLUG-IN HYBRID range as the first piece of tangible proof of a serene and ever more pleasant future for our customers. A HYBRID and HYBRID4 rechargeable offer linked to a petrol engine.
A set of advanced technologies is rolled out which easily and fully transparently fit together for the user.
Petrol engine
The 1.6L PureTech engine has been adapted, including with the addition of a starter-alternator or a specific cooling face. It reaches 180hp on HYBRID and 225hp on HYBRID4.
New electrified automatic gearbox
The PureTech engine is combined with the new e-EAT8 8-speed automatic transmission (Electric Efficient Automatic Transmission – 8 speeds), specific to PEUGEOT PLUG-IN HYBRID engines.
An electric motor is linked to the box and reaches 110hp/80kW on the front suspension.
For optimal and imperceptible transitions between electrical and thermal, the torque converter of the thermal versions gives way to a wet multiple-disc clutch. All these modifications offer a torque increase of 60Nm, for more reactivity.
An electrified rear suspension
On the HYBRID4 versions, the multi-link rear suspension is equipped with an inverter, a 110hp/80kW electric motor and a gearbox for 4-wheel drive. Its integration has been achieved without impact on usability.
Lithium-ion battery
The high voltage battery is Lithium-ion (300V) and is located under the 2nd row seats on both HYBRID and HYBRID4 versions.
The battery has a capacity of between 11,8KWh (HYBRID) and 13,2 KWh (HYBRID4), at the best level of the market. This capability ensures 100% electric driving up to 50 kilometres WLTP(2) (60 kilometres NEDC(1)).
To get the most out of the operating silence, the default mode will be the Zero Emission mode, when the battery charge status allows it. The electric movements can reach 135km/h before the heat engine takes over.
Efficient features for renewed enjoyment
New Brake feature
The driver can choose to activate a new Brake feature that allows the vehicle to decelerate without pressing the brake pedal. As an engine brake, it also makes it possible to recharge the battery, when going downhill for example. In Drive mode, pushing the Shift and Park by wire automatic gearbox control to the rear is enough to engage the Brake mode. A second push disables it.
New electronically-controlled braking system
With a view to increasing driver autonomy in 100% electric, the high energy efficiency i-Boosterbraking system recovers the energy during a braking or a deceleration when the foot is lifted off (energy that usually dissipates on the thermal versions). The i-booster incorporates an electric pump to replace the vacuum pump of the thermal versions.
New e-SAVE feature
The pleasure of riding in electric whenever you want is possible with the e-SAVE function. The e-SAVE allows the driver to anticipate their movement by reserving electric autonomy (10kms, 20kms or the whole battery). This function is easily accessible from the dedicated e-SAVE menu on the touch screen. Once set up, the function is displayed on the handset with the autonomy reserved in kilometres. You just need to select the Zero Emission mode on the driving mode selector to activate the 100% electric driving when you need it.
Easily and quickly charge your battery
Maximum charge is reached:
in 7 hours with a standard plug (3,3 kW, 8A charger)
in 4 hours with a reinforced Green’up® type socket (3.3 kW 14A charger in 4 hours)
and even in less than 1h45 when using a Wallbox (6.6 kW 32A charger available as an option).
Guides lamps surround the charging socket so you can easily and quickly check the battery charge. Once the plug is connected, colours will indicate the progress of the battery charge.
Discreetly installed, the charging hatch is located on the rear left wing of the vehicle (symmetric to the fuel hatch). The charging system fits easily into specific storage under the boot floor.
A driving experience enriched with new sensations
With its technological heritage, PEUGEOT offers its customers the same experience of intense and instinctive driving whatever the engine.
The new PEUGEOT PLUG-IN HYBRID engines provide a new driving experience. An experience that provides a range of new sensations with unparalleled brilliance including through new driving modes.
Each driving mode is exclusive and provides different experiences:
silence in ZERO EMISSION mode, 100% electric!
exhilarating performance in SPORT mode that harnesses all energies,
versatility of the HYBRID mode,
improved motor function in 4WD mode (PEUGEOT 3008 HYBRID4)
COMFORT mode that couples the HYBRID mode and the comfort of the electronically-controlled suspension (new PEUGEOT 508 HYBRID)
All these modes offer a 100% electric ride, depending on the battery charge level.
If the technological content of the HYBRID and HYBRID4 engines can seem dense, the promise of the ensuing driving experience is clear. Ergonomics and driving are easy and intuitive.
An electrifying drive with the PEUGEOT i-Cockpit®
As a key brander for Lion productions, the PEUGEOT i-Cockpit® provides a stimulating and intuitive driving experience in everyday life. The touch screen and the digital handset have been adapted in order to complement the driving experience of PEUGEOT PLUG-IN HYBRID engines.
Digital handset
The hybrid-specific PEUGEOT i-Cockpit® incorporates the driving information available in the driver’s field of vision (driving mode, electric gauge level and available electrical distance, etc.). It is fully configurable and customisable.
A power metre, located on the right side of the digital handset, replaces the rev counter. It consists of 3 easily identifiable areas:
The ECO area corresponds to an energy-optimising driving experience,
The POWER area is a more dynamic driving experience, providing dynamic performance.
The CHARGE area indicates the phases of energy recovery to the driver, allowing the battery to be charged, mainly when the foot is off.
Two gauges are arranged on either side of the handset: one for the fuel, the other for the power. The available range, expressed in km, is also indicated below each gauge.
The active driving mode is permanently displayed in the lower part of the handset, so that you can adapt it if necessary quickly and without hesitation.
At everytime when recharging, the handset allows to know the recovered electric autonomy(in kilometres), the recovered rate of battery charge (in percentage), the speed of battery charging (in electric kilometres) as well as the remaining charge time before reaching full charge (in hours and/or minutes).
Touch screen
The touch screen also includes a specific hybrid menu. A direct access button has been added alongside piano – toggle switches. It gives access to new information:
the energy flow page that shows the operating status of the hybrid system
the consumption statistics page which differentiates the electricity consumption from the fuel consumption.
the browsing page which includes specific information:
charging stations, in addition to fuel stations in POIs
the range of the all-electric mode
the full electric + thermal range of action.
Lastly, the air conditioning page displays the pre-conditioning passenger compartment, allowing to cool or warm the compartment according to the outside temperature.
My Peugeot connectivity
For maximum agility, the content of the MyPeugeot mobile application has been improved. It can now activate remote charging, know the progress and state of charge of the vehicle, anticipate a pre-thermal conditioning or assess its fuel consumption or electricity at anytime and anywhere.
The HYBRID and HYBRID4 engines will be integrated to the PEUGEOT 3008 and on the new PEUGEOT 508 and 508 SW in autumn 2019.
The PEUGEOT PLUG-IN HYBRID engines are a unique opportunity for the brand to complement the powerful ranges of the PEUGEOT 3008 and the new PEUGEOT 508 and 508SW! They give our customers the opportunity to buy a powerful 3008 AWD or a 508 (Sedan or SW) that is efficient and provides improved sensations. “

PEUGEOT 3008 GT HYBRID4: Everywhere, all the time
With a never-before-seen power in a PEUGEOT series, the character of the SUV PEUGEOT 3008 takes on a new dimension with the powerful HYBRID4 version. This high-end offer offers 4-wheel drive and reaches the equivalent of 300hp/220kw.
This is the result of the combination of a PureTech engine reaching 200hp/147kW and two electric engines (one at the front and the second at the rear) each reaching 110hp/80kW.
It does 0 to 100km/h in 6.5s. The battery capacity is 13.2kWh for a 100% electric range of 50 kilometres WLTP(2) (60 kilometres NEDC(1)).
4-wheel drive mode provides improved motor function on the road or rough terrain. The result is perfect grip: whether on wet, muddy, snowy or winding roads, the power is evenly distributed over the four wheels of the vehicle.
The PEUGEOT 3008 HYBRID4 offers power and 4-wheel drive with CO2 emissions at the best level on the market: less than 49g of CO2 per kilometre WLTP(2).
The arrival of the multi-arm rear suspension provides high level comfort for back-seat passengers. Its integration has no impact on the usability and the boot carpet which is now in a high position.
The HYBRID4 engine is only available in a GT version with an exclusive Alcantara® Greval Grey trim with real aged grey oak trim. There are also new ADASs taken from the new PEUGEOT 508: adaptive cruise control with Stop & Go function and assistance in maintaining position in the traffic lane.
A few months after its launch, the HYBRID4 version will be joined in the range by a HYBRID version of 225hp (165kW), which will combine a 180hp/132kW PureTech engine with a 110hp/80kW electric motor, all in traction.
PEUGEOT 508 and 508 SW HYBRID: radically efficient
The new PEUGEOT 508 HYBRID and 508 SW HYBRID combine the PureTech 180hp/132kW engine with a 110hp/80kW electric motor for a combined maximum power of 225hp/165kw in traction.
The HYBRID engine deployed on the new PEUGEOT 508 and 508 SW was designed to offer even more sensations. It optimizes its TCO by having the greatest efficiency in terms of CO2emissions, with less than 49g of CO2 per kilometre WLTP(2).
The battery has a capacity of 11.8kWh and ensures 100% electric autonomy over 40 kilometres WLTP(2) (50 kilometres NEDC(1)).
The traction chain was implemented without compromising. The usability is preserved and the boot volumes are identical to the thermal versions (487L for PEUGEOT 508 and 530L for PEUGEOT 508 SW).
This offer is widely available in 3 finishes:
Allure (and Allure Business): offers ultra-equipped core range,
GT Line, for dynamic typing,
GT, the high-end exclusive presentation, which includes a series of exclusive upholstery in Alcantara® Greval Grey

(2) The values given are in accordance with the WLTP procedure. As of 1 September 2018, new vehicles are being received on the basis of the Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP), which is a new, more realistic test procedure for measuring fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and the range of plug-in hybrid vehicles. This WLTP procedure is carried out with more realistic test conditions and completely replaces the New European Driving Cycle (NEDC), which was the test procedure used previously. The measured range for rechargeable hybrid vehicles using the WLTP procedure is in many cases lower than that measured using the NEDC procedure. The range values shown correspond to the average values of the vehicles in the range. All values shown may vary depending on specific equipment, options and types of tyres.
