he shook his head as fina reassured him that she didn’t think it was weird. truth was, roman didn’t exactly think it was weird. he just wasn’t ready to date someone else. he was still - even if they’d been broken up a very long time - head over heels for fina. he sighed, “i will think about it.” he chuckled as she told him that eli wanted a monster truck toy he’d seen somewhere. probably at a friend’s house. typical. “i mean i’m not saying he gets it from me but i’d do my best at a performance if i got a treat or something beforehand too.” he looked at her with a smirk and a laugh. “totally weird question, feel free to ignore, but do you think you’ll have more? kids, i mean.”

“thank you. see? that’s wasn’t so hard, now was it?”   his agreement was all she needed to finally drop it. fina cared for roman, despite them having been broken up for a while now. he was a great dad to eli, and they were on good terms. she felt herself lucky to be in the position that she was in.   “he gets it all from you, i swear.”   she groaned jokingly, not that she minded getting her son the monster truck he’d been raving about for a week now.   “more like totally random.”   fina quirked a brow at him, stepping closer, curious orbs scanning his face for any tells of joking.   “i mean.. i haven’t really thought about it, honestly. with you and eli, and my job, it’s been pretty jam packed up in here.”   she answered with a smile, index finger tapping at her temple.   “what about you? why’d you ask?”
