Molly's interest perked up when the man mentioned he and his twin weren't raised together. She remembered hearing something about an experiment where twins were raised separately and wondered if the man and his sibling had turned out similar to each other or vastly differently. How much was too much to ask a complete stranger she'd never met before? At least, she thought she'd never met him before, but as the familiar name, one she didn't walk down the street hearing all that often, slipped from his mouth, she was immediately reconsidering whether or not she'd ever met him. "Aslihan?" Molly repeated, brows furrowed curiously in his direction. "Like, this tall," she motioned to an inaccurate height with her hand, "Super mom of two, total history nerd?" A snort of amusement left her nose. "Knew you looked familiar. Asli is the mom of my nieces, I'm actually the troll living in her pool house."

Murat was much of the same. He preferred having control of certain situations even if his decision making skills weren't the greatest in those situations. With work, it was different - making quick and precise decisions was easy, he'd gone to school for a long time to be able to make those particular decisions, but when it came to his personal decisions, well, there was no training protocol for those. "I wouldn't really know what it's like to be a twin, in a traditional sense anyway, so unfortunately, my opinion might not give you any insight into how most twins feel - we weren't raised together" Part of him felt like expanding that explanation but instead he leaves it there.
"Her name is Aslihan."

"Toddlers are way cooler, so it makes sense that people would want to be like them," Molly stated confidently, knowing that she was often tired of her adult life and found herself wishing she was as carefree as she remembered her second niece to be. "But you'd have to get a serious amount of alcohol in me before I would start acting like one." She lifted her beer to her lips, tuning out the screeching coming from the stage in favor of glancing at the man with a furrowed brow. "You look familiar, have we met before?"
Being the designated driver was his thing. He enjoyed getting to witness drunken shenanigans without having to participate much in the drinking part - this was especially important when it came to his co-workers. Most of them thought it was a bonding experience but Murat looked at it as a way to see who he really wanted to be friends with and who he wished to stay away from. He chuckles. "You tell truths. I believe, though, that most people these days have the audacity of most toddlers - at least this is fun to watch."

The man made a good point about being a toddler. On the downside, she supposed it wasn't very much fun to have things in the world happening around you with little to no control over them. Molly liked to have control, even if she was often careless with that control. "You know what, you have a point. People are sympathetic when it's a toddler having a meltdown over the last bag of cheese puffs being sold out, but when it's me." She blew a breath from her lips like a soft whistle and shook her head. Molly was sure he looked familiar, but believed him when he responded with a reaction that was sure they hadn't met. "Don't think I've met any twins lately," She pointed out with a shrug, voice growing slightly louder over the new addition to the stage who had decided to belt out some rock song they only half-knew the lyrics to. "What's her name? Also follow up question, do you actually like being a twin? I haven't heard good reviews honestly."
Murat nods. "You have a point, except when toddlers act like toddlers it's cute until they're screaming in the middle of the grocery store. When adults act like toddlers, it's not nearly as cute. I'll admit though that if I had a choice to be a toddler or an adult, I would choose being a toddler again. You get all your meals without having to pay for them, free rent, you get cuddled when you're feeling big emotions -" He trails, mirroring Molly's expression but shaking his head.
"I apologize, if we have, I don't remember it. I do have a sister though -" He makes a face of both amusement and irritation when a new person takes the stage who begins loudly singing in a terrible manner. "We're twins - that might be why I look familiar."
