We held our monthly Instructor Boot Camp today for both our virtual and in person assistants and instructors. We discussed the importance of leading by example in all facets of life and went through drills to help reflect that when they are helping students on the dojo floor. We also went over the importance of letting students know what they are doing well on and how to best communicate ways for them to improve. Lastly we focused on this quarter’s curriculum and covered important areas that students may have challenges with and how to help them. Everyone brought their best today!
