so just made the minrathous v treviso choice and went with minrathous

one of those little story annotation thingies popped up after talking with lucanis that explicitly states he's no longer available for romance--is this something that came out with a recent patch?

i remember reading some confusion from folks early on that they felt like him being locked out of a romance seemed like it might have been a bug, but this makes it clear as day that he's locked out

also it's kind of weird that they frame lucanis being locked out as 'he doesn't have the heart for romance anymore,' but i'm pretty sure he and neve can still become a thing if treviso gets blighted? i could understand if you're a crow rook and go to minrathous that would put him off, but there's literally zero difference between neve and a shadow dragon rook going to minrathous
