What a wonderful post from @coachmelaniebenson - I saw this on @Twitter and responded with a few things I am #grateful for that happened during my Sunday walk (see photos on Facebook). And then a few minutes later I thought of a few more things that happend that day that I appreciated. . . Wow... how cool is that! 🙏To steep my thoughts in what is good right now is so good for the #soul. ...My list continued with 🙏 I am grateful for my family who gave me toilet paper. My friends who I got to chat with on zoom. My dance teacher who provided a video we could practice. The opportunity to connect with family by phone and hear how well they are doing. The cooperation at the stores for social distancing. The store staff that is serving us daily. The @TraderJoes crew members who offered water and protein bars while waiting in line. Acceptance of a situation is a wonderful thing. My grandmother always said... make the best of it.
