Lynette Cerezo como voz y espíritu de Bestial Mouths, es una figura poderosamente inquietante. Su fascinante forma de intrepretar las canciones y su puesta en escena podemos decir que llevan al público a un estado de catarsis.

Desde su creación en 2009, el nucleo duro de Bestial Mouths ha combinado la voz de Cerezo, en sí misma una pieza integral de la banda, con innumerables influencias de todo tipo de generos y espectros musicales, goth, industrial, post-punk, New Wave, noise, metal y otros sonidos underground, creando en sus conciertos unas atmósferas de percusiones electrónicas y sintetizadores analógicos. DIY, samplers se mezclan en cada álbum, evocando una constante necesidad de explorar mayores profundidades de experimentación.

Con una etapa anterior trabajando en el diseño de moda y el activismo de género, la estética visual y social de Cerezo se entrelaza profundamente en la presentación de Bestial Mouth, lo cual queda representado en sus cautivadores movientos teatrales en sus actuaciones. Cerezo no ha descansado durante la última decada, trabajando con calma en un nuevo LP para 2020 mientras practica sus otras pasiones. Sus puntos brillantes del 2019 : La realización del cortometraje "Terra", una actuación híbrida especial para Randfilm Festival, una colaboración en la creación de joyeria vegana con el diseñador berlinés Tommy Vowles, su aparción como personaje en Wir Kellerkinder, un nuevo libro que promueve el goth y otras rarezas en los niños, pero el punto culminante es sin duda el lanzamiento de un nuevo EP Bestial Mouths. INSHROUDSS, que marca el primer lanzamiento donde Cerezo toma el control total del producción. Contando con las colaboraciones de Brant (AAIMON, S-LVE) y Alex DeGroot (ZolaJesus), INSHROUDSS es un lanzamiento profundamente personal que podemos decir que cierra el complejo círculo y completa el viaje de BestialMouths. Elementos de Metal, tambores tribales y la furiosas guitarras de las primeras raíces del goth que regresan, amplificadas con la electrónica que gruñe y que se mezcla con grabaciones de campo capturadas durante el proceso de composoción de las canciones. La voz de Cerezo está más presente que nunca, es el pararrayos alrededor del cual se entrelazan los sonidos de las canciones INSHROUDSS es lanzado en RUNE & RUIN, un nuevo sello formado junto con su amiga y colaboradora frecuente Alison Lewis (Linea Aspera, Zanias, Fleisch Records) como una manera de ayudar y mostrar a mujeres fuertes en la escena underground. En su existencia de más de una década, Bestial Mouths ha trabajado con muchos productores y artistas reconocidos. Zola Jesus, Mick Harvey, Egyptrixx, Boy Harsher, Die Krupps, Mater Suspiria Vision, Zanias, The Horrorist y Ludovico Technique son solo algunos colaboradores, mientras que han compartido el escenario con los gustos de Psychic TV, Austra, Chelsea Wolfe, DAF, 3Teeth, OAKE, Front Line Assembly, White Ring, Suicide Commando, David J., King Dude, Youth Code, Cut Hands and Light Asylum entre muchosComo banda invitada tendremos al duo de Darkwave y Synthpop ► NNHMN dúo formado por Lee & Laudarg, que viven y trabajan en Berlín. Su música se describe como una mezcla de darkwave y synthpop. El último álbum de NNHMN “Shadow in the Dark “ contiene seis conmovedoras, sensuales y profundamente emocionales temas de corte oscuro, su fecha de lanzamiento fué el 5 de diciembre de 2019 a través del sello k-dreams records, después de su gran éxito y excelentes críticas de publicaciones como New Noise Magazine, Post Punk.com, The Quietus entre otras, “Shadow in the Dark” ha vuesto a ser relanzado por Oraculo Records en vinilo

Following 2019's 'INSHROUDSS EP', 'RESURRECTEDINBLACK' marks the first Bestial Mouths LP crafted fully under frontwoman Lynette Cerezo's guiding mind.

Emerging from the shrouds of trauma explored on her debut release as the singular force behind Bestial Mouths, RESURRECTEDINBLACK weaves a world riddled by grief and loss—a world of broken systems, of toxic lands once sacred, of lost saviors and inner voids that may be tented with strong flesh, but remain as raw as the meat surrounding them.

While branching deeper into the searing industrialized electronics and imminently danceable darkwave of the previous EP, RESURRECTEDINBLACK also continues to channel new and experimental paths through the project's original gothic post-punk roots. Led by Cerezo's visceral, emotional voice and lyrics, and featuring beautifully brutal production from Brant Showers (AAIMON/SØLVE), Alex DeGroot (Zola Jesus) and Balázs Képli (nullius in verba), it is the journey of a soul shattered—then stapled back together by female rage and self-determination.
