Never defending what Helena did but there is still something deeply saddening in having to infiltrate somebody else's life (somebody who, mind you, wasn't even considered human) to experience the tiniest bit of real, human connection. You start to wonder who's actually more human, if the one trapped and forced to work yet still conserving their free thinking and will to be able to love and be loved, or the one who, despite seemingly having it all, lacks the most fundamental part of living: Love. Care. Protection.

#again what she did was very fucked up I'm still thinking about it i will never stop thinking about it actually #but i do think she IS somehow ashamed of what she's doing #but it's that type of childish shame in which the kid knows something's wrong but hasn't been taught any better that's just her life #insane how helly has way more individualism and free will than helena has ever had #although i do think she KNOWS better and she IS very fucked up. BUT she's been taught to not perceive the innies as HUMAN #which is again fucked up and weird but it's not like she's ever been treated like a person either #not defending her she IS cruel but seeing the full picture here i understand why she would do this. never condoning it but i see why #severance #helly r #helena eagan
