GOB is the English abbreviation for Glue on board on the LED lamp board. The GOB package uses an advanced high-transparency resin to fill the gaps between the LED lamp beads. And maintain thermal conductivity without affecting the image display, it is like pouring glue on the LED module, so that the protective performance of the entire LED module is greatly enhanced. The advantage of the GOB packaged LED display is that it can achieve waterproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof, and anti-collision features. Customized private mold, adding water guide groove, non-slip surface. The surface is frosted, wear-resistant and scratch-resistant.

The new double PC mask floor screen displayed this time adds a layer of black mask to XYG’s traditional PC mask, which solves the problem of module black line modularization caused by traditional PC masks.

The floor screen needs to be waterproofed regardless of whether it is indoors or outdoors. Our company’s indoor modules completely adopt outdoor standards. The screw holes are sealed with three-proof glue to ensure moisture-proof, waterproof and dust-proof to the greatest extent. The waterproof and dustproof coefficient of the surface can reach IP54, and the outdoor can reach IP68. The number of load-bearing columns in each module is as many as 71, and adhesives are added to the material to ensure the toughness and strength of the load-bearing columns. The generated tension ensures that the pillar will not break (the tension will cause the pillar to break, and after the break, the module will crack when the heavy object is removed and placed on it again). Water guide grooves are added to the surface of the module, and the surface will not become slippery even in the presence of water, which increases the safety of guests. The surface of the module is frosted, which ensures the scratch resistance of the surface of the module to a greater extent.

In order to ensure the load-bearing requirements, the cabinet is made of sheet metal with a national standard foot of 1.50mm and a thickness of 1.80mm after spraying. The force is evenly distributed over the entire cabinet, rather than at a few points. The back cover of the control box is made of pure aluminium, which ensures heat dissipation to the greatest extent. Waterproof beading is used around the back cover to ensure that water vapor on the ground cannot enter the control box. The floor support is made of galvanized mop instead of hard plastic, which increases the load-bearing effect.

Another new product is XYG’s newly launched outdoor common shade energy-saving waterproof front maintenance aluminium bottom shell cabinet, the spacing includes P4.4, P5.7, P6.67 and P10. The brightness is optional from 5000~12000nits.

The common cathode is an energy-saving power supply technology for LED displays, which can effectively solve the problems of excessive temperature and excessive power consumption of the common anode circuit screen. It has the function of blanking above and below the column, high refresh rate, improving the darkening of the first row, low gray color cast, and improving the lighting function of pitting. Outdoor application products, IP66 protection level, adopt die-cast aluminium box, with corrosion resistance, high melting point, flame retardant and fireproof, moisture-proof and salt spray resistance, high flatness, etc. Normal operation, strong environmental adaptability, outdoor all-weather work. Stable and reliable performance, ultra-low temperature rise, low power consumption, low attenuation, plus the aluminium module itself has good thermal conductivity, which makes the heat dissipation effect of the entire screen better, no need to install an air conditioner, high reliability, and long service life.
