Found a Movie called Drop from 2009, it’s got Mizushima Hiro in it who was in the live action black butler and also in one of the Kamen riders but then there’s a drama series and that has not only the guy who plays Binzo in the worst x but also Sukai from jo1 and Sway from Doberman Infinity 😩🤚. Anyway Drop is crazy it’s very crows zero and high & low but I guess that’s a popular theme for dramas and movies in Japan? I was surprised to see Binzo but I wanna see that now. The movie is ok I really like Lupin and Mizushima’s character. Also why drop, high & low, crows zero and from today it’s my turn and demekin all the guys have jojo’s bizarre adventure x buckaroo banzai lookin ass haircuts? Also they all about fighting but the actors weave in between the different dramas it’s really cool.

I know this won’t gain traction, but I really want it to work:

I implore you to watch this acoustic performance of Infinity (無限大 Mugendai) by Junki who is a member of JO1. For a song that’s supposed to be sung with 11 members, he did a splendid job singing it alone.

The stereotype that comes with J-pop boy group is... not positive, to say the least, and I’m speaking as a casual fan of bigger, more prominent Japanese boy groups. What Junki and JO1 are doing is groundbreaking; a breath of fresh air in the Japanese music industry. If you look through the comments in this video, Japanese listeners were shocked by his skills.

Junki was, until a year ago, a  senior Policy Studies student at a prestigious univeristy, and he received a job offer at major corporation in Japan, which he ended up turning the offer down. He went on Produce 101 Japan and made it into the final line-up, now serving as a vocalist in the group.

Edit: How can I forget this? Junki and most JO1 members weren’t singers nor dancers. Junki’s strongest suit is singing, and he’s never done it professionally until Produce 101 Japan. He’s talented, but he’s also a hardworker. He has improved vocally, and has shown improvement in his dance skills.

Though they debuted in March, JO1 didn’t have that many opportunities to go on music shows on national television, hence why not many people in Japan have heard of him or his group until last weekend, thanks to FNS Kayousai that was aired on Fuji TV.

I genuinely think Junki deserves a view, or mandu in JO1twt speak. If you’ve listened to his performance here and are interested, please watch JO1′s official music videos or search them up on Spotify.
