@ambercast -- for Riley
The fact that some industrious townsfolk had kept the town's liquor supply going was definitely something to be appreciated. While Rance might have missed the selection he had been able to choose from before coming to Huntsville, he had gotten used to the offerings in town by now. Obviously other people were too, judging by how there were always plenty of patrons in the Sasquatch. "Mmm, this is a pretty good batch," he commented, mainly to himself but also to whoever was nearby. Seeing that no one was immediately nearby, he spotted the closest person and pointed to him. "Hey, you tried this yet? If not, you definitely should!"

(Rahul Kohli) [THE SEARCHER]. Please welcome [ZAIN MADAN] (HE/HIM)] to Huntsville, WV. They are an [34]-year-old [VISITOR] who lives in [TOWN]. You may see them around working as a [HEAD OF PARKS & REC].
FULL NAME: Zain Abel Madan
NICKNAME: Z
GENDER: Male
PRONOUNS: He/Him
AGE: Thirty-Four
OCCUPATION: Head of Parks & Rec
RESIDENCE: The Town
RESIDENT or VISITOR: Visitor
HUNTER or GATHERER: Both where applicable. He monitors hunts to make sure they are carried out safely.
TITLE: The Searcher
FACECLAIM: Rahul Kohli
THE BRIEF;
originally born in manchester, england
thirty four years old
studied biology (botany specifically) and chemistry at oxford, even got his doctorate in the field.
zain moved to the states for work after graduating and joined the governments park and rec department. zain lived his best life and thrived out in the wild. he hated office life, a nine to five office role never suited him
met zoë back in dc, the two hit it off and started dating. it wasn't long after that they had moved into together and got engaged.
they realised that while they had their differences, they were extremely alike - stubborn, ambitious, too curious for their own good. instead of being adults and talking about this, they both dived into work
at zoë's disappearance/abrupt departure, he felt hurt and confused at her decision. he knew they had drifted, and he was working on being better for her, however her bailing and not even leaving a note or hearing him out had him feeling like garbage, like he wasn't even worth the breath to her.
zain hated dc, he felt like a duck out of water and zoë was the only person worth keeping him there. when she up and left 5 months ago, he tried to find her (in concern for her safety & also partly for closure if disappearing was what she wanted to do) and found his way to huntsville after zoë's boss mentioned that he sent a private investigator to look for her.
low and behold, like everyone else he was now stuck in town.
it's been a month since his arrival - since then he's got a place to live and a job with the towns parks and rec department at the town hall.
zain loves working for parks and rec - except for the paperwork. man does not like paperwork.
he monitors hunts to make sure they're carried out safely and don't damage their surroundings and important plants that can be used for medical purposes.
part time medicine man - he puts his doctorate to good use and has started working on additional medical supplies and medicines for the town.
he's a man of nature, he feels like he can breathe when he's outdoors working.
country/nature boi. he likes working in parks and rec, it might not be as demanding as zoë's professional industry, but its what he vibes with. both have a drive to succeed but it always annoyed him previously that zoë never saw his work as a "real job".
zain is always on the look for something to justify why everyone is stuck in town, it baffles him, he can't process it.
low-key freaking out about the monsters and lack of cigarettes.
OTHER NOTES;
+ brought zoë and his pet dog 'lick jagger' along with him. he doesn't care was zoë says *jennifer coolidge voice* he's taking the dog, dumbass
+ found three puppies when he was travelling to town and now he's a dog dad of four dogs: lick jagger, bark wahlberg, woofie goldberg and jude paw - as a collective they're called the muttley crew
+ lick jagger & puppies are honorary members of the parks and rec team, they have t-shirts and their own id cards
+ does want to have an opportunity to talk things out with zoë - he has no idea where they stand & doesn't know how to approach the situation
THE POSSIBLE CONNECTIONS;
friends
new bestie
acquaintances
enemies
zoë's friends meeting him for the first time
co-workers
dog walkers
neighbours
hunter & gatherers - that require supervision or a partner
people that know him from england or dc
will be updated as goes

NASA’s Josh Whitehead has a passion for systems engineering. He now helps lead the team developing the rocket that will fly the first crew to deep space since the Saturn V. The campaign name of Artemis, the Greek goddess of the Moon, also has special meaning for Whitehead. “I have a twin sister, and Artemis is the twin sister of Apollo. I’m like, hey, I’m a twin! How cool is that?”NASA/Sam Lott Launching a rocket to the Moon takes perseverance and diligence. Josh Whitehead – a world-class engineer, race-winning long-distance runner, and father – knows that it also takes a good attitude. “Positive energies are vital, particularly when working through challenges,” Whitehead says. “Challenges are opportunities to learn and grow. There’s always more than one way; always more than one solution.” Whitehead’s job as the associate manager for the Stages Office of NASA’s SLS (Space Launch System) rocket supports design, development, certification, and operation of the 212-foot-tall SLS core stage. The massive core stage with two propellant tanks that collectively hold more than 733,000 gallons of super-cold propellant is one of the largest cryogenic propulsion rocket stages. Whitehead joined the SLS Program, based at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama, early on during the COVID-19 pandemic. Complicating matters further, in June 2020, Whitehead was injured in a hit-and-run cycling accident so devastating that it separated his right shoulder and broke his back in three places. Amid his necessary rehabilitation and surgeries, Whitehead learned to type left-handed and one-handed. Through it all, he was working to further the agency’s Artemis campaign and preparing for the first launch of the SLS rocket for Artemis I. Now back to running and having participated in a local charity race every year since 2007, the avid runner and engineer will tell you that, like a recovery, the road to launch is not a sprint. It’s a cadenced effort as teams across the country worked toward a common goal. During his rehabilitation and path to run again, Whitehead and his team finished assembling the first SLS core stage and the successful eight-part Green Run test campaign of the entire stage at NASA’s Stennis Space Center in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, prior to the Nov. 16, 2022, Artemis I launch. Whitehead and his team are now manufacturing and processing core stages for multiple Artemis missions, including Artemis II in 2025, the first crewed flight under Artemis that will test the life-supporting systems in the Orion spacecraft ahead of future lunar missions. Whitehead holds multiple advanced degrees in engineering from Auburn University and the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He got his start in the aerospace industry conducting subscale motor manufacturing tests for NASA’s Space Shuttle Program. From systems engineering supporting NASA’s Constellation Program and verifying and validating the solid rocket booster element in the SLS Program’s early days, to qualification activities and safety and mission assurance for the Artemis I flight, Whitehead has a passion for cross-discipline work. “Being able to work systems engineering activities and multiple elements is all complementary. But the common thread is it’s about the people, the process, and the product,” he said. SLS is part of NASA’s backbone for deep space exploration, along with the Orion spacecraft, advanced spacesuits and rovers, the Gateway in orbit around the Moon, and commercial human landing systems. SLS is the only rocket that can send Orion, astronauts, and supplies to the Moon in a single launch.

Planes, Trains and Barges: How We’re Moving Our Artemis 1 Rocket to the Launchpad
Our Space Launch System rocket is on the move this summer — literally. With the help of big and small businesses in all 50 states, various pieces of hardware are making their way to Louisiana for manufacturing, to Alabama for testing, and to Florida for final assembly. All of that work brings us closer to the launch of Artemis 1, SLS and Orion’s first mission to the Moon.
Tumblr media
By land and by sea and everywhere in between, here’s why our powerful SLS rocket is truly America’s rocket:
Rollin’ on the River
Tumblr media
The SLS rocket will feature the largest core stage we have ever built before. It’s so large, in fact, that we had to modify and refurbish our barge Pegasus to accommodate the massive load. Pegasus was originally designed to transport the giant external tanks of the space shuttles on the 900-mile journey from our rocket factory, Michoud Assembly Facility, in New Orleans to Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Now, our barge ferries test articles from Michoud along the river to Huntsville, Alabama, for testing at Marshall Space Flight Center. Just a week ago, the last of four structural test articles — the liquid oxygen tank — was loaded onto Pegasus to be delivered at Marshall for testing. Once testing is completed and the flight hardware is cleared for launch, Pegasus will again go to work — this time transporting the flight hardware along the Gulf Coast from New Orleans to Cape Canaveral.
Chuggin’ along
Tumblr media
The massive, five-segment solid rocket boosters each weigh 1.6 million pounds. That’s the size of four blue whales! The only way to move the components for the powerful boosters on SLS from Promontory, Utah, to the Booster Fabrication Facility and Vehicle Assembly Building at Kennedy is by railway. That’s why you’ll find railway tracks leading from these assembly buildings and facilities to and from the launch pad, too. Altogether, we have about 38-mile industrial short track on Kennedy alone. Using a small fleet of specialized cars and hoppers and existing railways across the US, we can move the large, bulky equipment from the Southwest to Florida’s Space Coast. With all the motor segments complete in January, the last booster motor segment (pictured above) was moved to storage in Utah. Soon, trains will deliver all 10 segments to Kennedy to be stacked with the booster forward and aft skirts and prepared for flight.
It’s a bird, it’s a plane, no, it’s super Guppy!
Tumblr media
A regular passenger airplane doesn’t have the capacity to carry the specialized hardware for SLS and our Orion spacecraft. Equipped with a unique hinged nose that can open more than 200 degrees, our Super Guppy airplane is specially designed to carry the hulking hardware, like the Orion stage adapter, to the Cape. That hinged nose means cargo is actually loaded from the front, not the back, of the airplane. The Orion stage adapter, delivered to Kennedy in 2018, joins to the rocket’s interim cryogenic propulsion stage, which will give our spacecraft the push it needs to go to the Moon on Artemis 1. It fit perfectly inside the Guppy’s cargo compartment, which is 25 feet tall and 25 feet wide and 111 feet long.
All roads lead to Kennedy
Tumblr media
In the end, all roads lead to Kennedy, and the star of the transportation show is really the “crawler.” Rolling along at a delicate 1 MPH when it’s loaded with the mobile launcher, our two crawler-transporters are vital in bringing the fully assembled rocket to the launchpad for each Artemis mission. Each the size of a baseball field and powered by locomotive and large power generator engines, one crawler-transporter is able to carry 18 million pounds on the nine-mile journey to the launchpad. As of June 27, 2019, the mobile launcher atop crawler-transporter 2 made a successful final test roll to the launchpad, clearing the transporter and mobile launcher ready to carry SLS and Orion to the launchpad for Artemis 1.
Dream Team
Tumblr media
It takes a lot of team work to launch Artemis 1. We are partnering with Boeing, Northrop Grumman and Aerojet Rocketdyne to produce the complex structures of the rocket. Every one of our centers and more than 1,200 companies across the United States support the development of the rocket that will launch Artemis 1 to the Moon and, ultimately, to Mars. From supplying key tools to accelerate the development of the core stage to aiding the transportation of the rocket closer to the launchpad, companies like Futuramic in Michigan and Major Tool & Machine in Indiana, are playing a vital role in returning American astronauts to the Moon. This time, to stay. To stay up to date with the latest SLS progress, click here.

Back Office Solutions - Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
The back office solution is that the portion of a corporation made from administration and support personnel who aren't client-facing. Back-office functions include settlements, clearances, record maintenance, regulatory compliance, accounting, and IT services. for instance, a financial services firm is segmented into three parts: the front office (e.g., sales, marketing, and customer support), the center office (risk management), and therefore the back office (administrative and support services).
What is Back Office Solutions
The term Back office Solutions refers to any and everyone role within a corporation that enhances the customer experience without directly concerning it.
For example, photo editing, ecommerce support, data entry, online research, and other back office administration duties are all important tasks that modern businesses got to complete. Without them, customer bases wouldn't be ready to interact with their favorite organizations in the same ways they typically do.
But at an equivalent time, these tasks are behind-the-scenes tasks and should not actually be seen or felt by consumers. this is often what's meant by "back office."
The problem with back office support functions is that the significant amount of resources companies must spend on them. Fortunately, there is a solution. It's called Business Process Outsourcing and it's what we'll discuss within the next section.
What is Business Process Outsourcing?
Business process outsourcing (BPO) is that the practice of contracting a selected work process or processes to an external service provider. The services can include payroll, accounting, telemarketing, data recording, social media marketing, customer support, and more. BPO usually fills supplementary - as against core - business functions, with services that would be either technical or nontechnical.
From fledgling startups to massive Fortune 500 companies, businesses of all sizes outsource processes, and therefore the demand continues to grow, as new and innovative services are introduced and businesses seek advantages to urge before the competition. BPO is often an alternative to labor migration, allowing the labor pool to stay in their home country while contributing their skills abroad.
BPO is usually divided into two main sorts of services: back office and front office. Back office Solutions include internal business processes, like billing or purchasing. Front-office services pertain to the contracting company’s customers, like marketing and tech support. BPOs can combine these services in order that they work together, not independently.
The BPO industry is split into three categories, supported the situation of the seller.
A business is able to do total process optimization by combining the three categories:
1. Offshore vendors are located outside of the company’s own country. for instance, a U.S. company may use an offshore BPO vendor within the Philippines.
2. Nearshore vendors are located in countries that neighbor the contracting company’s country. for instance, within us, a BPO in Mexico is taken into account by a nearshore vendor.
3. Onshore vendors operate within an equivalent country because the contractor, although they'll be located in a different city or state. for instance, a corporation in Seattle, Washington, could use an onshore outsourcing vendor located in Seattle, Washington, or in Huntsville, Alabama.
Business Process Outsourcing Important?
The reason for companies to outsource their business processes is pretty simple. Business Process Outsourcing enables business owners to scale back the burden of labor and consider other core aspects of their operation. Outsourcing to a third-party company, which is already well-established and has the relevant experience in providing services, maybe a far more convenient option. Outsourcing your business processes comes with a series of benefits. a number of those include:
Cost Reduction: Outsourcing helps organizations cut costs and economize, and is one of the foremost important reasons for people opting to outsource their business process. BPO has given rise to a talented pool of employees available at low wages leads to huge cost reductions, which successively leads to better revenues for the corporate
Availability of Experienced Professionals: Recruiting new employees and training them involves tons of hassle and maybe a huge cost to the corporate. When the tasks are outsourced to an already established company with all the resources, the troubles of hiring and training is conveniently avoided
Ability to specialize in Core Business: Since a substantial chunk of the business is outsourced to a service provider, the highest management of the corporate can focus their attention on core operational areas. This also results in better employee productivity and helps them make better and more informed business decisions
Excellent Source of Customer Feedback: Most BPO employees are in direct contact with the purchasers, as a result of which they're ready to receive first-hand feedback about products and services. This valuable feedback, in turn, helps the corporate to enhance the services provided
Access to the newest Updated Technologies: Buying a licensed version of the newest software and other technologies is extremely expensive. This proposition is additionally risky, especially for little to medium-sized businesses who cannot afford to dedicate a gentle budget to purchasing the newest technologies. Therefore, it becomes difficult for a corporation to remain updated with the newest developments. Outsourcing to companies that have already got access to the technology and have the relevant expertise, therefore, proves to be more advantageous for global organizations
Excellent Employment Opportunity: The BPO industry is one of the very best job providers in most countries. In fact, it's ranked second in terms of the number of jobs created in a number of Asian countries. The remuneration provided to the workers is additionally one among the simplest within the industry, which is one of the main reasons for kids to figure in BPO. The BPO industry has provided employment to tons of talented youngsters and has single-handedly changed the GDP of varied small countries
Outsourcing Companies Support?
BPO providers now support a variety of services and help fill any gaps within companies. a number of the participating industries include healthcare, pharmaceuticals, energy, business services, E-commerce and Retails, telecom, Insurance, Healthcare, Real State Firms, automotive, utility companies, banking, supply chain, capacity solutions, and asset management. In fact, the expansion in BPOs has resulted in the emergence of subspecialties, including the following:
Information technology-enabled services (ITES) BPO: this type of BPO leverages information technology (IT) over the web or data network to deliver services. Some samples of ITES BPO jobs are service desk analysts, production support analysts, and IT analysts.
Knowledge process outsourcing (KPO): KPO has changed BPO a touch. Some KPO vendors support functions that are considered core in business, although they'll not be core functions within the particular business that hires them. KPO firms offer quite a process expertise; they'll also provide business and domain-based expertise. Some samples of KPO services include research, analysis, or Microsoft Word and Excel work. KPOs could also be capable of creating low-level business decisions if they are doing not conflict with higher-level business policies, but those decisions could also be undone easily. KPO vendors are usually linked to the business’s value chain, and that they hire people that are competent during a specific field.
Legal process outsourcing (LPO): LPO may be a subset of KPO and encompasses an enormous range of higher-level legal work, not merely lower-level legal transcription. LPO firms can draft patent applications and legal agreements, also as perform legal research. Some LPO firms even advise clients. In-house legal departments usually retain LPOs. Experienced paralegals using industry-standard databases do the work.
Research process outsourcing (RPO): A subset of KPO, RPO focuses on research and analysis functions. RPO companies perform research and analysis work that supports business, investment, biotech, and marketing firms.
Travel: This pertains to all or any operations a business must support its travel logistics, from reservations to hotel and vehicle bookings. Travel BPO saves money for the corporate because it cuts costs while increasing customer satisfaction. Airline and travel companies also engage in BPO for either front- or back-office process streamlining. for instance, an airline could outsource its ticketing process.
Each BPO company will concentrate on specific services. they'll be grouped as follows:
Customer interaction services: The BPO company would cover a business’s voicemail services, appointment schedules, email services, marketing program, telemarketing, surveys, payment processing, order processing, quality assurance, customer support, warranty administration, and other customer feedback.
Back-office transactions: This includes check, credit, and open-end credit processing; collection; receivables; direct and indirect procurement; transportation administration; logistics and dispatch; and warehouse management.
IT and software operations: These technical support functions include application development and testing, implementation services, and IT helpdesk. for instance, manual data entry are often replaced with automated data capture, increasing data intake and reducing cycle time.
Finance and accounting services: These functions include billing services, accounts payable, receivables, general accounting, auditing, and regulatory compliance.
Human resource outsourcing: BPOs can help address workforce challenges. they will also cover payroll services, healthcare administration, hiring and recruitment, workforce training, insurance processing, and retirement benefits.
Knowledge services:
These higher-level processes may include data analytics, data processing , data and knowledge management, and internet and web research, also as developing an information governance program and providing the voice of customer feedback.

High School Students Build Lockers for Trip to the International Space Station
NASA - HUNCH Program logo. June 12, 2020 Pulling that final zipper closed on a stuffed suitcase or getting the tailgate of a packed car shut is a true feeling of victory at the start of any road trip. Sending supplies to the International Space Station—including on NASA’s SpaceX Demo-2 test flight that launched the first astronauts Robert Behnken and Douglas Hurley on SpaceX’s Crew Dragon capsule May 30 from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida—requires a different packing method and special lockers to transport supplies.
Image above: Marshall’s Bill Gibson, left, and Bob Zeek with the HUNCH lockers that they completed after the coronavirus pandemic forced schools to close and kept students from finishing manufacturing. Image Credits: NASA/Bob Zeek. Four such lockers launched on Demo-2 were built by students from around the country through a program called NASA HUNCH—High school students United with NASA to Create Hardware. HUNCH’s goal is to empower and inspire students through a project-based learning program and by providing opportunities to students to play an active role in the space program. One student-built locker also will return to Earth from the space station at the end of the mission. The lockers contain important supplies for space station maintenance and daily operations.
Image above: Lockers built by students in the HUNCH Program undergo final assembly at Clear Creek High School in Houston prior to their deliver to the space station program at NASA’s Johnson Space Center. Students from around the country helped manufacture the units for the International Space Station. Image Credits: NASA/Bob Zeek. “It is exciting for us and the students,” said Bob Zeek, NASA HUNCH co-founder and project resource manager at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. “Even with 70 HUNCH-built lockers delivered to the International Space Station Program and 58 of those flying to the space station, the Demo-2 flight adds a new flavor.” Each locker is comprised of approximately 280 components, including 41 parts machined by the students and more than 200 rivets, fasteners and bearings. The pieces are manufactured with high precision to the tight tolerances required of any piece of hardware making the journey to the orbiting laboratory.
Animation above: NASA astronaut Doug Hurley moves one of the student-built HUNCH lockers inside of the Crew Dragon capsule on June 1. Animation Credit: NASA. Schools in all four time zones across the United States contributed to the creation of the lockers, including schools that regionally supported the Johnson Space Center, Glenn Research Center, Kennedy Space Center, Marshall Space Flight Center and Langley Research Center. For example, students from Grissom High School in Huntsville, Alabama, created the rear close-out plates, while the integration of the lockers was done at Clear Creek High School in League City, Texas. Industrial Machining Specialists—a commercial firm and a NASA HUNCH partner located near the Career Academies of Decatur—helps manufacture parts for SpaceX employing HUNCH graduates. Launched in the four lockers stowed beneath the seats of astronauts Hurley and Behnken were: - Liquid cooling ventilation garments used by astronauts to help maintain proper body temperature during spacewalks. - Glenn Harnesses, which are used to ensure astronauts can properly run on the space station’s treadmill. Exercise helps to keep the crew’s bones and muscles strong during their time in space. - Shoes and other miscellaneous items. Each student and instructor signs the lockers they helped build and when the units are in orbit, the astronauts take pictures with the lockers, providing the builders a memento of their efforts.
Image above: The student-built HUNCH lockers loaded onto the SpaceX Crew Dragon capsule prior to flight. The signatures of students who contributed to the project can be seen on the front of the locker. Image Credits: SpaceX/NASA. HUNCH is an important asset for the International Space Station program, and the demand for the lockers the program creates is only increasing. “We are contracted to deliver 40 or more lockers per year, and that is up from 20 required before the Commercial Crew Program and other resupply vehicles came online,” Zeek said. Despite the coronavirus pandemic, which forced schools to finish their academic year virtually, Zeek and fellow Marshall HUNCH mentor, Bill Gibson, were allowed to complete locker production to meet the flight deadline. They used the fabrication facility set up at the Career Academies of Decatur. “We picked up where the students left off,” Zeek said.
Benefits for Humanity: Engaging the Next Generation

Now, 277 schools in 44 states participate in six focus areas: design and prototyping, software, hardware, sewn flight articles, video and media and culinary arts. The program has produced more than 1,500 items for flight or training for the space station program, representing approximately 20,000 individual flight parts, with nearly 1,300 parts flown to the space station or delivered for flight. NASA/Michael DeMocker Whether he’s advising student robotic competitions or managing production of a powerful, new Moon rocket stage, Erick Holsonback meets technical challenges with enthusiasm. Holsonback, a Jacobs Technology employee, is subsystem manager for production and launch operations of the exploration upper stage (EUS) for NASA’s SLS (Space Launch System) rocket. SLS is NASA’s super heavy lift rocket that will launch the agency’s Artemis campaign to the Moon. The exploration upper stage is one of two upgrades to the SLS rocket as it evolves to the Block 1B variant for missions beginning with Artemis IV. Along with the rocket’s new universal stage adapter, the SLS rocket in its Block 1B configuration will be able to send 40% more payload to the Moon in a single launch. Holsonback’s job stretches from setting up production for the future upper stage at NASA’s Michoud Assembly Facility in New Orleans, where it’s built, to preparing it for launch from the agency’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida. “It’s exciting to be part of a capability that will send more crew and cargo to the Moon in a single launch than any other current rocket,” Holsonback said. “That’s going to make operations in the challenging space environment a lot simpler.” Growing up in North Georgia, Holsonback remembers wanting to be an astronaut and turning street cars into hot rods. He figured he’d wind up in the auto industry, until Pratt & Whitney offered him a job working on space shuttle main engine turbomachinery straight out of college in 1997. He briefly left the space business but jumped at a chance to get back in with the SLS Program in 2016 at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama.   “I wanted to come back and do rockets,” he recalled. “It gets in your blood. You’re part of something bigger that just yourself. Through Artemis, we are truly impacting the space program at its foundational level of how we are getting back to the Moon and to Mars.” Holsonback’s enthusiasm for space challenges doesn’t end at the office door. In his free time, Holsonback has mentored and coached his two daughters’ technology challenge competitions. While the challenge is foremost a robotics contest, Holsonback is proud of the lessons in problem solving, technology, and project management he’s helped impart to the team along the way – which he likens to his NASA job. You could say Erick Holsonback is working on the future personally as well as professionally, but it’s hard to beat working on a Moon rocket. “I’ve had some great opportunities with NASA, but my current role is pretty amazing – getting  to be part of building and launching,” he reflected. “I get to play a little part in the overall foundation work that is going to be part of the history of our country for years to come.” NASA is working to land the first woman and first person of color on the Moon under Artemis.

The program organizers help teams complete their projects to near expert quality over the course of their studies while keeping the students as safe as possible when working with the machinery.
