The loud crack of thunder sent the man skidding into his bedroom on his socks from the bathroom, "FUCK ME," he yelled, diving under the covers, "I don't like lightning, I don't like lightning..I don't-SHIT," he bundled up in his comforter, hiding his face. 

He heard his doorbell ring and jumped even higher, he swallowed hard and scooted across the floor in the comforter, not looking out the windows at the hard rain hitting the glass, he opened the door, "IN IN IN LIGHTNING THUNDER IN!" he said, frantically when another boom sent him flying. He shut the door and looked at the person he'd ushered in like a giant Andrey burrito, "I don't like storms." he said simply, looking terrified.
