DAHI GUJIYA This recipe is mostly served on special occasion like marriages in northern parts of India, specially Uttarpradesh. . . . . . Recipe⏬⏬ ●Soak udad dal overnight, after that finely coarse it. ● Now with spoon, stir this mixture for 6-8 minutes. Without doing this step you wont be able to make this recipe. ●Take a wet muslin cloth, put a spoonful udad dal on it. Now stuff mixture of Charodi, Kaju, raisins, dessicated coconut and ginger in it.
