I cannot take credit for this one. This was all Brent. All I did was the brine to preserve the all lives going forward. These delicate tips went into flavoring a heap of mashed avocados. I also used some for a salad. All the flavor of garlic without the Sting. I love preparing artichokes, steamed, with a preserved lemon aïoli. And a reduced balsamic dip. There can be nothing more delicious. I forgot to take photos of the after.
