It was a lazy Saturday for Maxine, with no real plans for the day so the brunette had decided to go for a jog. She tried to get a jog in at least once or twice a week, which was just enough to keep her feeling good about herself without overworking her leg and causing herself too much pain. She'd was just finishing up her first lap around the mile and a half long stretch of park when she'd began to pass the playground.
She didn't pay it much mind at first, until she heard her name being called out in a small voice. Quickly that small voice became clearer as she whipped her head over to see the familiar smile of her student Olivia bolting over toward her. "Oh, hey sweetie! How are you doing?" She asked the little girl with a warm smile. "Are you here with your dad?" She glanced up to look around for Jack but did not see him.
Instead, she noticed a tall blonde man right behind the little girl also making his way over. She didn't recognize the guy but damn was he handsome she couldn't help but think as she looked him over. "Oh hi --" she said in surprise as she looked from the man to the little girl again, trying to get any hint as to who the stranger was. "And who is this Ollie?" She asked her, partly to make sure she was okay (her teacher brain always on) and partly because she couldn't help but be genuinely curious.

I did not understand why the fandom went crazy about Michael and Adam the first go around, but upon the rewatch... I see it.

I think its absolutely hilarious that Dean and Castiel go through inhuman amounts of trauma over the course of a decade plus, and somehow they still arent the human x angel ship on the show that has gone through the most detrimental mind bending shit. Michael and Adam were literally trapped in hell together alone for over 1000 years and they walked out the other side healthier than Dean and Cas could ever possibly be. Iconic really

adam and michael were in hell for over a thousand years. like fully think about that. that is a long fucking time to be in a single place let alone with another person. like i can hardly imagine being in the same space as one person and that one person only for a week with no breaks from them, let alone a year.
they were literally stuck together for going on decades.
no wonder theyre so different when they finally get out, they probably talked about what they would want to do a million times. they were moving around so much because they talked about where in the world adam would like to see if they got topside. they finally got out and what did they immediately go do? get a burger and fries. what an incredibly human thing to do. imagine the kind influence adam must have had on michael for him to sit there nicely and let adam enjoy something. michael, the character repeatedly stated in canon to be heavens strongest and deadliest weapon, sitting there on a dinner date.

Do you guys think that first seasons Dean would've hated his later version of himself because of the similarities between him and John

you ever think about how john winchester had three sons who were alive and needed someone to look after them and yet he neglected them all in different ways to chase after revenge

i think what we have to learn from midam arguably being supernatural’s healthiest relationship is that we need to put dean and castiel in a box and not check on them for 1000 years

I can't believe I watched 327 episodes of supernatural only for my favorite character to be a guy who shows up in 5 of them.

The ironic part of Zachariah saying that Adam wasn’t really the chosen one is that HE LITERALLY WAS!! Adam was Michael’s first act of free will. Michael CHOOSE Adam over Dean. He could have easily kept going after Dean but no! He took Adam instead, even though as Gabriel put it - SINCE THE BEGINNING they knew that it was supposed to be Sam and Dean. Michael just said fuck that the rules don’t apply to me

the idea that adam was michael's first act of free will drives me UP THE WALL.
the archangel michael, in the middle of one of the most crucial parts of god's plan of bringing paradise to the world, goes out of his way to choose adam over dean.
michael could of used dean if he wanted to. he knew he could've used sam, or bobby, or whoever to get dean to say yes, but instead, he sees that the winchesters have a forgotten half-sibling up in heaven and immediately diverts from god's plan. god never approved of adam to be michael's vessel. michael likely didn't even know if adam would work, but he had faith. a new kind of faith; one he was not raised in, but one he found on his own.
if adam represents michael's free will and beliefs outside of his father, no wonder michael fell back to his old belief system after adam died.
