Thank you!! They were a lot of work, but not in the way that you might expect.

At first, I tried drawing each horse and rider individually, and I’d gotten about a dozen done and barely covered a tenth of the horn’s surface before I realized, “Wait—I’m doing this DIGITALLY. That means I can use MAGIC.” So I spent the next hour or so fiddling around with the tools on Procreate to get the effect I wanted.

In the end, I drew three horses and riders in different poses, duplicated them over and over into a big sheet, and then used the warp tool to bend that sheet into the shape of the horn. >8-D Procreate is legit black magic and I should have bought this app AGES AGO
