I love the idea that she could be part celestial, have a knack stolen from a celestial, or have a knack derived from the same source as a celestial. I particularly enjoy the theory that her knack could be stolen, perhaps some sort of under the table deal or bribery on her parent’s part. I think the idea of her getting such a powerful knack through illegal means is really interesting to think about alongside her privilege and sense of entitlement to a prestigious Wunsoc membership!

Noelle's gotta be part celestial. That has to be her knack. Her singing is described as if it's a watered down version of Israfel's singing in Hollowpox. I hope we see more of her in Silverborn
