at first I was on the fence about c!phil cause he did kind off try to help tommy but now I'm critical of him because even if he had the best intentions telling an abused teenager that they should face their abuser head on is not the greatest advice, also c!phil apologists on twitter are saying that if you disagree with their takes then you haven't experienced real life trauma or gone to therapy so that makes me feel like any other point they have is invalid even though some might make sense

also yeah youre right with how c!phil giving c!tommy, an abused teenager, to head on face their abuser is much more damaging to the abused. as much as i know that c!phil is just showing how he experience with coping: literally he doesnt cope at all LMAO he just straight up expects that not everything lasts for long since ofc hes immortal. wolfy made a good point on it honestly which explains why c!wilbur lies in his letters to c!phil of how attached he is to lmanberg. ofc he's not a good therapist, no one is in the server (its literally the dream smp after all) but as long as c!tommy branches out to people im fine with that, i just want him to realize that c!phil is teaching him wrong and its just based on his own experience
