What if there’s something in the whir of Echo’s cybernetics that soothes Hunter’s migraines. What if when his senses are overloaded and he’s so dizzy he can barely see and all he can feel is his pounding head he realizes that there’s something about the constant steady low level whir of Echo’s cybernetics that makes his mind quiet. What if he lays his head in Echo’s lap and listens and Echo pets his hair and doesn’t talk too loud and sometimes sings in a hushed low tone and Hunter can finally get some sleep. What then, huh?!?
