One thing I love about dragon age games is that every single game specify that dawrfs aren't connected to the Fade and can't access it only to then craft a situation in which a dwarf can get into the Fade.
In origins your dwarf warden, Oghren (if you do Orzammar early) and Shale can get in during the Circle quest. In 2 you can take Varric with you when you go into Feynriel's dream. In Inquisition the anchor makes you the "first dwarf" who is able to dream and the you can phisically bring Varric in it again at Adamant Fortress. And now in Veilguard you can have up to three dawrfs just living in there
#“first dawrf” is in quotation marks because technically you coul potentially be the 4th or 5th if we count the dwarfs that can enter it#in the previous two games. Also depending on wheter Shale counts as a dwarf or not#dwarfs defying the rules of magic truly is one of the most consistent element of the worldbuilding in this series#dragon age#dragon age origins#dragon age 2#dragon age inquisition#dragon age veilguard
