I cannot describe how much I fucking ENVY people who can write a story/dialogue w already existing characters and it won't seem even slightly off the character. LIKE GUYS UR INSANE HOW ARE Y'ALL ABLE TO DO THAT, IT'S SO COOL

#I'm prolly never writing a story of my own tho I can draw but I can't develop an interesting story without clichés #I'm sure I could develop the skill for storytelling but idk man it has to be in you already I guess #every story I've ever written became too boring to me because it was too huge and required too much energy #but if I can't create smth great I don't think I want to create smth at all #and ik great doesn't necessarily mean something huge and flawless #for example Sarah kane's plays weren't long but the stories were always incredible and insane in a good way #in simple words her plays are impressive shocking even. but they don't leave you emotionless #but I don't have a vision like hers that's why her plays were so unique like she fr had her own perception of everything #so I just end up creating a messive huge idea and become overwhelmed by the amount of thinking I have to do #and then I abandon this story #won't hurt to give writing short stories a try tho #ig I will try sometime idk
