ok ig i have to write down my thoughts on ipytm so far...
- i agree with this one post i rbd earlier today that it's a shame we got itsay that was the formation of a relationship and now ipytm that seems to be the end of one but we got very little of them being in the relationship
- it seems to me that a lot of ppl who are mad at ipytm and the writing and teh don't get teh's character? he is emotionally very slow which makes him fuck up in a lot of ways. he doesn't even realize what he feels until he has acted upon his emotions.  it seems to me that everyone around him figures out how he feels before teh himself does (oh-aew in the hammock in itsay, jai intentionally using his feelings for his play to get teh to act well with his 'directing style' lmao that's another bullet point) which leads him to act before thinking through what he's feeling and what the weight of the consequences of his actions will be. none of this takes away the responsibility he has for his actions obviously.
- again this isn't me excusing teh cheating but him being so oblivious to his own feelings (and being maybe in denial until the rehearsal kiss) gave jai the opportunity to manipulate teh's feelings to make him perform better in his play. that's why i felt for teh at the end of ep3
- ep4 was more from oh-aew's perspective which i appreciated. i felt the pov change hard bc while watching ep3 i wasn't that mad at teh but as soon as ep4 started i felt so mad on behalf of oh-aew. the flower-beating scene was soooo cathartic i loved it... good for him <3 the whole scene from the moment they sang which felt so uncomfortable to teh only being able to look at jai (now that i think abt it the scene starting from teh seeking out jai beforehand it all led up to this flower-beating and it was so well done) and the cut to oh-aew's FACE it broke me....... god .....
- do i think they'll end up getting back together? i don't know man. do i want them to? idk man. before i even watched these last 2 episodes (i had spoilers) i think whatever their relationship is their lives are undeniably entangled. if they're friends enemies lovers they have a strong connection. and you can tell they care about eachother a lot. oh-aew going to confront jai before teh might seem sneaky but it can also be read as him looking out for teh. to get a sense of what kind of person jai is. idk if it's just me but i don't think jai passed oh-aew's vibe check from the start.
- oh-aew knows teh. he had to push teh to figure out how he feels in itsay and he did it gently. he knew he knew how teh felt before teh had figured it out himself. and he encourages him to talk about his feelings and figure it out (the rooftop scene in ep2(?)). he never used teh's feelings for his own gain and he respects him. jai saw teh's feelings and saw an opportunity to manipulate him for his own gain.
- idk what alse to say lol. this isn’t me being a ‘teh apologist’ i just think it’s pointless to me to say ‘cheating bad’. i just think i relate to the emotionally dumb characters lmao. it takes me ages to realize if im mad at someone etc. ig that’s why i’ve mostly been thinking about the last few eps from his perspective.
