i feel like i disagree with that anon's "if someone tells you that you wouldn't be able to kill a person the next day you don't commit murder just to prove that person wrong" because it's NOT that situation. it's "if someone you've idolized your entire life, who has a LOT of power, blindsides you by publicly announcing that you're a little snake who is trying to make him suffer, the anger and humiliation you feel might lead you to fight against him harder." also like, marc absolutely had a part in that collision. but he didn't make vale kick him. he was obviously trying to get a reaction out of vale, which he did. but it's NOT like vale has sole blame for the press conference -> marc has sole blame for the crash. so even if marc's actions allowed vale to justify his claims of sabotage to HIMSELF, that doesn't mean they're actually justified in reality.

Well what a coinkydink, I love you too so much. I forgot i wanted to say that I watch and read so many interviews where tom and I have similar opinions on stuff and I love that we would be able to connect on a spiritual level about stuff we would talk about and agree on irl. Also if you wanted I'd love to hear about stuff behind the scenes of your other movies. I'll watch stuff thats a little fucked up because judging by your choice to do crimson peak with all it's hot incest coupled with your usual brand of cultured existential angst and a particular interview, I presume you are also into it, like I would love to watch a cure for wellness with you (hi Jason Isaacs ilu 2). We can talk about divorce and family drama because even though my family is fucking ridiculous and has been married for 40 plus god damn years I know from first hand experience that that doesnt rid you of lifelong family ptsd and I know lots of people with divorced parents who are very vocal about how it was growing up besides.
