If you make like. a rockstar ofmd au izzy is NOT a band member he is blackbeards tired ass manager having to arrange all his shows and fan events and and whatnot while trying to cover for the fact that Ed is and has been disillusioned with the rockstar life™️ for years and he has to do pr damage control/coach the shit out of him anytime he actually meets with a fan or makes a public appearance or whatever bc the man is a walking disaster who is liable to snap at anyone and anything for the smallest offense ruining his reputation and career and izzy handles all the settlements and ndas and trying (and failing) to keep band members on due to how shitty it is to actually work with the famous blackbeard and it's basically an open industry secret at this point but ofc stede trying to break into the industry doesn't know all this and is still in awe of this guy and Izzy doesn't fucking get it and is jealous that after all this time managing ed and saving his ass he's sooooo obsessed with this weird glam rock newbie
