since there's been godwyn on my dash today, can i tell u all my theory for if vyke HAD succeeded in becoming elden lord??? his closeness with the ancient dragon cult and lansseax in general leads me to believe that he ( either knowingly or not ) was going to attempt the unification of the ancient dragons with the erdtree, the same thing godwyn had done, yet completing that work to a greater degree since elden lord. i feel like lansseax would've spoken to him about godwyn and her brother, thus giving him the idea, and so a new ending emerges: age of dragons elden lord 🤺
