im such a horrible people pleaser I've said no to being dumped an extra 24hr shift on today and felt so bad about it my stomach physically h u r t s
#in my defense im already doing more shifts this month AND i worked NYE#and! it was last minute AND i have plans tomorrow out of town AND offered to help find another replacement for the shift instead#im in my late 20s and still have the hardest fucking time saying no what the hell do i do bout that 😭#i called my work wifey and told her bout it and she just said 'good ur training urself to say no' like?? yes but i dont like it 😭#she did calm me down a lot tho bc i felt so guilty and she said its time i stop being a pushover. im glad to have her rly 🥹#burrito talks#delete later
