My long-term memory failed me, so to be fair to myself, I only took characters I've enjoyed immensely in the last four years.

Honorable mentions to Molly from The Warp effect (series, 2023), Yang Taesub from Life is Beautiful (series, 2010 - to this day one of the best gay characters written for Korean tv!!!) and Ha Moonso from Rain or Shine/Just Between Lovers (series, 2017).
