rolls in here. in the spirit of the holiday. laurel. laurel is. she doesn't really feel pure romantic love very often, in the sense of 'being willing to dedicate herself to one person exclusively, being willing and inclined to commit herself to them'. even with her ship partners theres a certain sense of like... fling-i-ness to laurel. like yeah she loves her partners! she just also doesnt expect them to be exclusive or wouldnt ask for that from them.

her non-romantic love though? which she does feel in extreme abundance and often? hoo boy that she will move planets for. anything and anyone she loves becomes "hers" and that means shell kill and die for you and will Fistfight The Moon
