#amc interview with the vampire #in general the approach of Claudia in this episode has been gross #no one writing the script understands anything about teenage girls #and they tried to write her predicament as if it's the same for book-Claudia as a 5 yr old #but it just falls flat because she looks like a mature young woman #there are a lot of conflicts she could have #but transferring over the conflicts of 5 yr old Claudia to her #just doesn't work #it makes me not feel sorry for her because it feels like all these problems are shit she imagined #because she looks like a young adult anyway
