NSFW ALPHABET – Jude Bellingham
note: hii babes, how are you? look, this is my first time posting something like this and English is not my first language so i ask you to be kind and ignore any mistake pls
ps: let me know if you like this, kisses 💋
a = aftercare (how they are after sex)
he would definitely be extremely careful and gentle after sex. constantly asking if he hurt you and checking your body; he knows how rough he can be (especially when he is frustrated), so he is quick to take care of you right after you are done having sex. he cleans you up while kissing you tenderly and repeating how good you felt; he always asks if you have cramps from penetration and if you do, he makes a nice warm compress to put on you. he holds you protectively and cuddles you until you fall asleep.
b = body part (his and his partner's favorite part)
he loves every part of your body, but besides that, I feel like he's the kind of man who likes curves, so I feel like he's obsessed with your ass, like he can't stop slapping and squeezing it... he also loves kissing and biting it and the sight of it all red from his slaps drives him crazy... I bet he would love your hips, he just loves holding them while he pounds you from behind
you see, when we talk about his favorite part of him i think that this man is definitely very proud of what he carries between his legs (those celebrations and demonstrations don't tell me otherwise), he just loves how impressed you are every time you see him naked (no matter how many times you've seen him like that) and how much you fight to take him every time... i bet he also loves his biceps, especially when he catches you staring at them shamelessly
c = cum (anything to do with cum)
he definitely loves cumming inside you. for him, there is nothing better than finishing inside you and seeing his cum dripping out; he'd never admit it out loud, but you both knew it was primal, he just loved the idea of claiming you like that and he loved even more the way you trusted him to let him do something so intimate
d = dirty secret (pretty self-explanatory, a dirty secret of theirs)
he secretly wants to try anal sex with you, but he'll never ask you out loud because he doesn't want to pressure you into doing something just to please him
e = experience (how experienced are they? do they know what they're doing?)
let's be honest, that man is a hoe, he's definitely experienced (especially for his age), but i think he had to hold back in the beginning of the relationship to keep up with you, since you weren't experienced (let's ignore the fact that i'm basing this on my lack of experience) and he didn't want to scare you or overwhelm you with the dirty things he wanted to do to you
f = favorite position (this goes without saying)
to me there are two sides to him, one dirty and naughty and the other gentle and caring; so I think there will be nights when he will put you on all fours and fuck you until you beg for mercy and other nights when he will go in the classic mommy and daddy style and make love to you softly and lovingly while whispering in your ear how beautiful and special you are to him.
g = goofy (are they more serious now? are they funny? etc.)
i think he could be the kind of guy who always wants to make you comfortable and easy, so I think he would make a joke or give you a reassuring smile when he sees you are nervous or tense.
however, of course, there are days when he is not in a good mood and maybe he will be more serious and focused.
h = hair (how well-groomed is it? does the carpet match the curtains?)
honestly, he is very clean and hygienic, but I don't think he shaves; at most, I think he trims it a little (but he's definitely well taken care of)
i = intimacy (how are they at the moment? the romantic aspect)
like I said, for me he has two sides, so it will depend a lot on the occasion and his mood. there will be days when he'll be more naughty and maybe even verbally degrade you, but there will also be days when he'll be soft and nothing but compliments and sweet words will come out of his mouth
i think he likes to set the mood beforehand, even if it's something simple and, even if you say it's old-fashioned, you secretly love how thoughtful he is about it
j = jack off (masturbation headcanon)
he definitely does this, always thinking about you and your body; You are far from each other and have no time for FaceTime and Jude can't stop thinking about the nights of sex he had with you and before he can even think, his hand goes up and down his cock firmly, even though he knows that his hand doesn't even compare to anything you were capable of doing to him. Of course, when you are together, he doesn't even consider touching himself, always wanting you instead.
k = kink (one or more of your kinks)
• size kink: jude definitely has a size kink, he loves how different you are physically (in every way), how short and small you are compared to him; countless times you've caught him comparing the size of your hands and smirking at how small your hand is compared to his. let me tell you, that man definitely loves how different you are down there too, he absolutely loves how tight the fit is whenever he enters you
• praisy kink: that man loves to compliment and be complimented; he just loves saying nice things to you and letting you know how great you're doing. he also loves when you compliment him, when you let him know how good he makes you feel or how big he feels or even how gorgeous he is, it drives him crazy
• innocence kink: i might be crazy, but i think he would love the fact that you have no experience or little; he would simply love the fact that he was your first and had to teach you everything, the idea of molding you to his will would make him dizzy
l = location (favorite places to do the activity)
I think he is a reserved guy and, although he may allow himself to tease you in public sometimes, he always wants to keep his intimate moments away from anyone; the bedroom or any place in his house or yours (as long as they are alone) is perfect for him
m = motivation (what turns them on, keeps them going)
slightly anything; but something about feeling that you need him moves him in an unmatched way and makes him crazy with desire
n = no (something they wouldn't do, turns them off)
definitely nothing that would hurt you; also, i think he would definitely say a big no to sharing you with someone (no matter who it is)
o = oral (preference in giving or receiving, skill, etc.)
that man seems like a spectacular pussy eater and he would definitely make you fall apart with those gorgeous lips
but he definitely loves a good blowjob, he just can't get over the image of your lips wrapped around his cock, he definitely loves to fuck your mouth
p = pace (are they fast and rough? slow and sensual?)
it all depends on his mood. if it’s been a bad day or he’s really horny, he’ll definitely fuck you hard and rough (but always making sure the penetration isn’t hurting you), but on those days when things have gone well, he’ll go in slowly and gently, setting a pace
but I feel like no matter what the pace, he’ll always want to go deep, deep inside you so you can feel him completely
q = quickie (his opinions on quickies, how often, etc.)
while he loves taking all the time in the world with you, he also loves quickies—anything to feel you around him—and will take you anywhere in the house
r = risk (are they willing to experiment? are they risk-takers? etc.)
he absolutely hates the idea of someone catching you in such an intimate moment; it would be the death of him to know that someone saw you as vulnerable and exposed as that must be for his eyes only
s = stamina (how many rounds can they go? how long do they last?)
let's be real, have you ever seen the way that man runs for 90 minutes on the field?? you consider yourself a warrior for trying to keep up with his stamina; no matter how intense it was, there he is, dying to have more of you
t = toys (do they have toys? do they use them? on a partner or on themselves?)
i don't think he'd be too interested in that, although he wouldn't bug you for having some (although he would secretly be a little jealous); however, if you begged him, i think he might allow himself to use something like a cock ring
u = unfair (how much they like to tease)
that man is a tease for sure, he would definitely tease you by blushing around him or being extremely wet and needy for him or even while you were struggling to get him
v = volume (how loud they are, what sounds they make, etc.)
he's definitely not the kind of guy who's going to be like a dead man while fucking; he'll definitely moan and grunt while mumbling dirty things to you
w = wild card (a random headcanon for the character)
jude definitely has a "hero syndrome". he loves being your hero, no matter how silly it is; if you can't open a can or something, he's there to fix it quickly. it can be the most trivial thing, he'll want to fix it for you. he just loves the fact that you depend on him in some way – even though he knows it's lame, he can't help but feel that way – he always wants to be the guy who puts a smile on your face and who makes you feel safe and protected
x = x-ray (let's see what's going on under those clothes)
i think we have more than enough content to say that he's huge (and he's definitely thick too); you are absolutely struggling to take it all in
y = yearning (how high is their sex drive?)
he is literally never satisfied. he always wants more and more of you and you just love how desired he makes you feel
z = zzz (how quickly they fall asleep afterwards)
he will only fall asleep after you, only after he is sure you are completely comfortable and satisfied.
well, i really hope you enjoyed it and feel free to interact with me anonymously (or not), kisses 💋

El classico
warning: none
characters: jude x reader
summary: when after a bad game, he seeks comfort in you
may contain spelling and translation errors!
The night after El Clásico seemed to have been tinged with a weight too heavy to bear. The Santiago Bernabéu, which had previously been vibrating with the expectation of a victory, was now silent under the crushing defeat of 4-0. Jude could barely lift his face; the score was like a punch that had hit him straight in the heart, a mixture of humiliation and helplessness that he had not expected to feel so intensely.
The stadium corridors were quiet, the haggard faces of the players mingled with those of the few remaining staff. Jude walked with heavy steps, ignoring the greetings of his colleagues and the murmur of the journalists who tried to capture some reaction. He just wanted to get out of there, to escape the shadow of that defeat.
As soon as he reached the parking lot, he took out his cell phone and, without thinking much, called you. Your voice was the first thing he thought of; he didn't want to talk to anyone other than his girlfriend. Deep down, he knew that you were the only person who could understand without judging, without demanding anything.
—Hey, Jude!
You answered with that welcoming tone that made him breathe a little slower, even in the most tense situations.
Jude let out a heavy sigh before saying something, feeling tiredness mix with frustration.
—Babe... it was a disaster. A complete disaster.
His voice sounded tired, almost exhausted, and there was a vulnerability there that he rarely let show.
You, on the other end of the line, could feel every emotion through his tone, as if you were right there by his side.
—I saw it, babe. —You answered softly, trying not to let him feel like he was being judged. —Do you want to come over to my house? We can talk, or just... be quiet, if you prefer.
He nodded, even though you couldn’t see it.
—I need you now, Y/n... I don’t want to talk to anyone. Just you.
In less than half an hour, Bellingham arrived home. As soon as you opened the door, he walked in slowly, his shoulders still slumped, his eyes downcast, and his face marked by tension. You approached and wrapped him in a hug, a gesture that he returned with a grip so firm that it almost seemed desperate.
—I can’t believe what happened. —He murmured, hiding his face in your shoulder. —So many people were counting on me, you know? It’s not just a game, darling... it’s not just a defeat. It’s... it’s like I failed everyone, the club, the fans. They trusted me.
You stroked his back, feeling how shaken he was. Jude was always strong, a leader on and off the field, but moments like these showed his more human side.
—Honey, you’re an incredible player. One defeat doesn’t change that. Everyone who understands football knows that the sport is like that, sometimes, even the best player has bad days. But you’re an essential part of the team, and they know it.
He shook his head, still not convinced.
—I know it sounds easy to say this, but... I don’t feel that way. Today was humiliating. The pressure from the fans, the disapproving looks... it’s too much.
You held his face between your hands, looking him in the eyes tenderly.
—Jude, you’ve overcome so much. Remember when you were just a little boy who dreamed of playing professional soccer? Look how far you’ve come. And you know how capable you are. This game was just a stumbling block, but you’re much stronger than that.
For a moment, he remained silent, absorbing your words. Then he closed his eyes and nodded slowly. You were his anchor, and just having you there made him feel a lightness he couldn’t find in anyone else.
You smiled at him, pulling him to the couch.
—Sit down. I’ll get us some tea, and you can tell me what else is on your mind, if you want.
As you went to the kitchen, Jude threw himself on the couch, letting his body sink into the cushions. Anger still burned inside him, but the warmth of the house and your affection helped ease the weight.
You came back with a steaming mug of chamomile tea in your hands and sat down next to him, offering the mug. He held your hand before taking the tea, as if he needed that contact to steady himself. After a sip, he sighed deeply and began to talk, telling you every detail that bothered him –the plays that didn't work out, the pressure from the fans, the feeling of helplessness.
—I know it's weird to say this... —He confessed. —But even after everything, I feel like I owe them something. I don't know how I'm going to go back there and face all of this again.
You squeezed his hand and shook your head.
—It's not weird, Jude. It shows how much you care, how much you respect what you do. That feeling is what makes you a special player.
He smiled sideways, a slight smile, still without much conviction, but a little more hopeful.
—I’m lucky to have you, Y/n. Seriously. You have no idea how much this means.
You rested your head on his shoulder and closed your eyes, feeling grateful for being there for him.
—And I’m lucky to have you. Now, you’re going to rest, recharge your batteries, and tomorrow is a new day. You’re going back to the field, babe. Stronger than ever.
Jude looked at you, with deep gratitude in his eyes. He knew there would still be challenges, but with you by his side, he was sure he would be able to face anything.

username can someone explain to me why is jude dating with her??
username jude is too much for her
username he doesn't even pay attention to her, she's always the one who looks desperate
username he needs someone prettier
username fr
username i wait for the day he opens his eyes
swallowing the bile rising in my throat, I scrolled through the comments on my latest photo. the negativity was a suffocating wave, a stark contrast to the joy we shared in the picture.
dating jude bellingham was a whirlwind from the start. we met in dortmund, sparks flying despite our initial clashes. over time, that spark evolved into a love as powerful and exhilarating as his world-class strikes. jude, with his kind heart and dazzling smile, was a revelation. despite his young age and rising fame, his patience and unwavering affection showed me a love i never thought possible.
living the dream alongside the man i adored shouldn't have come with a price tag. but jude, besides being a phenomenal footballer, also boasted a massive, and sometimes harsh, fanbase. the adoration soon turned towards me, morphing into a relentless stream of negativity. hateful messages, fueled by envy, became a daily torment. i shielded jude, who was blissfully unaware thanks to his social media inactivity. but the constant barrage chipped away at my self-esteem, leaving me questioning every aspect of myself and our relationship.
jude's future was bright, and i convinced myself i was letting him down by being a target. so, with a voice thick with emotion, i began, "jude, i think we should take some time."
his hand shot out, his touch warm against mine. "why do you say that?" he pleaded, his eyes filled with a concern that mirrored my own. "is this about the move? because if it is, we can talk about it. we'll figure it out together, like always."
i shook my head, tears welling up. "it's everything, jude. all the hate, the negativity... i can't take it anymore. i don't want to be the reason you're attacked."
jude's brow furrowed, his expression a mix of determination and tenderness. "who cares what they say? they don't know us, y/n. they don't know the way you light up a room with your smile, or the fire you ignite in my heart. you are strong, kind, and more beautiful than any comment could ever diminish."
he cupped my face in his hands, his touch wiping away a stray tear. "you are the woman i love, the thought of facing anything without you is..." his voice trailed off, his eyes searching mine.
taking a deep breath, i confessed, "the comments... they make me doubt myself, jude. they make me doubt us."
jude's jaw clenched for a moment, then softened. he pulled me into a tight embrace, the warmth of his body a familiar comfort. "we'll face it together," he murmured against my hair. "we'll show them what true love looks like. and if they can't see it, then their opinion doesn't matter. all that matters is you and me."
and i decided to trust him.
"maybe a fresh start in spain would be better," i thought. "maybe they won't hate me there."
the following day, the world woke up to a new post on jude's social media – a photo of us, radiating pure joy.

Shattered Trust, Mended Hearts
— REQUESTED by ANON / REQUEST status: OPEN
— pairing • jude bellingham x soft!reader
— summary • Jude Bellingham, consumed by jealousy and fueled by rumors, believes his girlfriend is cheating on him. In a moment of anger, he refuses to let her explain, kicking her out of their shared apartment. Tragedy strikes when she gets into a life-threatening accident, leaving Jude overwhelmed by guilt and regret. With her in the hospital, he reflects on his mistakes and learns that love and trust are fragile but worth fighting for. Realizing that she never betrayed him, Jude is forced to confront his own insecurities. Together, they find a way to rebuild their broken relationship, restoring what was lost in a sea of misunderstanding and pain.
— warnings • Heavy angst, miscommunication, car accident, hospital scenes, mention of injuries, emotional turmoil.
"Jude, please, just listen to me—"
"I’ve already heard enough!" Jude's voice roared through the apartment, his anger palpable, bouncing off the walls like daggers. He stood in the kitchen, fists clenched, chest heaving, trying to contain the flood of emotions that threatened to overwhelm him. His dark eyes, usually so warm when they looked at you, were cold and distant, as if he couldn’t even recognize you.
You stood frozen near the door, the keys you had just placed on the entry table trembling under your fingers. You had no idea what you were walking into. Coming home after a long day at work, all you wanted was to relax with Jude, maybe watch a movie, talk about your day—but instead, you were met with fury.
"Jude," you whispered, your voice shaking, tears already welling in your eyes. "Please. Just tell me what’s going on."
He scoffed bitterly, turning away from you as he ran a hand through his hair in frustration. "Don’t act like you don’t know," he muttered, his back to you now as he stared out the window into the rainy night.
You blinked, confused. "I—I don’t know what you’re talking about."
Jude whipped around, his expression dark. "Oh, don’t play innocent, Y/N. I know about you and Ryan."
The mention of Ryan's name hit you like a punch to the gut. Ryan was a colleague from work—someone you'd had to collaborate with closely for the last few weeks due to a project, but it had never been anything more than that. He was friendly, sure, but you never saw him in that way. You never even thought Jude would be suspicious. "Ryan? Jude, he's just a co-worker, we—"
"A co-worker? That’s funny, because that’s not what everyone else seems to think!" Jude's voice was dripping with bitterness, a tone you had never heard from him before. "Do you think I’m stupid? You think I don’t see the way you’ve been acting? Coming home late, spending more time with him than with me—"
You shook your head frantically, trying to approach him, but he stepped back, his face twisted in hurt and disbelief. "Jude, no, it's not like that! I swear, it’s just work! There’s nothing going on between me and Ryan, you have to believe me!"
But Jude wasn’t listening. He wasn’t hearing you. All he could see, all he could feel, was the poison that had been festering in his mind for days, the doubts and insecurities that had been fueled by whispers and rumors. He was blinded by his pain.
"You think I’m an idiot? You think I haven’t heard the rumors? Everyone’s been talking about it, Y/N. About how you and him have been seen together, laughing, having lunch, all those 'late nights' at the office. I bet they weren’t all about work, were they?"
You were shaking now, tears streaming down your face as you tried to reach out to him. "Jude, please. I would never—"
"I don’t want to hear it!" His voice cracked, loud and raw, and it silenced you. His anger was too much, too overwhelming. You had never seen him like this before—this angry, this distant. And it broke your heart to see the doubt in his eyes, the mistrust.
"I thought I knew you," he said, his voice dropping to a whisper, almost more painful than his shouts. "I thought we had something real. But maybe I was wrong."
Your chest constricted painfully, your breath hitching as you reached for him one last time, desperate to hold on to something that was slipping away. "Jude, please," you whispered, your voice breaking. "Don’t do this. I love you."
But Jude’s gaze hardened. "If you loved me, you wouldn’t have lied to me."
The silence that followed was deafening, your heart shattering into a million pieces as he turned his back to you again, his next words sealing your fate.
"Get out."
You stood there, frozen, your mind racing as you tried to comprehend what he had just said. "What?"
"Get. Out," he repeated, his voice quiet but firm, as if he couldn’t even bear to look at you anymore. "I don’t want to see you right now."
Your world came crashing down in that moment, the weight of his words too much to bear. You opened your mouth to say something, to beg him to listen to you, but no words came out. You felt numb, completely broken.
With trembling hands, you grabbed your bag and stumbled toward the door, your vision blurry from the tears that wouldn’t stop falling. As you reached for the doorknob, you turned back one last time, hoping—praying—that Jude would stop you, that he would realize how wrong he was and call you back.
But he didn’t.
He stood there, rigid and unmoving, his eyes focused on the floor, his expression unreadable.
And so, you left.
The rain was relentless, soaking through your clothes as you stepped out onto the dark street. You wrapped your arms around yourself, shivering both from the cold and the overwhelming despair that consumed you. You couldn’t think straight. You couldn’t breathe. All you could do was walk, your feet moving without direction, aimlessly wandering the city streets, your mind still reeling from everything that had just happened.
How had things gone so wrong? How had the love you shared with Jude turned into this nightmare?
You pulled out your phone, trying to dial your friend’s number, but your hands were trembling too much to type properly. You managed to hit send, but as you crossed the street, you didn’t hear the roar of the car coming toward you until it was too late.
The blinding lights flashed before your eyes, and then— Nothing.
Jude sat on the couch, his hands covering his face as he let out a shaky breath. He had kicked you out. The realization sank in slowly, the weight of what he’d done pressing down on him like a heavy, suffocating blanket.
I kicked her out.
The anger that had burned so fiercely in him just moments ago was gone, replaced by a sickening sense of guilt and dread. The apartment felt too quiet, too empty without you there. And now, sitting there alone in the dark, he couldn’t shake the gnawing feeling that something was terribly wrong.
His phone buzzed in his lap, dragging him out of his thoughts. It wasn’t a number he recognized.
"Hello?" His voice was hoarse, tired.
"Is this Jude Bellingham?" a woman’s voice asked, calm but urgent.
"Yes," he answered slowly, his heart beginning to race. "Who is this?"
"This is St. Mary’s Hospital. I’m calling about your partner. She’s been in an accident."
Jude felt the floor drop out from beneath him. "An accident? What—how bad is it?"
"She’s in critical condition. We need you to come to the hospital as soon as possible."
Jude’s legs felt like lead as he sprinted through the hospital’s sterile halls, his breath coming in ragged gasps as he reached the emergency ward. His heart pounded violently in his chest, panic rising with each step.
A nurse led him to your room, where the sight of you lying in the hospital bed, hooked up to machines, left him frozen in place.
His world shattered in that moment.
You were so pale, so still, and the beeping of the heart monitor was the only sound in the room. Jude sank into the chair by your bedside, his hands shaking as he reached out to take yours.
"I’m so sorry," he whispered, his voice breaking as tears filled his eyes. "God, I’m so sorry, *Y/N*. I didn’t mean any of it. I should’ve believed you."
He squeezed your hand gently, bringing it to his lips as his tears fell freely now. "Please wake up," he begged. "Please. I need you. I—I love you. I was so stupid. I should have trusted you."
The guilt gnawed at him, tearing him apart as he watched your chest rise and fall weakly with each breath. How had he let things spiral this far? Why hadn’t he listened? Why hadn’t he let you explain?
For three days, Jude didn’t leave your side. He barely slept, barely ate. He couldn’t think of anything else but you and how wrong he had been.
When your fingers twitched on the fourth day, Jude’s heart leapt in his chest.
Your eyes fluttered open, groggy and disoriented, the bright lights of the hospital room making you wince. Everything felt heavy, your body aching, and it took you a moment to remember what had happened.
"Y/N?" Jude’s voice was soft, but urgent, pulling you back to reality. You turned your head slowly, finding him sitting beside you, his face pale, eyes red-rimmed and swollen from crying.
"Jude…" you whispered, your voice hoarse.
Jude reached for your hand, his fingers trembling as he held yours tightly. "I’m so sorry," he said, his voice thick with emotion. "I was so wrong, *Y/N*. I was so stupid. I—I didn’t trust you, and I should have. I should have believed you. None of this—none of this would’ve happened if I hadn’t been such an idiot."
You blinked, trying to process everything, your heart aching at the sight of him so broken. "Jude…" you whispered again, trying to find the right words. "It’s okay."
"No, it’s not." He shook his head, tears spilling down his cheeks as he pressed your hand to his lips. "It’s not okay. I almost lost you because I was too caught up in my own insecurities to trust you. I should’ve known you would never… I should’ve known better."
You looked into his eyes, the raw pain and regret there clear as day, and despite everything—despite the accident, the pain, the heartache—you still loved him. You had always loved him. "Jude, I love you," you whispered, managing a small smile despite the tears in your own eyes. "I never wanted to hurt you. I would never cheat on you."
He let out a shuddering breath, leaning down to rest his forehead against your hand. "I know," he whispered. "I know now. And I’ll spend the rest of my life making it up to you, I swear. If you’ll have me."
You squeezed his hand weakly, your voice soft but filled with emotion. "Of course I will. I’m not going anywhere."
Jude let out a soft, broken laugh through his tears, leaning in to gently press his lips to your forehead. "I love you so much," he whispered against your skin. "And I’m never letting you go again."

PLAYING DANGEROUS
jude bellingham x gf!reader
warnings: tension, tension, tension... Maybe (a bit) toxic.
summary: After weeks of fighting over a campaign Jude worked on that sparked jealousy in you, your frustration grows as he dismisses your feelings. Fed up with being ignored, you decide to give him a taste of his own medicine. As expected, your boyfriend sees red—his control slipping as the night unfolds, and the tension between you two reaches its boiling point. But, of course, you are having so much fun.
Part 2: The end of the game (!)
The car ride was thick with an uncomfortable silence. Jude gripped the wheel, his jaw set, eyes fixed ahead. You could feel his frustration radiating off him, each sigh and subtle shift a quiet reminder of the tension simmering between you two. After all the back-and-forth arguments you’d had this week, you were both tired of hashing it out—but the hurt and resentment lingered.
You looked out the window, trying to lose yourself in the nightscape rushing by. The bright lights of the city blurred, but your mind was fixed on one image: that campaign photo. The one that had sparked this entire mess. Jude and a stunning model in a luxury campaign, his arm casually slung over her waist, their smiles too bright, too intimate. When you’d seen the ad, it had stung, but what has stung more was the behind the cameras videos. They had chemistry, and she was just as extroverted as him.
It hadn’t helped that when you’d brought it up to Jude, he brushed it off, rolling his eyes and calling you “dramatic” for making a big deal out of nothing. He’d practically laughed it off, leaving you feeling unheard and dismissed. That was the worst part: not just the jealousy, but the way he’d treated it as if it was meaningless.
“Can you not just sit there like I don’t exist?” Jude’s voice broke the silence, low but tight with irritation. “We’re going to this dinner. Can we just act like adults?”
You turned to him, biting your tongue to stop yourself from saying the first sharp thing that came to mind. You’d been here before, and you were too tired of the fighting to start again.
“Jude, you know why we are in this situation,” you said quietly. “I just wanted you to take me seriously and acknowledge my feelings.”
“Acknowledge?” he said, a hint of disbelief in his voice. “All I’ve done this whole week is listen to you accuse me of something I didn’t do. It’s a campaign. That’s it. Nothing more.” He resisted the urge to say, "End of discussion," and focused on the road ahead instead.
“But you didn’t make me feel like it was nothing, Jude. You made me feel like… like I’m stupid for even bringing it up. You think I don’t know that it’s part of your job?” Your voice quivered, and you hated that you sounded so emotional.
Jude’s face softened for a moment, but then he hardened his expression again, as if not wanting to give in. “I don’t know what you want me to say. I thought you knew me better than that, honestly.”
There it was—another subtle jab. The conversation felt like a seesaw, tipping between blame and defense, never quite reaching a point of understanding. You crossed your arms, pressing yourself against the passenger door, feeling miles away from him, though he was just a few feet to your left.
“I just wanted to feel like you cared that I was upset. That’s all. Not for you to laugh it off like it was something stupid.”
He clenched his jaw, as if forcing himself not to retort. His hands tightened on the wheel again. “Look, I get it now. You don’t trust me, and that’s fine. I’ll do my job, you can stay mad at me, and we’ll just keep doing this every week.” His voice dripped with sarcasm, and it hurt. “This is getting ridiculous...”
You two were tired of fighting, but something in you, something sharp and bruised, couldn’t let go of the last few days’ arguments. It wasn’t enough for him to be hurt. You wanted him to understand.
“Fine,” you said, trying to keep your voice steady but feeling anger prickle under your skin. “If it’s so ridiculous, then maybe I’ll make sure you get a taste of what that feels like. You’ll feel as ‘ridiculous’ as you’ve made me feel this week. We’ll see if it’s still a joke then.”
Jude’s head whipped toward you, a mix of shock and anger flashing across his face. “What? Are you serious right now?” His voice was tense, a low warning.
You felt a pang of guilt, but you held his gaze. “I just don’t think you’d understand it any other way.”
He scoffed, running a hand through his hair in frustration. “Unbelievable,” he muttered, shaking his head. He stared back at the road, his knuckles white on the steering wheel. The quiet between you was no longer uncomfortable but electric, charged with a bitterness that hadn’t been there before.
The car finally pulled up to the restaurant where you were supposed to meet your friends. The weight of what you’d just said hanging heavily between you. Jude cut the engine and just sat there, staring straight ahead, as if he didn’t trust himself to speak. You didn´t move either, not knowing what was he going to do. After a beat, he climbed out, moving around to your door without a word. When he opened it, he didn’t look at you, just held the door and waited for you to step out.
You could see the tension in his posture, his usual warmth and confidence replaced by a coldness that made your heart ache. But you were both too proud, too angry, to say anything.
As you neared the entrance, Jude’s hand shot out, gripping your waist with a firm possessiveness. The touch wasn’t gentle or affectionate as usual; it was more of a declaration. Despite the anger simmering between you, he wasn’t about to let you carry out your threat to make him jealous. You tensed at his touch, your own anger rising as you felt him draw you in as if he could control you with a single motion.
Without thinking, you shrugged him off, shoving him away just enough to make your point. Jude halted, cursing under his breath, as he fought to keep his temper in check. The sharp click of the car lock sounded behind you as he pocketed the key, jaw clenched, but his eyes held yours for a moment. You both understood each other’s challenge, an unspoken line drawn that neither of you wanted to cross but couldn’t seem to avoid.
With your heads held high and expressions perfectly composed, you stepped into the restaurant, slipping on your masks of calm as you approached your friends. Your forced smiles and quiet greetings betrayed none of the tension between you, and you fell into the comfortable rhythm of small talk.
Back at the table, the spark of defiance inside you had turned into a full flame. Watching Jude as he laughed and charmed his way through conversations, acting as if your argument had never occurred, only fueled that fire. He didn´t get to act as if nothing happened. His face was relaxed, his posture easy—but you knew him well enough to sense the barely hidden tension in his movements, the occasional dart of his eyes toward you, checking, warning.
Fine, you thought. If he wanted to pretend everything was fine, you'd go along with it. In fact, you’d be the most composed person at the table. But where was the fun in that?
You turned your attention to the friend sitting beside you, leaning closer with an easy smile as you laughed at his stories. Your hand brushed against his as you reached for your drink, letting it linger just a second longer than usual. The warmth of his arm pressed lightly against yours as you angled your body toward him, giving him your full attention. Jude was watching, and you knew he was watching. Out of the corner of your eye, you could see his mouth tighten, his easygoing demeanor slipping just a bit. His brows furrowed, and whatever his friend beside him was saying no longer seemed that interesting.
Good.
As the evening wore on, you let your laughter come a little too easily, smiling at your friend’s jokes, resting your hand briefly on his shoulder as you leaned in, your face just inches from his. Jude’s gaze was practically drilling into you, a dark intensity that made the hairs on the back of your neck stand up, thrilling and defiant all at once.
You were loving it.
His hand came to rest on the table, fingers drumming an agitated beat, his knuckles white. At one point, he leaned forward to reach for his drink, and the subtle brush of his shoulder against yours sent a shiver down your spine. You caught his eyes, holding his gaze in challenge.
“You okay, baby?” you asked with a smile—the prettiest smile you could offer, eyes shining with a hint of mischief.
In response, his hand drifted under the table, finding your thigh and gripping it firmly. The heat of his palm burned through the silky fabric of your black dress, his fingers possessive, unapologetic. You swallowed, trying to focus on the conversation in front of you, but the pressure of his hand sent your pulse racing, a blend of anger and something far more dangerous surging through you.
Ignoring his grip, you shifted slightly and crossed your leg, pulling away just enough to let his hand slip, but not before his fingers tightened in a quick, heated squeeze. He didn’t let go; instead, he moved his hand further up, his fingers now grazing your upper thigh, daring you to push him away. You bit your lip, refusing to give him the satisfaction of reacting. Instead, you leaned even closer to your friend, laughing softly as you let your hair fall forward, just brushing Jude’s arm in the process.
You could feel the heat of Jude’s glare on your skin, the simmering anger in every tense line of his body. You risked a quick glance his way, only to find him staring back at you with a look so intense, so darkly possessive, it was almost predatory. You'd seen this look before, but only when you had pushed him too far, ignited something in him he couldn’t control. It was a fire you both knew too well, one you had stirred with every challenge, every teasing word. And now, that fire was about to consume everything.
“Come on, keep pushing me, love.” He muttered sarcastically, each word perfectly pronounced, making sure you heard him loud and clear.
He lifted his glass, fingers curling possessively around the stem, and took a slow, deliberate sip, never once breaking his intense eye contact. As he set it down, his gaze trailed down to your lips, full and inviting, a subtle smirk tugging at the corner of his mouth. Then, his eyes moved lower, lingering on the soft curve of your breasts, which you had purposefully exposed just enough to rile him up when he wasn’t looking. His stare lingered there, hungry, possessive, making your stomach tighten with a mix of anticipation and anger.
No. No. He didn't get to be in control. This time, you were the one leading. Why did he manage to make you so nervous with just a few touches and his confident smirk? It wasn't fair.
His hand drifted higher on your thigh, and you fought to keep your breath steady. The weight of his touch sent a rush of heat through you, but you refused to look his way, keeping your attention on the friend beside you. Due to all the bickering and pointless arguments, it had been far too long since you’d been close to each other. Now, his touch sent a butterflies to your stomach, its effect magnified—three times more intense than before. Jude’s fingers tensed, his grip growing firmer, sending a clear message, a silent warning. But you leaned in again, touching your friend as you laughed, your fingers trailing along his, knowing exactly how it looked.
Jude’s jaw clenched, his leg brushing firmly against yours under the table, his knee pressing against you with an undeniable possessiveness. His hand squeezed your thigh, almost painfully, and you knew he was at his limit.
So, you laughed again, but this time harder at your friend’s joke.
“Something funny?” Jude muttered in a low voice, his words quiet enough that only you could hear, laced with irritation and a hint of warning.
You turned to him, your expression innocent, even sweet. “He’s just hilarious,” you said with a slight, shy and cute smile, raising your glass and meeting his eyes in a silent challenge.
His gaze darkened further, his fingers moving in a slow, heated drag along the inside of your thigh, and for a brief second, you fought to keep your composure, refusing to let him see how much he was getting to you. His touch was a slow burn, each inch of contact sending a shiver through you that you tried to ignore.
Jude’s hand dropped back to the table, and for a moment, you thought he might finally let it go. But when you laughed again and casually complimented your friend with a teasing remark—something along the lines of, “You always look so good, I do not understand why are you still single,”— Jude’s expression darkened, his breath hitching slightly. He choked on his drink, fingers gripping the glass so tightly you half-expected it to shatter. You could practically feel the heat radiating from him, his control slipping just a little more with every word.
You pressed your lips together, trying to stifle a laugh. He set his glass down hard, his voice a rough whisper. “May I remind you that you are not the one who’s single?” he asked, his eyes flashing with a dangerous glint.
You raised a brow, unfazed, and turned back to your friend. “Am I pushing it?” you murmured, more to yourself than to him, a sly smile playing on your lips. But just as you were about to rest your hand on your friend’s arm for the fifteenth time that night, you felt Jude’s hand slip over yours—this time grasping your wrist, his fingers rough and insistent, stopping you before you could touch another man.
“Do not, Y/N,” he murmured, his voice like steel, laced with something electric that sent a thrill up your spine.
Without a word, you twisted your hand free and crossed your legs again, your knee brushing his leg as you did. His fingers found your wrist again, pulling you closer this time, his lips near your ear as he muttered, “You think this is a game?”
The heat of his breath against your skin made your heart race, and you felt your pulse quicken as he held your gaze, daring you to keep this up. His fingers lingered on your wrist, and for a second, you wondered if he might actually kiss you right there, just to make his point, in front of everyone, as if he didn’t care who was watching.
God you wanted that. Like, a lot.
At last, as the evening wound down and you both stood to say goodbye, Jude didn’t let you slip away. His hand slid possessively around your waist, holding you close as you say goodbye to the group, his grip firm, almost punishing. Once outside, he pulled you aside, finally away from the prying eyes of your friends.
Without a word, Jude pushed you gently against the side of the car, his eyes blazing with frustration, anger, and something else you couldn’t quite name. He stepped in close, his hands framing your waist, pressing you against the cool metal. His breath brushed against your neck, his voice a low, dangerous murmur.
“You think this was funny?” he asked, his fingers pressing into your hips, his gaze intense, unyielding.
You lifted your chin, holding his stare. “No,” you whispered, a smirk tugging at the corner of your lips. “I thought it was fair.”
Jude’s eyes darkened, and his grip tightened, his hands possessive, nearly desperate, as he pulled you even closer. The air between you was charged, tense, and thick with unspoken words. You could feel the rapid beat of his heart against you, the warmth of his hands sending shivers through you.
“You’re being…,” you started, trying to keep a teasing smile in check, though your amusement slipped through. His anger was palpable; he glared at you with narrowed eyes, locking onto you with an intensity that was thrilling, even a little dangerous.
“Mmm, what was it?” you asked, pretending to struggle to remember the exact word that had lit the fuse in this absurd, yet undeniably thrilling standoff. You paused for effect, watching the way his jaw tightened. “Oh, right—dramatic.”
You knew that would push him right over the edge, and sure enough, he leaned in, his expression hardening as his gaze burned right into yours. You could almost feel the warmth of his breath, the faint scent of his cologne enveloping you, as if he were drawing you into his orbit. He hadn’t even said a word yet, but somehow, he had you on edge, just as he always did, effortlessly.
“But you know,” you added with a smirk, leaning up on tiptoe to press a playful kiss on his heated cheek, “I think it suits you.”
Then, with all the nonchalance you could muster, you turned on your heel, heading for the passenger seat as though nothing had happened. For a moment, he didn’t move; you could practically feel his stare following you. But then, before you could even open the door, he grabbed your arm, pulling you back to him, right back into that same charged position, his grip firm but unmistakably possessive. And despite yourself, you couldn’t help but let a thrill run down your spine.
“You have no idea what you just started,” he murmured, his voice thick with a dangerous promise, his lips hovering just inches from yours.
And as you looked up at him, feeling the heat, the thrill, and the tension swirl between you, you realized you didn’t regret a single thing.
Jude’s smirk deepened as he held you there, his grip possessive and firm, his gaze dark with intent. You could feel every inch of space crackling with tension, every breath laced with challenge and defiance. He wasn't letting you go, not after what you'd just put him through. And part of you didn't want him to.
“You think this is a joke,” he muttered smirking, his voice low and edged with a dangerous sort of amusement. His fingers traced along your arm, each touch purposeful, as if to prove just how much control he still held. You raised your chin, meeting his gaze with equal defiance, a small smile on your lips.
“I think it is a taste of your own medicine,” you replied, your voice soft but unyielding. He leaned in, his lips so close they brushed against yours as he spoke, sending a shiver straight through you. He couldn’t resist the urge to kiss you.
“You’re going to regret this,” he murmured, his words a promise as his thumb skimmed along your jaw, tipping your face up to meet his.

“let’s call a twenty-minute break, i need to rest my eyes for a bit,” your co-worker called out, everyone in the room letting out a despaired sigh of relief. you push your glasses up, grab your water bottle and wallet, walking out the room to the nearest vending machine to buy snacks. you greet some employees as you pass, twisting the cap to refill with ice and water.
by instinct, you turn your head to the side looking at the huge double doors that lead to his office. you see him on an appeared work call, frustrated as he speaks loudly and with his hands, brows pulled in with a tiny frown playing on his lips. he hangs up, writing a quick note before looking up and locking eyes with you. taken at back you looked away quickly, focusing on how you almost overfilled your water bottle.
you quickly pay for some cookies and salty crisps, avoiding how you feel a pair of eyes following you as you return to the workroom. you trip on the tiny door frame as you look back to jude, feeling two arms holding you steady, a quick thank you escaping your lips at your clumsiness. “sorry that was my fault, i wasn’t looking straight,” you laugh off.
“it’s all good! don’t stress it can happen to anyone. i blame this doorframe for making it have a step,” the stranger jokes, looking up to see a guy dressed in a white tee and leather jacket combo, dark wash jeans, and a pair of sneakers. very much giving book-coded. “i-i didn’t catch your name? i’m matt,” the green-eyed man extends your hand, and you shake it out of respect.
“i’m y/n, it's very nice to meet you,” you smile and walk off not thinking much of it since he was either new or already worked here. you open your crips offering your friends around the room, sipping on your water as you hear lilly say something, “oh you met the new guy! that’s matt, he’s joining us at the end of the year.”
“yeah i did, right when i walked in, he seemed nice,” you shrug going back to the notepad and crossing of the items you had done and highlighting the ones you wanted to finish before the end of the day. “you didn’t hear from me, but he apparently demanded to be hired,” lilly whispered raising her brows and pursed her lips. “demanded?” you ask curiously, thinking of jude right away and how he would’ve reacted.
“yeah! which is infuriating since we went through the whole process of interview after interview, background checks, and even a test! suddenly just because he’s a man and demands to work here he gets accepted? yeah, i don’t like that,” lilly stressed typing harsher on her keyboard. “well to everyone else he’s perfect on paper, but to us, he will have to get to know us for us to trust his word… we will see if he can fit in, we’ve become a tiny family,” you say softly sending a smile to lilly where she nodded.

Good Evening Ms. Y/n, I hope you are well.
your eyes shot up, pulse-raising as it had a couple minutes ago. the email notification caught you completely off guard making you lower your brightness immediately and scramble around.
💌 — judebellingham@*****.com
We have a scheduled meeting in 5 mins, just a quick update on the project. Your team members requested you to speak to me.
💌 — yournamelastname@*****.com
Will do! See you then!
💌 — judebellingham@*****.com
I take it you met Matt?
your brows pull in confused, wondering why on earth he’s asking this, especially on the company's email, knowing everything could be checked and traced back. your fingers hesitate to type back a response, not knowing the outcome or why all of the sudden you felt eyes boring into you.
jude leaned back in his chair, seeing his latest email being read yet no response back. was his question appropriate? to HR, yes. but to you? maybe not so much. jude knew how you would read this in a different manner, but he couldn’t wait to ask. he saw how he stared at you, where his hands traced, how his smile wasn’t anything friendly and more of flirtatious manner. so yes, he was going to ask.
💌 — yournamelastname@*****.com
I did! He was very lovely and professional! Great choice for the group!
while jude chuckled almost angrily, a knock interrupted his typing, looking up to see his assistant bringing in printed paperwork he had to sign off. he knew in a few minutes you were to step into his office, just the two of you. jude gripped his pen harshly, aggressively signing off with his signature, mimicking your words because he knew you were pushing his buttons.
“your meeting with ms. y/l/n starts soon, would you like me to bring anything?” his assistant asked, stacking the paper and organizing them in the folder. “lock the door and just make sure no one comes in and disturbs us,” jude said, looking back to his screen and seeing you hadn't replied yet, rather met with a new email from a different company.
“hello good afternoon mr. bellingham,” you spoke professionally, greeting his assistant as he walked out, the door clicking shut. your legs felt wobbly as you walked over and sat on the chair, taking out your notebook and your favorite black pen. “ms. y/n it's nice to see you,” jude smiled leaning back as he stared at you. “we discussed the course last tuesday as a group but to my understanding there were a few changes made, along with an update on the january project correct?” jude spoke, his voice stern and serious which intimidated you.
why you? why couldn't someone else be up here right now?
jude watched you intensely, how your legs crossed, your fresh new set of manicured nails flashing and catching his eyes instantly, your voice soft but full of professionalism, your new hair now slightly shorter than last time, but what caught his attention was the new charm on your bracelet, the letter ‘a’ with a tiny heart on the bottom, something anyone could miss but not jude.
his mind immediately wondered to what it could be, what it stood for, or whose name. question after question and theory after theory was driving him insane. “we believe the january campaign will be finished by the end of next week, and we would begin the february one starting the new year after the break,” you finished seeing his brown eyes on you. “mr. bellingham?” you whispered jude humming as he interlocked his hands and placed them under his chin.
you grew more and more intimidated, afraid that you were just blabbering and not actually giving him the new information, or worse he disagreed with what you and the group were working on. you had confrontational issues and this wasn’t helping at all. the familiar race of your pulse, your stomach dropping, what was it that you were more scared of, him, or the idea of failure.
“i told you to call me jude,” he said, making you almost roll your eyes. “and i thought i told you i wouldn’t because we’re at work,” you defended knowing it wasn't proficient to do so.
jude squinted his eyes slightly before speaking again, “the new changes sound amazing just remember to be updating the timeline as you do and make your team aware that once this is done there no updating or fixing any longer. we delayed it a week because of the site crash but we can’t delay anymore longer. as for the january campaign send tomas with the contract and i'll sign it for my approval next week when i see a close-to-finished presentation…”
you nodded your head paying attention as you wrote on your sticky notes his reminders. “i will let the team know, thank you for your time,” you flashed a smile, gathering your belongings and wanting to rush out the door, not because you were uncomfortable, but the last time you two were alone he had kissed you and his assistant walked in. you’ve kept your respective distance since then, knowing you wouldn’t be able to control yourself around him.
“what are your plans for break?” he asked suddenly, you paused your movements afraid to look up or even answer. you were indeed ignoring him, but not on purpose, maybe a slight bit. when it came to being around jude there was this indescribable tension, where no words had to be exchanged, just a single look and you both knew.
since the shared kiss in this office, all you felt was the taint and taste of his lips. the desperation of wanting him back in your arms, and having nights like those from the past summer. it drove you insane, knowing you spent hours in the same building yet you were so apart from each other. the looks could deceive anyone but not you or him.
you knew you were being naive and just trying to protect your image and his. though if word got out you had slept with the boss, hell would break loose. you were caught that day in his office, by his assistant, had it been anyone else you don’t know what would’ve happened. you let yourself be careless and free and it almost faced you with consequences.
there was nothing more you wanted than to at least attempt a relationship with jude. but the partnership was risky business. being in here was already risky with his assistant knowing what happened a few weeks ago. how would people react to you and him? the rumors or just overall overwhelming sense of being judged? you knew yourself, and you couldn’t handle that mentally.
“so far catch up on some well-deserved sleep, i’m also hosting a friendsmas at my apartment, besides that stay-in, no travel this year,” you smile at him, jude walks over and leans on his desk. “sounds like an ideal break,” jude offered back a smile handing you the folder you had brought, your fingers slightly grazing his.
“and you? what are your plans?”
you didn’t want to be rude but the curiosity got the best of you and you had to ask. despite being CEO you pictured maybe he would also have some time off. “i have to work, but if i wasn’t i would go back to visit and spend the holidays somewhere hotter then this cold weather,” he said.
you frowned, “not at least one day off? you need some time for yourself, especially for the holidays,” you almost insisted. you loved and cherished the holidays. the traditions, the lights and trees, the weather, the food, the time off for friends and family. you felt bad for him, he had expressed that summer how he appreciated the days he had off.
“unfortunately not this year. my parents decided to travel for christmas and new years and my brother got stuck at work as well. the company is also behind on some due dates and i have to be here to make sure everything goes in order,” jude sighed, watching how you shifted your weight from one foot to another.
from times you spoke with jude he never mentioned his family, hell even his friends, so this was definitely a surprise coming from him. he was always serious and only focused on his company's success. a knock on your door made you jump, your head swiftly turning to see lilly walk in, jude instantly scowled, standing uo straight.
“i'm so sorry to interrupt but we need her back because the vender came in and were planning the host,” lilly said rapidly out of breath. “don’t worry we were done here?” you asked curiously, jude nodding, “let me know if anything changes, i will be here!” jude dismissed. you let out a breath of relief, lilly gushing “i know he’s our boss but damn that man is so fine.”
if only she knew…
the next week flew by quick, and before you knew you were having a christmas lunch to say bye for the break. you all pitched in to bring food and items, some warm cookies and hot chocolate, sandwiches, and fruit layed out. relief and finally some relaxation ran through everyone, knowing after a long couple of months you finally got some well deserved rest.
the encounter with jude didn’t leave your mind, in fact it kept you up day and night. he wasn’t in the office apparently due to some business outside town, but he sent his regards and thank you for our hard work. you often kept looking back to the empty office, wishing that maybe you could see him one last time before you all went separate ways.
“what do you mean he was caught kissing someone? when was this?” lilly yelled, unable to control her raging emotions. “the jude bellingham? mr. perfect? he was caught kissing someone in his own office?” clarified julian, tapping his chin thinking, “where did you even hear this?” lilly asked chris.
“it's could be just a rumor, for all we know it could be false. i overheard one of the 15 assistants he has during the lunch break today,” chris said nonchalantly, but your blood ran cold. it's as if you had seen a ghost or were caught again in his office. the same gut-wrenching feeling at the possibility of them knowing it was you. how could you be so careless?
“do they have an idea of who it could be?” lilly further asked and you were so close to shut her up, the walls closing in on you, and afraid that the sandwich you had eaten would make a reappearance. “they do know, but couldn’t say who because they signed an NDA. my guess its someone from this office or a celebrity. why would you force someone to sign a contract over a silly kiss? it’s weird,” chris continued, grabbing a cookie and taking a bite.
“well, you guys know mr. bellingham, and his private life is completely private, if anything i don’t blame him. the world he’s in, all eyes on you watching your every move, its very eerie. a small slip up like that can cost him many ups and downs, so we shouldn’t even be discussing or else were next on that NDA contract,” julian defended, yet all you could do was stay silent.
you trail your thoughts to that day, remembering how his assistance almost begged for forgiveness and swore he wouldn't say anything. the fury look on jude’s face but also the concern he had knowing every thought raced your mind. the fact you were new, your first real corporate job, the consequence of already fucking up your career because you let yourself be careless. over a damn kiss.
your muscles tightened yet your hands shaked, you were angry not only at yourself but also the assistant who lied to his face and yours, knowing you were in jeopardy if people looked into it. you didn’t know how many people he had told during lunch or if had told other people in the past. the nerves and fear at everyone poking fingers at you worrying you.
“i really want to know who it is! this is gonna keep me up at night because it happened here! right where we work,” lilly groaned sitting down and pushing her glasses up. the five of you looked at the door when someone knocked and walked inside. “hi everyone, i just came by to sign off the rest of my paperwork but i wanted to properly introduce myself, i’m matt!” the same guy who you accidentally bumped into last week walked in.
“it's very nice to meet you, we hope everything went well and smoothly?” lilly said sarcastically, to which matt nodded, “very smoothly, i expected it to be difficult but they worked with me and what i was looking for.” you rolled your eyes a part inside you was glad he came in so the focus shifted around him rather than the kiss.
“must be nice, no?” you offered a fake smile, you knew it was wrong but overall he was in the wrong for buying his way in. matt looked at you confused squinting his eyes and walking over to where you all stood by the cookies and sweets table. “what do you mean?” he smiled confidently. it seemed like you somehow manifested it, because before you could respond, jude walked in.
“sorry i’m late everyone, but we just closed in on the february term. don’t worry,” jude’s smiled dropped at the sight of you standing next to matt. what the hell is he doing here? jude thought but gained focus again, “don’t worry this will all be planned once you come back, just wanted to pop in person to thank you for your incredible hard work and wish you all happy holidays!”
jude would be lying if he said he hadn’t been rushing. he was called into a meeting on the other side of town to confirm and present details about a case, but all he could think of was you, and not being able to say bye. he knew it was the holiday party today and he wanted to get a last goodbye. he wore his best suit and favorite tie.
yet that same jealousy feeling returned when he’d seen you with matt, he needed to keep his cool but this guy was already getting onto his guts.
“thank you mr.bellingham, it’s been a pleasure, please help yourself to some cookies if you please,” lilly offered and he gladly took some. you distanced yourself from matt and pretended to grab your items, giving the message you were headed out. “ju- mr.bellingham, do you think i can speak to you really quick, it's about the project,” you lied, wanting to be alone and explain to him the situation.
“sure follow me!”
“what’s up?” asked jude, his body language more relaxed as he unlocked his office. you waited till the door shut fully, “they know. they know about what happened,” you deadpanned, jude froze looking up and seeing your wild eyes. “how do they know? what do you mean by that?” jude whispered loudly.
“chris was telling us how he overheard your assistant talking about it during their lunch break. i don’t want to seem like a tater tale but i’m scared jude… i’m scared about people finding out it was me,” you whimpered your eyes glossy as tears began to brim your eye sight. the anxiety getting to much and having no other option than to break down right here infront of him.
“ssh it’s okay, listen it’s okay! i’ll take care of it,” jude ushered you, bringing you into his embrace, a quiet sob escaping your lips. “it’s not okay! jude people know what happened here. they know what took place because someone caught us, that person went around after they signed a contract and told people,” you tried to explain with a heavy heart and knot in the back of your throat.
“i know that baby, i know you’re scared, but you just have to trust me on this one and that i will handle it. i’m giving you my word that nothing will happen to you. i know how hard you’ve worked for to be here, i won’t let this be the end of your career. just trust me,” and just like that his voice soothed you, just as it once did in the almafi coast.
“just let me handle it.”
“jude we can’t. i know you wanted to try, well we wanted to try but it’s too risky. too risky for you, especially with the deal you signed off on, and too complicated for me. we’re back to square one, and i can’t threaten losing it all over this,” you spoke softly, jude stiffening, clearly not expecting this from you. just when he thought he could have you, you’re pulling away from him.
“i can sue, you forget who i am.”
“do you not realize where that is going to get us? i am going to have to be present when it's what i’m trying to avoid. he knows who i am, if you threaten to fire him or even get near that idea he’s going to expose it all,” you exclaimed pulling apart from now a hurt jude. he stood quiet, thinking how you had a point but he wasn’t afraid of anyone let alone some assistant who was barely qualified for the job.
“you should go… have an amazing break,” jude said after a minute in silence, you looked at him confused, still trying to find ways to help each other.
“jude-”
“y/n just go,” jude stressed, your shoulders fell, feeling defeated and discouraged. how were you supposed to drop it and leave for three weeks and be unaware of anything? just wait like a sitting duck till you came back? you looked at jude who turned his back from you, removing his blazer, knowing he wasn’t going to say anything. you wiped your tears and walked out, not caring to say bye, just wanting to be alone to cry away the dread and sadness.
your friendsmas was a success, a small get-together to just eat and chat, which ended up being amazing after the sorrowful week you had. you couldn’t sleep, as the conflict taunted you, being reminded that people out there knew what had happened. and you just had to wait. sadness turned to being impatient, impatient turned to anger, and that anger led to frustration.
you wanted to know what he was doing if he truly was just working like he said. to see how he was solving the issue. you just wanted to be with him. this time alone made you realize maybe he was right, maybe you just had to trust him and see where things went. you couldn't just think of the worse, but the worse was already done.
“y/n please tell us you're gonna go out! it’s saturday and we traveled all down here to be with you. you can’t stay here,” your best friend pleads for the third time, and you have no reason other to cave in, knowing they would take no for an answer. “now hurry your ass up we leave in an hour.”
a long sleeve black lace top, and a black denim mini skirt with boots, with makeup and hair done, you walked together downtown to where they wanted to go clubbing. it was a while since you last went out, so hearing the loud exhausts and smelling the familiar smoke of weed was like a deja vu.
you forgot the adrenaline rush it gave you, the cool chills as they checked id’s and paid the fee. they wasted no time rushing to the bar and ordering a round of shots and drinks. you all stood near the bar, dancing sometimes talking as a mix of music played. it was a good vibe and you slowly felt yourself letting loose. the worries escaping as your favorite songs played and danced away with the girls. you didn’t want to drink much, wanting to stay aware of your surroundings in case anything happened, along with being sober enough to drive back to their place.
“i need some air, wanna come with me?” you asked your friend who nodded, grabbing her drink and her pack of cigarettes for a smoke. “you okay? you were quiet during the dinner and at amy’s house,” she asked, the flame from her lighter lighting the cigarette. “just thinking, you know me. i'm a yapper but also an overthinker,” you giggled.
“someone on your mind?”
“yes actually…” you knew she would keep this confidential and take it down to the grave until you decided to tell the other girls. “i met a man last year, after graduation in the almafi coast. it was the best week i had. i mean like the best. we had sex, lots of sex, we went on small dates, watched the sunset, woke up together and had breakfast, danced, you name it. i can’t help but think, we also had this i don’t know? connection?” you spoke.
“and i am just now knowing of this? y/n!”
“listen to be fair, you guys ditched me so, it's your loss.”
“touche.”
“never in my life have i met a man like him. he is straight out a book, tall, handsome, charming yet he has this dominate side that just makes me,” you groaned in desperation, the flashbacks in your head not doing any justice. “i got too attached, and overthought what we had. we lived different lives, he had this quota status while i just had finished school. he was already successful while i just began my path to find future me. so i left…”
“you left? what do you mean you left?”
“while he was out doing a meeting, i managed to sneak out, i left him a letter and i apologized…i was scared, i felt like i wouldn’t ever be enough especially with his lifestyle. i tried to be positive but all i kept picturing was the absolute worst, i let myself leave and i regret that…” you smiled painfully as your friend stared at you with the biggest and widest eyes ever.
“a letter? a damn letter? y/n you left that man hopeless and with questions unanswered. he probably blamed himself and wondered what he’d done! who even is this man! y/n i’m trying so hard not to smack you right now,” she took a smoke letting out a shaky puff. “that’s the funny thing, i ended up seeing him again, but under different circumstances…”
“meaning?” she said slowly.
“i can’t and don’t want to say much, but we somehow work in the same place together… and he ranks higher than i’ll ever be…” you frown, thinking back to jude. jude here, jude there, you felt like he was everywhere and you couldn’t find an escape from him. a silent second was shared, your heat beating out your chest and head fuzzy from everything.
“y/n… you should-”
“guys? come back in, we just ordered another round of shots! c’mon!,” your friend who was inside came out and dragged you back in. you gave your friend a pleading look to not say anything, and she understood right away.
you felt two eyes stare behind you, and you looked back to ensure your friend was there, but instead those brown eyes that haunted you stared at you with a serious and tension gaze. your friend smiles and took your hand, as you quickly turned back and went to your group, this sense of uneasiness laying on you once again. why the hell was he here?
you downed the shot before they could cheer, not feeling the burn or bitterness from the lime and salt after. you tucked yourself away from his view, dreading being here, and wishing this instant you were cuddled up and watching a k-drama. “oh my god, new plan! let’s go to the jazz bar a few restaurants down from here! live music and drinks!” amy spoke, the group immediately agreeing, the wash of relief spreading through you.
as soon as the tab was paid, you grabbed each other’s hand and walked out to the exit. luck was on your side as you made out with any complications or slurred walks. “y/n? where’d ya headed?” matt tugged you to the side, his breath reeking from alcohol. “we’re leaving!” you lied quickly and pulled away from him. it was enough seeing jude but matt as well? had you been cursed?
“hold on, hold on, why you leaving so fast? the night is just beginning, join me and my friends!” matt slurred, tucking your hair behind your ear. you pulled away, “no thank you, we’re leaving. have a good night,” you tried to seem nice as possible so you could avoid an altercation but he wasn’t taking no for an answer. “c’mon i want to get to know you!”
jude who was back inside had been watching you the minute you locked eyes. was it really possible you were in the same place he was? or was it just a vivid image of you? it was you, dressed so elegantly yet seductive. he had replayed the scene in his office before break over and over. hating how the empty void in his heart wouldn’t dissapear especialy at the thought of you.
the once loud music was no longer there in his ears, he was just enamoured by you. your hair, your smile, the way you laughed, yet you were being the same naive and stubborn y/n he knew. the same one from italy, from work, and the one now. he just wanted one more look of you. but you were no longer there. jude panicked, ditching the vip booth in a second and waving though the bodies on the dance floor to look for you outside.
“like i said, we were leaving-”
when the fuck was this man ever going to take a hint? matt pissed him off more and more as days passed. and jude was livid as he couldn’t take a hint and continued bothering you. he knew you were smart but a man like matt was a attachment not even he could get rid of. with his stupid blue eyes and blonde hair, jeans so tight he cringed at the sight.
“is there a problem here?” jude said angrily, you got a whiff of his cologne, standing still as he approached you closer and closer. “seems like you’re bothering her when she wants to leave… not very gentlemanly like from you, hmm?” jude got between you, bringing you behind him and acted as a shield.
“jude it’s okay, just drop it, he’s drunk-”
“jude? what the fuck is this? why did you call him jude, when he’s mr. bellingham,” matt chuckled angrily, a hand waving in the air trying to get sense of what was going on. “oh i see, i know what is going on here! you're the bitch who was caught kissing him in his office! makes total sense now,” matt mocked, your blood running cold at the reveal.
“watch your fucking mouth. you may not be sober but you need to control yourself,” jude spat angrily coming closer to him. “you can pull all the stunts you want in my building but not here where you’re gonna make a fool out yourself, remember it’s easy for me to call off this stupid contract,” jude sneered. “i should’ve known the second you two were alone, the boss and his employee, what a coincidence! no wonder you got the job, you slept with him and now you’re here!”
you don't see jude’s next move, all you see is matts face twisting with pain as jude punched him straight and square on his jaw, immediately towering over him when matt gained consciousness and threw a punch back. your body froze, watching the scene play out as they man handled each other, before feeling your friends drag you away and ask if you were okay. “who the fuck was that?” your friend asked, looking back as a chill ran down your spine.
“my boss.”
it was the afternoon, having slept in till late from the vents that took place, thankful you were alone after having complained. you weren’t in the mood to speak to anyone or yet be interrogated by your friends. all you said that it was your boss and a random guy who was trying to bother you. despite it all, you still wanted to protect and cherish the tiny bits of jude you had.
you couldn’t contact him, not through email either, left wondering how he was and if the cops got involved. you felt guilty, guilty because of the mess that was created, guilty for leaving him when you most wanted him, and guilty for making yourself suffer like you had. if things had gone differently maybe this would’ve never happened. maybe you should've just walked away and let fate take control.
this wasn’t a good image for either of you, and despite it hurting, the truth was bound to come out, whether you liked it or not.
you looked at the clock, a brow raising in confusion when two simple knocks were heard at your door, followed by shuffling. you removed yourself from your blanket and took careful steps to the door, looking through the peephole and seeing a familiar set of curls facing you.
you panic, running a hand through your hair, and mouth, adjusting your top and batman pj shorts. you silently yelp and get the urge to jump from either excitement or nerves.
after a quick breather, you unlock the door and open to reveal jude, who stood in a black hoodie and pants, the soft boyfriend look reminding you of his normal side. not the harsh ceo, or business look, just your jude.
“hi,” you smile, jude walking in when you open the door further. “i-i- was in the area, and i wanted to check in on you to see how you were from last night,” he said simply, as if those words didn’t make your heart jump. “in the area or did you see my file?” you taunt, jude scratching his head knowing he was caught. “both?” he smiled.
“i’m doing okay, thankfully we got out of there, but i’ve been worried about you. i wasn’t sure if i could communicate with you, but i’ve been worried sick,” you admit, your heart slowly piecing its way together at the sight of him. “i’m fine, believe me i am, just a couple of scratches but i’m okay now that i’m here with you…”
you sigh deeply, jude pursed his lips, “i hate how we said goodbye. i felt like an asshole just pushing you away when all you wanted was reassurance. i hated seeing your smile drop and leaving you taken at back, i’m not proud of that,” jude confessed, stepping closer. “i’m attached to you, yet all we have is this painful distance. i just wanted to simply try y/n, i am not a man full of words but i almost begged, begged for you to stay. after you left me that letter i looked for you for weeks, imagine how i felt when i saw you in my own office?”
you stay silent, letting him know you were listening him pour his heart out. you weren’t going to push him away, you were tired of this miscommunication and back and forth. “you know what the hardest part was, watching you live your life knowing i’m not apart of it. having this idea that we could’ve been something instead were just known strangers who cross each other like nothing. i hate that you can’t be mine, i hate the fact you can’t even look at me in the eyes because you’re scared,” his voice broke.
“what is it going to take? why can’t we just try?” jude pleaded. “because it wouldn’t be easy! i would hate the idea of seeing each other behind closed doors when all i want is to spend it next to you and not hide it. it isn’t easy when i have everything ahead of myself, everything i’ve worked hard for and you have it all already! I can’t easily say ‘fuck what they have to say’ because it does matter.”
“jude its been equally as hard for me as for you as well. you think i don’t want to try? that i don’t wish and dream were together in the almafi coast even if its for a day? i want to more than everything, i want to try but there’s so much on the line. people know about us already, and matt was just a taste of what would be headed our way if we did…” you cried, hating the feeling of your stomach turning. the idea of jude no longer with you.
“i want you more than anything y/n, i’ve never wanted something so bad like this in my entire life. i have enough, i want to be enough for you. i want to show you the positive rather the negative that you envison, please just let me. i promise you there’s more than just the bad with me…”
“jude…” you whine.
“we can work our way through this, i’m giving you my word. my all to you. please just let us try and we can be jude and y/n from that summer together… please baby, just let us try,” his hands reached for your, his thumb running delicatly over your knuckles. you caved in, you knew and felt like the whole world was at risk but you couldn’t care less. you also deserved to be loved, and being loved by jude was special in so many ways. not because of the status or money, but because of the tenderness and cherishment he laid.
“promise me that no matter what, you won’t leave. i can’t lose it all and you as well jude…” you plead, and a smile of relief spreading across jude’s lips. i give you my word, i’ll even sign a contract for it, whatever it takes as long as i have you…” jude whispered along your lips, “no more contracts, just us,” you say softly.
“do you know how long i’ve wanted this? how much i missed this? how much i missed you?” jude said with a rough and raspy voice. your lips trembled, focusing on his lips kissing down your jaw, his hands running down to your hips to your ass where he gripped it firmly. “you denied me, rejected me, and wanted to pretend like nothing happened, what happened y/n?” he continued.
“maybe i just finally caved in to what i truly wanted, and what i want is you,” you say breathlessly, his fingers burning your skin as he trailed them against your skin. “you bluffin or are you being serious?” he quoted making you giggle and press your lips against his, feeling as he smiled. “i’m being serious jude.”
he carried you to your bedroom, removing the tanktop you had on, “tell me what you want from me,” his voice low and groggy. you clenched your thighs, a hand running up his chest to pull him into a messy kiss, hearing a slight groan escape from his already plump lips. “i want you, all of you, all of you always and forever,” you say between the kiss, your one hand on his chest now palming him through his black pants.
jude stepped back, admiring you before his fingertips grazed your shoulders as he slowly removed both of your bra straps down, your chest revealing himself, he sucked in a breath, his eyes drawn to you, just you. “so fucking perfect,” his pupils dilated, leaning down to press a wet kiss on your collarbone all the way up to your jaw, a small suckle before catching your lips once again.
every single nerve in your body is alive and active, awaiting jude’s next move as you helped him remove his hoodie and shirt. his tone and tanned body shinning against the warm light from your night lamp. there’s no space left when he crashes his body with your, lips tangled as he slowly places you onto your sheets. “i want to hear you, can you do that for me?” jude said, his eyes dark and full of lust.
“anything you ask me,” you nodded, he smirked, jude placed faint and subtle kisses down the valley of your breasts. you shifted around uncontrollably, letting out small pants as he traced his tongue down your naval. he looked up ensuring you wanted this much as him, and when he got that confirmation, he slowly removed your shorts. “cute, took you more for a marvel gal though,” he snicked. “quit it! i didn’t expect you.”
your eyes fluttered closed as he blew cold air against your core, “so wet, just for me,” he kissed your clit softly, a small kiss that drove you to your breaking point and you were just getting started. jude’s tongue separated your folds immediately, drawing out a loud moan, your hand clenching your sheets as he continued his movements down and up.
you almost lose it when he places the tip of his tongue right on your entrance, bitting your lip as you cry out in pleasure. you forgot how good he was at this. how he knew all your weak points and could drag you to there in just seconds. his heavy breathing and knowing he was enjoying this as much as you were made the thrill even bigger.
the intrusion of his two fingers and licks against your core are enough to make your hips lift from the bed, “please jude, please,” you moan, your hand resting on the back of his head, so he doesn’t pull back. “can feel you, almost there for me, holy fuck y/n…” jude grunted. he dove back, wanting to feel you cum against his tongue, not getting enough of how sweet you were.
you sobbed as your orgasm ripped through you, slightly embarrassed at how quick you came but it had been a while since you were with anyone. that last person being jude. he rode you out to the last drip, cleaning you up effortlessly, coming back up to press a small kiss on your neck before slowly undoing his pants and removing his boxers.
his cock sprang out, hitting his abdomen as pre-cum leaked, you swallowed harshly, jude gently getting between your thighs and holding you by your waist, “you sure you want this?” jude asked, wanting to be a hundred percent sure, “fuck me, jude,” you said with confidence. he slowly entered you, your back arching and pressing against his chest, jude kissed your chin softly, watching your body unravel with his.
“holy fuck, forgot how tight you were, how tight you are just for me,” he said lowly, pushing back his hips and thrusting into you. “it’s okay baby, just breathe for me,” he ushered, as you squeezed his girth. “doing so well for, always such a good fucking girl for me,” he moved his hips thrusting deeper as you moaned his name.
jude's eyes squint close, his lips shaking a smile as you rub his cheek in full appreciation. he’s taking this slow, wanting it to special, he kisses you deeply as he began to move and thrust into you, your bed squeaking as you both stiffle out a tiny laugh. “go faster jude,” you whisper in his ear. jude lets out a tiny ‘fuck’ before slamming into you harsher and deeper.
your moans mix together, eyes shut as you felt your pleasure become closer and closer. his thrusts move in a pace that has you wanting to see stars quickly, his skin burning yours with his touch and slips. “oh my god, shit, shit, shit,” you let out, jude smirking as he moved faster, his cock hitting that spot inside you that makes you melt into your bed.
“you have no idea how fucking amazing you feel,” jude says, pinning you down, his forehead touching yours as you share a feverly kiss. his tongue entering your mouth and tracing yours, pulling back and fully blurred on making you cum. the closeness and messiness of your bodies had you overwhelmed with pleasure, looking away from him as it became to much. “eyes on me, i want to see you, see you when i cum inside you,” jude stated, and you obliged.
“so fucking close, can feel you squeezing me, i know it baby, just cum for me,” jude praised you, and thrusted faster, making you squeal and clench your legs around him, pinning him down. jude was on the bridge of bursting, the intensity becoming unbearable. “there we go baby, cum, cum for me,” jude said as he felt you reach your climax, your body slightly trembling in shivers of bliss.
you felt your walls coat with his warm release, his cock twitching as he let out pants of air. He kisses you one last time, enjoying the moment as you let the afterwaves pass. jude pulls out slowly, laying next to you as he brought you to his chest, his hands running down your back and soothing your slick and warm skin.
“you okay? still here with me?” he spoke still out of breath. “i am? are you?” you draw small shapes on his chest. he grabs your face getnly and makes you face him. his thumb runs down your brows and cheek, “as long as i am with you, i will forever be okay….”
“be mine y/n…”

The sounds of the nightclub were all-consuming.
Music, laughter, and singing overwhelmed your senses, and the alcohol coursing through your body was no help. You’d gone out for a night of fun with your girls and it was now almost 2 in the morning.
A familiar pounding surfaced as you started to feel a headache coming on, but as you glanced over to the dance floor, you saw your friends awake as ever dancing with each other and random men they must have picked up at the bar.
You giggle, shaking your head at their antics.
As you take another sip of your drink you feel a buzz in your purse. You pull it out and open your messages to see your favorite contact flash on your screen, as he had been periodically checking up on you throughout the night.
Jude🤍: Hey baby, having fun?
You twirl a strand of your hair giggling like a schoolgirl at such a basic question, the alcohol making you giddier than usual.
You: Hiiiiii babyy!!!
I misss yoiuuuu
Jude🤍: Missing you too love ❤️
You: I’m comimg hime soon I camt wait to kiss yiu xx
Jude🤍: I can’t wait either baby, be safe.
You smile excitedly, hearting the message, and place your phone back in your purse. Jude was never bothersome or controlling when it came to you hanging out with your girls, something you weren’t used to due to some unhealthy relationships of the past.
He was very secure in himself and your relationship seeing as neither of you had given each other any reason not to trust one another.
That and the fact that you were both embarrassingly head over heels in love.
“Oh my goddd he totally wanted to hook up with you” you hear behind you whipping your head to see your girlfriends laughing and stumbling back to the table you had been standing by.
“Well I hate to burst his bubble but there’s no way in hell” You giggle along not even fully understanding the story but enjoying the moment nonetheless.
“I love you guysss” one of your friends exclaims lovingly causing all of you to burst out into laughter but still returning the sentiment.
“Okay, I’m already feeling the beginning of my hangover. I think I'm calling it a night guys” you express getting a groan from your friends.
“What you reallyy mean is you’re starting to miss your boyfriend and want to fu-” “Oh my god shut up” you cut off laughing awkwardly causing everyone else to join in on the teasing and banter.
“We're just teasing babes I think we all need to call it a night.” one of your friends assures checking the time to see that it is well past safe hours for a group of girls at night.
You all decide to get two taxis, splitting up based on where you live, saying your goodbyes, and heading home. The whole ride back to Jude’s apartment your thoughts are consumed by his everything. You imagine his hands on your body, his lips leaving marks on your skin. You feel slightly embarrassed that he can have such an effect on you while not being anywhere in your vicinity.
You: Hii Judeee Im comibg home niww
You bite your lip thinking about all you want to do to him once you get inside his apartment, clenching your thighs at the mere thought.
A couple of minutes later you feel a buzz in your lap
Jude🤍: Okay baby, I’ll be waiting. xo
You:❤️❤️
As you sent your last message you feel the taxi coming to a stop. You thank the driver and bid your friends goodbye stumbling out of the car and towards the lobby of the apartment. As you push through the revolving doors you look up to see the very face you were just fantasizing about.
“Judee” you exclaim rushing up and embracing him. “Hii baby” he chuckles pulling you into a tighter embrace. You look up at him lovingly and pull him in for a quick kiss.
“Come on, let's get you upstairs,” he gently suggests. You quietly nod allowing him to lead you over to the elevator and up to his floor.
The whole way there your hand stays in his , holding your body as close to his as you possible . He hadn't yet caught on to your intentions, attributing your cuddliness to the multiple drinks flowing through your system.
As you made it through the door he closed it shut behind him letting go of your hand to ensure it was locked properly. As he did, you slipped off your coat tossing it on a chair across the room.
Once he turned around you stalked up to him, softly pressing your lips against his in a seemingly innocent kiss.
“Mmm,” he moaned into your mouth, “Missed you baby” His hands found their place on your waist softly caressing your body.
You kissed him deeper, hoping he would get what you wanted without you having to explicitly ask for it. “Baby” he groaned, slowly pulling away from you.
“Judee” you whined, desperation and need overwhelming you.
“Baby.. we can’t,” he says resting his forehead against yours.
“Why not” you pout, looking up at him with a look you know he can't resist. “Fuck, baby you're killing me” he murmurs shaking his head.
“Please, Jude, please I want you,” you whined running your hands along his chest. You reach up and kiss his neck, one of his weaknesses. He groaned at this but restrained himself from giving in.
“I’m sorry baby, but tomorrow we can do it all. You’re drunk and you need to rest, okay?” he reasons holding your face softly in his calussed palms. You let out a soft groan hanging your head low accepting that your boyfriend was just too caring and loving to take advantage of your drunken state.
“Okay..” you surrender, feeling a bit embarrassed of how needy you were being.
Jude lifts your face to look you in the eyes, smiling lovingly at you and leaving a soft kiss on your forehead. “Come on, let's get ready for bed and you can tell me all about tonight.” You nod in acceptance letting him lead you to the bedroom, your hand in his.
He sits you down at the edge of the bed as he helps you get changed. He starts with your shoes and then moves on to your clothes removing your skirt and softly pulling your shirt over your head leaving you in just your undergarments.
You felt a shy heat rush to your cheeks, feeling his eyes on your half-naked form, blushing even though he’s seen you in much less.
He sends you a cheeky grin before walking over to the dresser, pulling out one of his old jerseys that you loved to sleep in whenever you were over his apartment. He carefully pulls it over your head successfully getting you changed. He then leads you to the bathroom to help you brush your teeth and remove your makeup.
As he props you up on the counter you watch his careful and attentive movements. So sure in himself as he had seen you do this routine hundreds of times.
“Okay baby, stay still for me” he instructs, wetting a cloth with warm water and makeup remover.
“Mmm,” you hum in response.
You close your eyes and he begins to softly drag the warm cloth along your face removing the makeup as best he can, knowing you're too tired to properly wash your face. You open your eyes to see his brows furrowed in concentration, smiling at how attentive and cute he’s being.
“You're so pretty” you blurt out. He looks at you with a bit of surprise but laughs nonetheless.
“You’re so pretty, baby” he retorts. “You're prettier” you argue teasingly.
“You're prettiest” he finishes off with a chaste kiss. You scrunch your nose at his playfulness as you watch him put the cloth in the wash bin and pull your moisturizer from the cabinet. He gently applies it to your face finishing up your skincare.
Once finished, Jude took you down from the counter and led you back to the bedroom. You get comfortable under the comforter as he turns the lights out joining you once he's finished.
“C’mere baby” he whispers. You snuggle up closer to him, his natural musk and aftershave invading your senses. You nuzzle your head impossibly close to his chest just wanting to feel his body close.
“Jude..” you whisper gazing up at him “Yes, baby” he replies. “I love you, so much. Thank you for taking care of me” you murmur, feeling a wave of emotions and gratitude for your boyfriend.
“Aww baby, I love you.” he coos, leaving a lingering kiss you on the forehead. “I'll always take care of my baby, you never have to thank me,” he assures, gently stroking your head.
You smile up at him seeing the pure love and adoration in his eyes, feeling so grateful that you have such a loving, beautiful, doting boyfriend.
You reach up to leave a kiss goodnight against his soft lips smiling into it. “Goodnight, my love.” he breathes against your lips. “Night, baby” you reply resting your head against his chest, letting your body relax under his caring and protective presence.

tripling the fun -jude and jobe bellingham
prompt: three best friends take over the house by babysitting the bellingham boys’ two nephews and niece.

knocking on the door, anticipation grew.
you have grown up with jude and jobe, considering your parents and their parents were very close friends.
you practically were like their sister. you did everything with them. you were there at their biggest accomplishments or lowest levels.
the door opened to jude and jobe’s aunt, ready for dinner. recently, the bellingham boys recently had a new addition to their family, a little baby nephew. the parents had 3 kids, and one still being about 6 months old, it was a major hassle. they needed a little break, some time for themselves.
who else better to call? the famous trio!
the parents trusted you and the brothers very much. trust me, the babies were in good hands. (might be delusional, but we’ll see!)
“oh my goodness, thank you guys for coming.” the mom hugged all of you. giving you a little peek on the cheek.
suddenly, jude and jobe’s uncle appeared behind her. “you’re here! thank you guys. come in.” stepping into the house, you were met with cold air.
“i see the kids really love this house.” you spoke with a smile as you noticed toys were scattered around the floor. ending your sentence, jobe nearly tripped over a toy truck.
catching himself as you were frightened for him, the three of you burst into a laughter.
“okay mate, it’s not that funny.” jobe said while pushing the truck away from his path.
“jobe, how do you not see a bright yellow and green truck?” jude was dying from laughter.
“i’m really grateful that you took this opportunity. it has been quite awhile since my husband and i have gone out.”
suddenly, a huge commotion was made. all eyes going to the stairway, you could see a little boy about the age of 6 running down the stairs in a little dinosaur onesie.
“there’s my little guy!” the boy ran into jude’s arms into a tight hug.
“i knew it! i knew you were coming! i heard your voice.”
“did you really?” jude fixed his onesie and gave him a little pat on the back.
then, you heard a door slam. staring at the stairs once again, you could see a 4 year old girl in a pink princess dress with a tiara and wand, strutting down with a bright smile (and one missing tooth).
“all hail the princess.” jobe spoke as she slowly walked down with her head held up high. smiles appeared on everyone’s faces, except her brother’s. she only earned an eye roll from him.
finally reaching downstairs, you curtsied to her as jude and jobe did a little bow.
breaking character, she did not hesitate to run to jobe. giving him the biggest hug he has probably ever been given.
“i think the baby is still asleep. the formula is already prepped since he should be waking up soon. we have to get going, good luck guys!” quickly grabbing her purse and getting the hell out of there with her husband, it was time to finally have some fun and bonding times.
“alright kiddos, what should we do today?” jude put down his nephew and immediately patting his head for reassurance.
“we should build a castle!” jobe, also putting down the niece, agreed.
“what kind of castle?”
“castles are for losers!” her big brother snarled at her.
“now, dinosaurs may be big and strong, but they are certainly not rude.” you bent down to his level. he crossed his arms, but unexpectedly, you started tickling him.
“tickle attack!” jude yelled as everyone was tickling the dinosaur and princess.
all laughter came to a quick stop. cries of a baby were echoing throughout the house. jude and jobe were no professionals for caring for a child under 1, therefore both synchronized to look at you for help.
and to be honest, you wanted to hold that baby forever. your motherly instincts kicked in. running up the stairs, you could not wait. meeting the little guy at just 2 months old, he was probably the most adorable baby you’ve ever seen (maybe because he looks a little like baby jude, but we’re gonna ignore that fact).
slowly and gently opening the door, you were met with a baby with a small tear falling down his cheek, but having the brightest smile as soon as he saw you. your heart melted.
“aren’t you the cutest,” you picked him up and could see his chubby face and rolls on his arms. “the baby fever is really kicking in.”
wiping the little tear, you placed his head on your shoulder as you walked down the stairs. putting your hand on his semi-bald head to create a shield just in case, jude and jobe lit up to seeing him.
crowding the little one, jude took him into his arms as you prepared the milk. in the kitchen, you were met with a little princess eating a sugar cookie (jobe couldn’t say no to her).
“hello your royal highness.” you gave a smile to her as you grabbed a little bottle.
“hi y/n. how’s it going?”
“it’s going great! how’s your cookie?”
“it’s good. you should be a mom.”
the statement created a pause for you. the measuring cup filled with formula almost fell on the counter.
“sorry ma’am, but what?”
“you should be a mom.”
“oh no thank you, it is definitely not for me.”
“well you definitely need a boyfriend. i have one! his name is james, he’s 6. i like them older.”
“hold on, you’re talking about your brother’s friend?”
“yep! that james. he’s so dashing. you know you should get with jude.” a frown appeared on your face. kids are full of creative ideas, but this was not on your bingo card.
“i really appreciate your feedback, but i need time to review this information.” jude suddenly appeared in the kitchen, giving you a scare.
“what are y’all talking about?”
in panic, you shouted “nothing!” which created high suspicion. the princess got off the chair after finishing the cookie, and walking off with jude.
finishing on making the bottle, you weren’t sure on what you were about to see, but it was definitely a sight.
jude and jobe bellingham were in pink and purple tutu’s and tiaras. you gasped at the sight.
“y/n, please don’t laugh.” jobe pleaded, sensing his embarrassment already.
“who said i was gonna laugh?” you picked up the baby trying to hide the fact, you were gonna laugh. sitting on the couch to feed him, the boys were being ordered around.
“alright, what’s next to protect the precious princess?”
“it is i! the knight! and i have come to destroy this kingdom!” the once dinosaur jumped out from the hallway holding a fake sword and shield.
the princess let out a tiny scream.
“uncle jude! protect the castle now!” jude nodded in agreement as he picked up a fake sword and play fighting with the knight. tutu’s were dropping and tiaras were falling.
“meanwhile you, uncle jobe, you should totally dance with me.” hiding your smile with the bottle, jobe didn’t really have a choice.
the house was chaotic. a ballerina and knight were battling it out, jobe and the princess were turning and spinning. jobe even had a little purple magic wand as his prop for his dance recital. you were glad you could lay back with a baby who did not give any trouble.
the fun continued to grow as the night went.

Between Two Brothers~Jobe Bellingham and Jude Bellingham (love triangle)
The situation had started almost by chance, as often happens with things that later become complicated. You had met Jobe first, at an event where some mutual friends had invited you. He was charming, charismatic, with that slightly shy but captivating smile that seemed to promise laughter and adventures. By the end of the evening, you had exchanged numbers, and a few days later, he invited you out.
Your evening with Jobe had been perfect: a quiet dinner, strolling under the city lights, and, at the end, a sweet and gentle kiss. You liked Jobe, truly. But then, something unexpected happened.
Just a few days later, at another social gathering, you met Jude. Older, more self-assured, with an entirely different energy than his younger brother. Jude had a magnetic aura, and it didn’t take long before he, too, asked you out. You hadn’t found the courage to say no, perhaps out of curiosity, perhaps because you hadn’t yet realized how complicated things would get.
With Jude, the atmosphere was entirely different. There was nothing sweet or delicate about your time together: your date was full of sparks, passionate conversations, and intense, lingering gazes. When you kissed, the chemistry was undeniable.
You didn’t know what to do. It wasn’t your intention to create a conflict between them, but the truth wouldn’t stay hidden for long. And indeed, the day after your date with Jude, the two brothers found themselves alone at home, and the tension was palpable.
“So, explain this to me,” Jobe said, crossing his arms and glaring at Jude accusingly.
“What’s there to explain?” Jude replied, seemingly calm, but with a hint of irritation in his voice.
“Don’t play dumb. You know exactly what I’m talking about. You went out with her, didn’t you?”
Jude sank onto the couch, leaning his head back. “And what if I did? You went out with her too. It’s not like you own her, Jobe.”
“This isn’t about ‘owning’ anyone!” Jobe raised his voice, his fists clenched at his sides. “But you knew I liked her. I told you about her!”
Jude stood up, facing his brother directly. “And? Was I supposed to step aside just because you decided she’s ‘yours’? That’s not how it works, Jobe. She’s free to choose.”
“Oh, really? And you think kissing her made things easier for her?”
At that, Jude fell silent for a moment. He ran a hand through his hair, visibly frustrated. “Look, I don’t want to fight with you over a girl. But I can’t ignore how I feel.”
“Oh, because you think it’s any different for me?” Jobe shot back. “I can’t believe you did this. You betrayed me, Jude.”
The silence that followed was heavy. Jobe turned away, heading toward the window. Jude stayed where he was, staring at the floor. Eventually, Jude broke the silence.
“I didn’t mean to hurt you, okay? I didn’t do it to… to steal something from you. But when I’m with her… it’s like nothing else matters. I can’t just pretend.”
Jobe turned slowly. “And you think it’s any different for me? Jude, you’re my brother. You’re the person I’ve always trusted. And now, this…”
Jude sighed, the weight of his emotions evident in his eyes. “Maybe we should talk to her. Let her decide. I don’t want this to ruin us.”
Jobe looked at him, the pain and anger still present, but a flicker of understanding beginning to show. “Maybe you’re right. But don’t think I’ll give up without a fight.”
Jude offered a faint, sad smile. “Neither will I.”
---
The situation was far from resolved, and you knew it. That evening, when you received two separate messages—one from Jobe and one from Jude—you realized that you could no longer avoid addressing the issue. You had to make a choice. But which brother would win your heart?

Our fist time
warning: insinuation of sexual relations
characters: jude x reader
summary: when in the guest room of your in-laws' house, you decide to have your first time.
may contain spelling and translation errors!
The room was filled with a heavy silence, the morning light filtering through the curtains and casting soft shadows across the walls. The mood was heavy with unspoken anticipation between you. You had had fun, teased each other, but now there was something more intense in the air, something you both knew you couldn’t ignore for much longer. Jude was staring at you, his eyes so deep that you felt like you were being examined, all your deepest secrets discovered. The way his fingers still played with the buttons of your pajamas was both light and tense, making your heart race with each touch. You could feel the adrenaline rushing through your veins, mixed with butterflies in your stomach, as you tried to piece together the words that would come out of your mouth.
—Babe… —Jude began, his voice low, almost a whisper. He leaned closer, his face so close you could feel his warm breath. —Do you really want me to stop?
You hesitated for a moment, your gaze fixed on his eyes. The answer was there, on the tip of your tongue, but the gravity of the situation made you hold back. It was a question that carried a weight that could not be ignored. You knew Jude was serious, and it made you nervous, but at the same time, excited.
—I… I don’t know.
You answered, your voice shaky, but full of hidden desire.
—What if I say I don’t want to stop? — Bellingham said, a mischievous smile dancing on his lips. He was clearly enjoying asking boundary-pushing questions, but there was a sincerity in his gaze that made you feel he wasn’t just joking. —I want you to be mine… right here, right now, in this little guest room.
The proposal left you speechless. You looked around the room, thoughts dancing in your mind. The little guest room in the Bellingham house had been a small, cozy space, but now it felt like a place full of possibilities. Jude was just inches away, his eyes intense and his expression serious. You could see the desire in him, almost palpable, and it made you feel alive.
—Jude… that’s…
You began, but he interrupted you.
—You don’t have to say anything. I just want to know if you want this as much as I do. —He replied, his voice low and firm. —I think we’re ready to take that step. It’s just you and me.
You felt your heart race, a mix of fear and excitement flooding your veins. You had never thought this moment would come so soon, but at the same time, you felt like you were about to give in to something that could change everything between you. The tension in the air was electric, and Jude’s proximity was making you lose your mind.
—What if… what if it’s not the right time?
You murmured, still hesitant, trying to find a thread of rationality in the storm of emotions.
—What if it is? —He countered, leaning a little closer, his breath hot on your skin. —We trust each other. I don’t want you to feel pressured, but… I feel like this moment could be special.
His gaze was intense, and you felt the pressure of the outside world disappear as everything around you focused on that moment. Life outside that room, the curious looks, the expectations… everything seemed irrelevant in the face of the intensity of what was about to happen.
—I want to.
You said, your voice barely above a whisper, but loud enough for Jude to hear.
The answer left him with a triumphant smile on his lips.
—Then let’s do it together.
He said, his tone soft but full of desire.
With a careful movement, he wrapped his arms around you, pulling you closer. His touch was warm, and you felt your heart race. You knew you were about to give yourself over to something great, something you would never forget. The room was full of promise, and the connection between you pulsed like a taut string, ready to let go.
Jude leaned in even closer, his lips almost touching yours, and you felt adrenaline rush through your body. It was a moment of vulnerability and surrender, and you were ready. Uncertainty gave way to desire, and Jude’s lips finally met yours in a soft but intense kiss.
The kiss started slowly, as if both of you wanted to absorb every second of that new discovery. But soon the heat grew, and he began to explore with his lips, deepening the kiss, making you lose yourself even more in the sensation.
You couldn't believe what was happening, the outside world disappearing, leaving only the two of you. Jude held you firmly, his fingers wrapping around your waist, while you lost yourself in the feeling of being so close to him. The fear and hesitation were quickly replaced by a wave of excitement and desire.
—Are you okay?
He murmured between kisses, his intense gaze searching for yours.
—Yes. —You answered, without hesitation. —I'm fine, babe!
With that confirmation, Jude pulled you even closer, as if he wanted to absorb your presence, and you knew that that moment was just for the two of you. The connection was strong, the electricity palpable, and as you let yourselves go, the guest room became a sacred space, where only you existed.
The kiss became more intense, and Jube began to explore with his hands, caressing your face and wrapping you in a warm embrace. You gave in, closing your eyes and allowing yourself to feel everything —the heat, the passion, the growing intimacy between them. It was a magical moment, a step that brought them even closer together.
—I want you, Y/n. —Jude said, his voice low and full of emotion. —I want you to know that you are special to me.
You smiled between kisses, feeling your heart race once more. It was all you wanted to hear. In that moment, you knew you were exactly where you were supposed to be, with Jude, in a safe and loving space, ready to explore the new phase of your relationship together.

JEALOUSY, JEALOUSY.
angst x jobe bellingham.
You’ve never seen Jobe act this way before. We had just finished our dinner at Hakkasan which started off lovely; you'd both missed each other to bits. It started when Jobe expressed his confusion about the amount our waiter spoke to me, the way in which he spoke and looked at me and definetly didnt like the fact I was slighly enthusiatic in return when the mans questions regarding my profession. And no matter how many times i'd tell Jobe, that 'it's common decency' it fell upon deaf ears every time.
In situations such as these which occured often, he'd be a baby about it and whine about how all the men we come across were always infactuated with me and how it wasn't fair because I am his and his only. Or he'd tell me to be more blunt and harsh in my rejections. At least he was communicating with me..
But this time, it was an intense silence on the way back home, a silence that left your mind unsettled.
-
You both made your way back to his black Audi. Your gaze frequently shifting from the side profile and then to the floor as you internally prepared yourself to rectify this issue before it got out of hand.
Your gaze landed on Jobe again only to see his sharp jawline prominent due to the extent of which he was tensing it. Tensed hard enough to break glass. You also noticed his walking pace quickening by the second, another telling sign of the volcanic eruption brewing within him.
“J, you’re going too fast can you hold my hand please?” you whined. You knew he wasn’t in the mood for that and definitely had other things on his mind but he did it anyway reaching his long arm back and in doing so not sparing me a glance. Your rolled your eyes, hard.
You latched onto his hand making your way back to the car at a decent speed this time. Thank God.
Everytime you both were at a social event, there would always be an odd circunstance that occurs leaving one of you jealous, disheartened or upset. Jobe was the usual culprit; you had told your man for what felt like the uptenneth times that you were an attractive girl, men were bound to stop and stare and wink and do whatever they desired and the same applied to him. But you also told him, there would never be any reciprocation from your side; which you expected him to trust. Simply saying thank you to compliments would suffice. Just common decency that you'd been taught growing up- it wasn't going to change. It baffled you as you'd never given him any slack throughout your 3 year relationship about any of the thousands of fangirls that were overbearring and desperate around him. You trusted him, and you were secure.
This time, you think it hit harder for him because it was supposed to be an especially romantic date; as you both had been apart for 5 months in different countries for work purposes - so you did sympathize slightly.
You halt in your tracks, consequently making Jobe's walking stop. He looks back at you, unimpressed. You smile at him sweetly, leaning up to kiss his mouth. 'Please don't be mad at me. Baby, I've missed you so much and I want us spend quality time tonight. I really enjoyed dinner and I want to enjoy.. you later.' you whine as you pepper wet kisses over his jawline and neck. Hoping he'd leave this atttitude in the resturant and not bring it home with us.
You see his adam's apple move up and down, he beckons with his head 'Get in the car, Tee', pushing at your waist.
You both get to the car, and to your surprise he doesn’t open the door for you, like he usually does. He goes straight to the drivers seat and sits.
You scoff entering from your side of the car, slamming it shut once you were in.
“Listen Jobe. Bellingham. Don’t let your jealousy get you fucked up. I don’t give a toss if you're pissed , especially because of how stupid it is. You’re still my man. So act right.” You scold mushing his head with your index and middle finger.
He moves his head away from your hands.
“Stop - don’t touch meh or ya walking home, crazy girl”
“Get the lad in 'er to rush over and open the door for ya, and 'em lads you like to entertain. Desperate” He said gesturing towards the waiter who was now serving some guests who were seated outside.
You look at him dumbfounded. Mouth wide open.
'I could.. Jobe.. i could spit on your right now, how dare you..?'.
'Try it' he dares, an inferno arising in his chest.
“Y-You're really upset because I was being a decent human being. You’re a child you know that right? and you're fucking childish and immature and direspectful as fuck” you spat.
“That’s great actually - fucking brilliant - because I’d rather be a child than be a fucking flirt that hasn’t a self aware bone in their body” he humours, driving out of the parking lot.
It felt like your heart dropped.
“A flirt? When did I flirt?” I questioned hysterically. I understand Jobe was jealous , and had those tendencies, but to say I was entertaining another man was absurd and not in my character.
You start to shake your feet, attempting to distract yourself from this recongizable feeling. The heat you felt rising from your chest racing toward your throat, your cheeks burning and your eyes stinging. No, you thought, I'm not giving him the satisfaction.
'Stop the car', you cry. Struggling to get your phone our of your back, that was placed by your feet and underneath the dashboard.
Your voice betraying you.
'N-now, Jobe, I can't anymore' you shake your head continously.
'Ya can't do what?", his face softeneing for this first time as he briefly turns to look at you. He pulls into a side road and removes his seatbelt turning to face you. Rubbing his hands over his face as if I was the one stressing him out.
You chuckle bitterly 'that's the only thing you've listened to, this whole ride', your vision and your thoughts become blurry so you carefully remove the accumulated tears from your eyes as you try and call an uber, not wanting to pull any of your clusters out.
Jobe cradles your face when his left hand, you react as if his hand was a bowl of scorthching hot oil.
'If ya must ya can call the uber later, just look at me'.
You knew he hated to see you cry, that was his kryptonite, no matter how bad the arguement is.
His right had catches your other cheek until he has encaptured the entirety of your face within his palms. He stares, looking deep into your eyes, for what felt like minutes. maybe searching for words to say, accountability maybe.. you anticipated an apology ..
“Ya do this all the time me love.."
'what jobe, what i do?' you croak
'ya cry when I tell ya the truth, baby, ya know I don’t lie', he pecks the corner of your lips.
You break away and look at him through your now damp lash clusters and teary eyes.
my man my man my mf man
'make up your mind' - chris brown inspo kinda
i hate a nigga that doesnt take accountability btw.

A WORLD AWAY — Jude Bellingham
— pairing • dad!jude bellingham x mom!reader
— requested by anon (18 jan 2023)
— summary • Exhausted from the daily demands of taking care of their children, you feels overwhelmed and drained. Jude notices your fatigue and takes matters into his own hands, whisking you away on a surprise vacation to the other side of the world. In the serenity of a private paradise, you and Jude reconnect as a couple, far from the responsibilities of parenthood, finding comfort in each other’s company and rekindling their romance.
— warnings • Fluff, explicit sexual content (vanilla), mentions of exhaustion, emotional intimacy.
— charlotte’s note: i’m kinda bad at writing smut or like write about have sex in general 🙇🏻♀️
Life had become a whirlwind of responsibilities. You hadn’t had a full night’s sleep in months, between managing the house, chasing after your two children, and trying to carve out a moment of peace for yourself. Every morning, you felt like you were running on fumes, moving from one task to the next, just trying to keep everything afloat. Jude had been supportive, as always, but even with his help, the weight of motherhood was starting to overwhelm you.
You loved your children with all your heart, but it felt like you’d lost a part of yourself in the process. The exhaustion was more than just physical; it was emotional. Every day, you gave and gave, until there was nothing left for yourself. The spark in your eyes had dimmed, and Jude noticed.
One night, after the kids were finally asleep, you collapsed on the couch, staring blankly at the TV screen. Jude sat beside you, gently rubbing your back as you rested your head on his shoulder. You didn’t say much. You didn’t need to. He could feel how tired you were, how much you were struggling, even if you didn’t complain.
“Love,” he murmured, his voice soft and full of concern. “You’re completely drained. I can see it, and I hate seeing you like this. You’re always giving so much. Let me take care of you.”
You sighed, closing your eyes for a moment. “I’m just… tired, Jude. The kids, the house, everything. It’s like I haven’t had a second to just breathe.”
Jude pulled you closer, pressing a kiss to your temple. “I’ve got an idea. Let me spoil you for a bit, yeah?”
You looked up at him, confused but intrigued. “What do you mean?”
A mischievous smile tugged at the corners of his lips. “Pack a bag. Just the two of us. I’m taking you away.”
“Jude, we can’t. What about the kids?”
“My mum’s already agreed to take care of them for a few days. You need this, and so do I.” He gave you a reassuring grin. “Trust me. You deserve a break, love.”
Before you knew it, you were on a plane, flying halfway across the world to an unknown destination. Jude had kept everything a secret, and despite your initial reservations, excitement started to bubble inside you. The idea of leaving behind the chaos of everyday life — even just for a short while — was exhilarating.
After hours of travel, you finally arrived at your destination. When you stepped out of the plane, the warm ocean breeze hit your face, and you gasped. You were on a private island, the kind you’d only ever seen in travel magazines. The beach stretched out before you, with powdery white sand and crystal-clear waters that shimmered under the sun. A luxurious villa was nestled just a short walk from the shore, secluded and surrounded by lush greenery.
“Jude,” you breathed, unable to believe your eyes. “This… this is amazing.”
He smiled, wrapping an arm around your waist as he guided you towards the villa. “I wanted to take you somewhere where we could just be us. No kids, no stress. Just you and me.”
The villa was even more stunning inside, with its open-plan design, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean, and a spacious balcony where you could watch the sunset. Everything felt perfect, like a dream.
For the first time in a long time, you felt like you could breathe. There were no little feet running around, no toys to pick up, no diapers to change. It was just you and Jude, with nothing but time.
The days passed slowly, in the best possible way. You and Jude fell into a rhythm that was all about relaxation. Mornings were spent walking along the beach, the gentle waves lapping at your feet as Jude held your hand, laughing and stealing kisses like you were a pair of teenagers in love. Afternoons were for lounging by the pool, with the sun warming your skin and Jude’s voice softly teasing you as he splashed water playfully. You’d laugh, feeling lighter than you had in months.
But it was the nights that felt the most intimate. After quiet dinners under the stars, you’d retreat to your villa, where the sound of the ocean lulled you into a sense of calm. It was in those moments that you and Jude reconnected, finding each other in the quiet spaces where your lives had been too loud before.
One particular evening, after a long day of exploring the island, you stood on the balcony of your villa, gazing out at the moonlit ocean. The air was warm, and the gentle breeze made the palm trees sway. Jude joined you, his arms wrapping around your waist from behind as he pulled you close, pressing his lips to the side of your neck.
“You look beautiful,” he murmured, his breath warm against your skin. “I’ve missed seeing you like this.”
You closed your eyes, leaning back against him, feeling the tension in your body melt away. “I feel like I can finally relax,” you whispered. “Thank you, Jude. I didn’t realize how much I needed this.”
He turned you around to face him, his hands resting on your hips as his eyes searched yours. “You’ve been incredible with the kids, with everything. But I want to take care of you too. You deserve that.”
You smiled softly, reaching up to cup his cheek. “I don’t know what I’d do without you.”
His eyes darkened with a mixture of love and desire as he leaned in, capturing your lips in a slow, tender kiss. It was the kind of kiss that reminded you of how deeply connected the two of you were, even after all the years and everything you’d been through. Slowly, his hands began to explore your body, his touch sending shivers down your spine.
Jude pulled you inside, his kisses growing more passionate as he guided you toward the bed. The air between you was thick with desire, but there was no rush. This was about the two of you, taking your time to rediscover each other.
You could feel the soft fabric of your dress falling away as Jude’s hands roamed over your skin. His touch was familiar, yet electric, igniting a fire inside you that you hadn’t felt in what seemed like forever. He looked at you like you were the most beautiful thing in the world, his gaze full of adoration and love.
As he lowered you onto the bed, his lips never leaving yours, your body responded to his touch with an intensity that surprised you. Each caress, each kiss, was slow and deliberate, as if he wanted to savor every moment with you. The way his hands moved over your body made you feel cherished, desired, and more connected to him than ever before.
When he finally joined you, his weight was a comforting presence above you, grounding you in the moment. The intimacy between you was sweet and slow, a reaffirmation of the love you shared. Every touch, every movement was filled with tenderness, a silent conversation between two people who had been through so much together and come out stronger on the other side.
Afterwards, as you lay in his arms, your head resting on his chest, you felt a deep sense of peace wash over you. The sound of his heartbeat, steady and reassuring, lulled you into a state of complete contentment. For the first time in months, you felt truly relaxed, as if all the weight you’d been carrying had been lifted.
“Thank you,” you whispered into the quiet, your voice soft but filled with emotion.
Jude kissed the top of your head, his arm tightening around you protectively. “For what, love?”
“For bringing me here. For taking care of me. For everything.”
He smiled, brushing a strand of hair away from your face. “You take care of everyone else. It’s my turn to take care of you. I’ll always be here for you. Always.”
In that moment, wrapped in his embrace and the tranquility of your surroundings, you felt completely at peace. The exhaustion that had once seemed insurmountable was gone, replaced by a deep sense of love and connection. You knew that no matter what challenges lay ahead, you and Jude would face them together.
And as you drifted off to sleep, listening to the soothing sound of the waves and the steady beat of Jude’s heart, you knew that you were right where you were meant to be — loved, cherished, and never alone.

summary: a fake relationship never ends well.. or does it?
warnings: angst, very long chapter
for @pinkyqily + @jackiesunshines
“welcome back to ‘call her daddy,’ babes,” alex starts with her signature grin, leaning closer to the mic.
“today, we’ve got the it-girl of england sitting across from me. she’s hilarious, she’s fashionable, she’s friends with basically everyone worth knowing—please give it up for y/n!!”
you laugh softly, adjusting your seating in the red fancy chair.
“oh, stop it. you’re hyping me up too much.”
“listen, i only speak the truth on this podcast,” alex replies dramatically, hands gesturing like she’s addressing an audience of thousands.
“so, let’s just jump right in. your fashion—people are obsessed. i mean, half the girls listening are probably taking notes on your outfit right now as we speak.”
you smile, settling into your seat.
“i feel like my style is a bit all over the place, to be honest. one day i’ll be in baggy streetwear, the next i’m in a full-on luxury brand look, then i’m in some scandi-inspired minimalism, and before you know it, i’m frolicking in a meadow in a cottagecore dress. i just wear whatever’s cute.”
“so, you’re telling me your closet must look insane.” alex leans forward, clearly intrigued.
“oh, it’s a disaster,” you admit with a laugh.
“you know when people say, ‘if you can’t see it, you won’t wear it’? yeah, my clothes are in piles. i try to organize, but then i get new stuff, and it’s chaos all over again.”
“and yet you always look put together. how does that even work?”
“magic,” you joke, adjusting your oversized blazer.
“or maybe just panic dressing.”
alex grins.
“fair enough. okay, now—this is a call her daddy episode where i am the nosey host, so we have to get into your social life. you’ve got so many famous friends. who’s in your circle? who’s in the inner circle?”
you raise an eyebrow.
“you’re really trying to get the tea, huh?”
“always,” alex says without hesitation.
“give us something.”
you smirk.
“well, i’ve got a mix of people, you know? like, models, footballers, actors... it’s a weird little melting pot. i vibe with people who are chill and don’t take life too seriously.”
“what about jude bellingham?” alex’s grin widens, mischief sparkling in her eyes.
“you’ve been seen with him quite a bit. are we finally getting confirmation here?”
your laugh is immediate, and you shake your head as you roll your eyes playfully.
“oh my god, no no no absolutely not. jude is not my type at all.”
alex gasps theatrically.
“wait, hold on. you’re telling me jude bellingham, literal dreamboat that maybe has a million edits of himself, is not your type? do you know how many women would kill for that chance?”
“i’m sure they would,” you reply, still laughing.
“but, yeah, jude and i are just friends. strictly platonic. in fact, he’s hilarious.”
alex’s eyes narrow in mock suspicion.
“so, what is your type, then?”
you pause for a moment, knowing the question is loaded. you take a breath, then grin.
“well, just know that i don’t swing jude’s way.”
alex’s face lights up.
“ohhh, so you’re into women?” her excitement is palpable.
“yeah,” you say, nodding firmly.
“i mean, people have speculated for years, so… there you go. confirmed. i like women.”
“iconic,” alex replies, clapping her hands.
“this is huge!!!! so, do you have a partner? because i feel like everyone’s going to be dying to know now.”
a weight sinks in your chest, but you plaster on a smile. you hate lying, but this is part of the game.
“i do,” you say carefully, keeping your voice light.
“but i’m not spilling anything just yet.”
“oh, come on,” alex pleads.
“not even a little hint?”
you shake your head, laughing softly.
“nope. but trust me, everyone will know who she is eventually.”
alex groans in mock defeat, throwing her head back.
“you’re killing me, y/n. absolutely killing me.”
“i gotta keep some mystery, alex,” you tease.
“otherwise, what’s the fun?”

you’re sitting cross-legged on your plush beige couch, the soft hum of a charli xcx playlist filling the quiet of your london apartment.
a steaming mug of tea sits on the coffee table, untouched, as you absently scroll through your phone. your eyes flick to the clock—just past noon. you’re waiting on lauren to send over the ticket details for tonight’s chelsea vs. arsenal match, the anticipated london derby.
your stomach twists slightly at the thought. not because of the game—you actually enjoy football. it’s the situation you’ve been thrown into that makes you uneasy.
a fake relationship. a pr stunt. your team’s bright idea to boost both your profiles. it’s not like you haven’t heard the horror stories: influencer friends venting about staged dates, awkward photoshoots, and scripted chemistry with people they couldn’t stand and hated.
you swore you’d never do something so fake, yet here you are.
your phone buzzes, snapping you out of your thoughts. it’s a message from lauren.
lauren: hey, just sent your name to the list—tickets will be at will call under 'guest of lj.' fancy title, right?
you smile faintly, typing back.
you: wow, i feel so important.
you joke. a reply comes almost instantly.
lauren: absolutely. “fake girlfriend to chelsea star.” major clout.
you laugh under your breath, appreciating her humor despite the absurdity of the situation.
you: i can’t lie.. this is all so ridiculous. have you done this kind of thing before?
lauren: nope. first time for me too. i feel like i should apologize in advance if i make this awkward.
you: i was just about to say the same to you. we’ll both be awkward… it’ll balance out.
lauren’s next text takes a second longer to come through.
lauren: for what it’s worth, i know this isn’t ideal. but i promise i’m not a complete nightmare in person like the media can paint me out to be.
you pause, rereading her message. there’s something about her tone—genuine, almost reassuring. however, you frown at the last part of her message. you have seen the tweets and post that have villainized her about certain situations that have happened between her and other players. you don’t play football, but you understand how intense things can be.
lauren’s genuine personality makes you think that this won’t be as terrible as you’ve been building it up to be.
you: well, if you’re not a nightmare, i guess i can survive one football match. or how ever many as i will need to go to for us. as long as i don’t get smacked with a football in front of your everyone or something.
lauren: if you do, we’ll just blame it on the opposing team.
you laugh again softly, shaking your head. her dry wit feels disarming, and you find yourself a little more curious about meeting her in person. maybe, just maybe, lauren will surprise you.
the cool london air nips at your cheeks as you step out of the car, pulling your brown puffer coat tighter around yourself. the excitement hums through the blue and red crowds gathered outside the chelsea stadium.
you glance up at the familiar facade, the blue and white banners waving proudly in the breeze. you’ve been here before, more times than you can count, but tonight feels… different.
you make your way through the gates, clutching the ticket lauren organized for you. your name’s on the guest list, which feels oddly official, even though you know it’s all just for show. navigating the stadium is second nature by now—you’ve been here for england matches, screaming alongside the fans, but you’ve never been here for chelsea.
the thought feels strange, almost disloyal, considering most of your friends are manchester (city and united) fans through and through.
their reactions flash through your mind, the way they nearly lost it when you casually mentioned you were going on a "date" with a chelsea player.
"you’re joking, right? chelsea? you can’t be serious," one had said, barely hiding their disbelief.
"wait, who is it?" another pressed, practically bouncing in their seat.
"don’t tell me it’s lucy bronze—no, wait, she just transferred here so i don’t think it's her."
you’d shrugged them off, offering nothing but a sly smile. “you’ll find out soon enough,” you’d teased, leaving them to spiral into speculation. you didn’t have the heart—or the nerve—to explain the truth yet.
not until you’d met lauren in person, not until you knew how this whole fake relationship would pan out.
as you approach the friends and family section, a subtle wave of nervousness rolls over you. this is it—the start of whatever chaotic media circus your teams have orchestrated. you take a deep breath, smoothing the invisible wrinkles on your coat, and step inside.
you wonder if people will question your presence in that section, why you were here by yourself with none of your friends to accompany you. however, you decide to take the next 90 minutes to collect your thoughts while lauren plays her match.
taking your seat, directly where you can see the middle of the pitch, the noise of the crowd fills your ears as you settle. your focus is razor-sharp. your eyes stay locked on lauren as she moves across the pitch with ease, weaving through arsenal's defense like it’s second nature.
the game already started three minutes ago.. and she’s good…really good. you knew that already, of course, seeing her play live is something else entirely.
you shift in your seat, trying to keep your expression neutral. the plan is simple: be here, watch the match, and appear supportive. it’s harder than you thought to ignore the weight of the cameras that occasionally pan away from the game and land on you instead.
you know what the headlines will say. you can already picture the tweets that are posting on twitter as your eye move along lauren’s body.
the speculation is what you’re here for. you tap your fingers against the armrest of your seat, trying to drown out the chatter in your head. this is all part of the plan, you remind yourself.
still, the questions buzzing online are ones you’re not ready to answer. not yet. this isn’t even real after all.
your eyes dart back to lauren. she’s on the ball again, making a sharp run from a sharp pass from lucy that sets up a near-perfect chance. the crowd erupts, and you find yourself caught between genuine admiration for her skill and the uncomfortable reality of why you’re here. with the cameras on you, though, you know better than to let anything too much slip.
you lean forward slightly, keeping your attention locked on lauren, as though she’s the only thing that matters in the moment.
the game ends with a 2-1 win for chelsea. you stand awkwardly by the fruit stand in the lounge room area, pretending to be invested in the arrangement of grapes and orange slices. the truth is, you feel out of place.
this isn’t your scene, and it shows. the other friends and family members seem at ease, chatting and laughing like they belong here. you, however, can’t shake the anxiety in your chest. of course, people recognize you—this is england, after all. your face is plastered on magazine covers and social media feeds. here, in this context, you feel more exposed than ever.
you shift your weight from foot to foot, glancing at the clock on the wall. lauren’s team has just wrapped up their post-match debrief, and any minute now, she’ll walk in. the thought doesn’t help your nerves; if anything, it makes them worse.
you haven’t even met her in person before, yet the entire world will soon think that she’s your girlfriend. the absurdity of it all threatens to make you laugh, but the knot in your stomach keeps you grounded.
you’re about to reach for a piece of pineapple when you feel a light touch on your shoulder. the sensation startles you, and you turn around quickly, almost dropping the toothpick you’re holding.
“i didn’t know you could be so shy, y/n,” lauren says, her tone teasing but warm. she’s standing there, freshly showered, her hair damp and swept back. the post-match attitude has faded, leaving her looking relaxed, but there’s a spark of curiosity in her eyes as she takes you in.
you smile nervously, your fingers fidgeting with the hem of your blazer.
“well, i’m usually not,” you reply, your voice quieter than you intended.
“but this is… a little out of my comfort zone.”
lauren’s brows raise slightly, and she steps closer, her presence somehow steadying.
“really? you, out of your comfort zone? that’s hard to believe.”
you glance down, feeling heat rise to your cheeks.
“it’s different when it’s not my crowd. football people, you know? i’m more used to influencer events or fashion shows, not… this.”
lauren chuckles softly.
“well, for what it’s worth, you look like you fit right in. maybe too well. people are already whispering about you.”
“great,” you mutter, trying to keep the sarcasm light but unable to mask your discomfort.
“exactly what i wanted.”
she tilts her head, studying you for a moment.
“it’ll die down eventually,” she says, her tone more serious now.
“but i get it. it’s weird, isn’t it? pretending like this? its going to be worse once we have to tell the media.”
you let out a small laugh, more out of relief that she said it than anything else.
“weird doesn’t even begin to cover it,” you admit.
“i mean, we haven’t even met before today, and now the world will think that we’re madly in love. it’s ridiculous.”
lauren nods, a faint smirk tugging at the corner of her lips.
“yeah, it is. but hey, we’re in this together, right?.”
you meet her gaze. she’s genuine, at least, and that’s something. “you’re right,” you say softly, your smile more genuine now.
“i guess we’ll figure it out.”
she grins, and the moment feels strangely natural despite the layers of pretense surrounding it. then she gestures toward the lounge area where the other players’ families are gathered.
“come on. let’s get you out of the corner. they’re going to think i’m a terrible girlfriend if i leave you standing here alone.”
you laugh, following her lead, the tension still present but slightly eased by her presence. it’s strange, walking beside her, knowing that the world will see something entirely different from what you feel inside.
for now, you push that thought aside and focus on surviving the night.

the days throughout the next few weeks blur together in a haze of carefully curated social media posts and staged interactions. every picture, every story, every comment feels like a chess move, calculated for the public eye.
by now, the world has accepted the narrative—lauren james and y/n l/n, england’s newest power couple.
behind the scenes, it’s a different story entirely. you and lauren barely talk, only exchanging the occasional text when coordinating your next “public moment.” it’s efficient, professional even, but cold.
you can’t help but feel the growing weight of the disconnect between the facade you show the world and the reality of your relationship. or lack thereof.
yet, something about lauren lingers in your mind. she’s kind in the brief moments you’ve interacted—genuine, with a subtle humor that catches you off guard. you’ve noticed how her quiet demeanor shifts when she’s irritated, her sharp gaze and tense shoulders mirroring your own tells when you’re frustrated.
it’s a trait that feels too familiar, like looking into a mirror.
sitting on your couch late one evening, your phone in hand, you scroll mindlessly through instagram. you pause looking at the instagram story you posted with lauren, staring at the image, at the way lauren’s hand rests casually on your back in the mirror picture. you’d both laughed during that shoot. the memory stirs something in your chest—a quiet ache you can’t quite place.
she’s fascinating in a way you didn’t expect. it’s not just her talent on the pitch or her rising fame; it’s the little things. the way her smile softens when she’s genuinely amused. the thoughtful pauses she takes before she speaks. the way she seems to carry a quiet confidence, even in the chaos of the public’s attention.
you shake your head, exhaling sharply. this is ridiculous, you tell yourself. the truth is, you want to know her… the real her, not the polished version you’ve pieced together through brief interactions and online impressions.
you open your messages, your thumb hovering over her name. for a moment, you consider texting her something—anything—to start a conversation. however, the thought of overstepping, of complicating an already convoluted situation, keeps you frozen.
with a sigh, you lock your phone and toss it onto the couch beside you.
whatever this is, whatever it could be, will have to wait. for now, you’ll stick to the plan, no matter how much your thoughts keep drifting back to lauren.

the bar is calming, music thrumming in the background as laughter and chatter fill the air. the dim lighting casts a warm glow over the group, everyone mingling and sipping on their drinks.
you’re perched on a stool near the bar, glancing occasionally at lauren, who’s leaning against the counter, chatting easily with one of her teammates, millie. she looks relaxed, her posture casual, but there’s something about the way her eyes flick to you every so often that has your stomach in knots.
“another drink?” her voice cuts through the noise, her tone light but carrying just enough warmth to catch your attention.
you look up at her, a slight smile tugging at your lips.
“are you trying to get me drunk, lauren?”
she smirks, handing you the glass.
“maybe. or maybe i just want to make sure you’re having a good time.”
you take a sip, feeling the burn of the alcohol mixed with something sweeter—the way she’s looking at you.
“thanks,” you murmur.
“but i can return the favor. what are you drinking?”
“water,” she says simply, holding up her glass.
“staying hydrated.”
you tilt your head, studying her.
“water? not even one drink? you’re playing it too safe.”
she shrugs, a playful glint in her eyes.
“someone has to keep an eye on you.”
you laugh, the sound escaping before you can stop it.
“oh, so now you’re my babysitter?”
“if that’s what you need,” she fires back smoothly, her grin widening.
there’s a moment, a charged pause, where the noise of the bar seems to fade into the background. lauren’s gaze lingers on you, and you feel your cheeks heat under the intensity of it.
you lean in slightly, emboldened by the drinks and the energy between you.
“careful,” you tease, your voice dropping just enough to match the tension.
“someone might think you actually care.”
“and what if i do?” she counters, her tone light but her eyes unreadable.
you blink, caught off guard. the banter feels easy, natural, but there’s something underneath it that feels heavier—real. you search her face for a clue, but she keeps her expression steady, a flicker of amusement playing at the corners of her mouth.
“then i’d say you’re doing a great job convincing everyone here,” you say finally, trying to match her confidence, even as your heart races.
her lips curve into a smirk.
“convincing you, too?”
your breath catches, and for a split second, you don’t know what to say. she watches you, her expression calm but undeniably smug, as though she knows exactly the effect she’s having on you.
“maybe,” you admit, keeping your voice steady despite the way your pulse thunders in your ears.
she chuckles softly, the sound low and intimate, and it leaves you feeling both flustered and unmoored. then, as if sensing the moment tipping into something too real, she pulls back slightly, raising her glass of water in a mock toast.
“to good acting,” she says, her voice light but her eyes holding yours a beat too long.
you clink your glass against hers, your stomach twisting as you try to discern whether she’s teasing or deflecting.
as the night wears on, you can’t shake the way her words, her gaze, her presence—all of it—lingers in the back of your mind. was it an act? or was there something more beneath the surface? you don’t know, and the uncertainty gets at you in a way you didn’t expect.
your drink—something sweet and forgettable—sits untouched in front of you, the condensation pooling around the glass on the counter. the room feels alive as you watch your surroundings again, as lauren’s teammates and your friends fill the dance floor, laughing, swaying to the music, completely at ease.
you, however, feel like a misplaced puzzle piece.
you’re here for a purpose, after all—not to let loose, but to be seen. you and lauren were both instructed to attend, to sit in proximity long enough for someone to notice, snap a photo, and post it online. the public needed to see the happy “couple” out and about, living their seemingly charmed lives.
that was the plan. it always is. however, something about tonight feels off.. or maybe it’s you that feels off.
your eyes drift to lauren, who’s sitting a few stools away at this point, talking to sjoeke. lauren’s body language is relaxed, her posture casual, and she exudes that effortless charm you’ve come to associate with her. her laugh carries over the music, soft but genuine, and it’s disarming.
you’ve seen her in a dozen different settings by now—on the pitch, in interviews, even in those staged photoshoots your teams made you do together—but she always carries the same quiet confidence.
“why do i care so much about her flirting earlier?” the thought hits you suddenly, and you blink, startled by your own realization. you know you shouldn’t care. it’s not like there’s anything real between you two. this is business, nothing more.
you’re about to take a sip of your drink when movement catches your eye. a brunette woman, her steps uneven and her smile a little too wide, weaves her way through the crowd and makes a beeline for lauren.
she stops next to her, leaning on the counter for balance before sliding onto the stool beside her.
at first, you think nothing of it. people approach lauren all the time; it comes with the territory of her being a footballer.. then you notice the way the woman leans in, her body language screaming flirtation.
even over the music, you catch snippets of her words.
“i’ve been watching you all night,” the brunette says, her voice slurred but still clear enough to make your chest tighten.
you force yourself to look away, focusing instead on the condensation trailing down your glass. but your attention snaps back when you hear lauren laugh—a soft, polite chuckle that quickly morphs into something warmer. she’s flirting back.
it’s subtle, nothing overt, but it’s enough to make your stomach churn.
you grip the edge of your stool, willing yourself to stay calm. this doesn’t matter, you tell yourself. this isn’t real. lauren is a footballer—a brilliant, talented, and undeniably attractive one. of course people are drawn to her. of course she’s going to flirt back.
you remind yourself that you’re just the one her pr team picked for this charade. nothing more.
the tightness in your chest refuses to go away. watching lauren lean in closer to the brunette, her smile softening, feels like a punch to the gut and worse, it makes you question things you don’t want to question.
like why you even care in the first place.
the noise of the bar feels suffocating, and before you know it, you’re sliding off the stool and heading toward the bathroom. the music dulls as you push through the door, and the quieter space is a welcome reprieve.
then, your eyes land on zion and amber.
your two friends are tucked into a corner of the bathroom, lost in their own world. amber’s hands are tangled in zion’s hair, and zion’s lips are pressed firmly against amber’s. they don’t even notice you until the door clicks shut behind you.
zion pulls back first, her face flushed. “y/n?” she asks, stepping forward.
“you okay?”
you hesitate, the weight of the night pressing heavily on your chest. you don’t want to talk about it, but the lump in your throat makes it clear that you need to.
“not really,” you admit, your voice quieter than you intended.
amber straightens, exchanging a quick glance with zion before walking over to you.
“what’s going on?” she asks, concern evident in her tone.
just like that, everything comes pouring out. the fake relationship, the constant public scrutiny, the pressure to perform for an audience you didn’t ask for. you tell them about the brunette at the bar, how lauren flirted back, and how much it hurt even though it shouldn’t have. when you’re done, you feel a little lighter, but the knot in your chest remains.
zion crosses her arms, her brow furrowed in thought.
“y/n,” she says carefully, “are you… catching feelings for lauren?”
the question hangs in the air, heavy and uncomfortable. your first instinct is to deny it, to brush it off as ridiculous. but the truth gnaws at you, undeniable and unrelenting. you don’t say anything, which is answer enough.
amber steps closer, placing a hand on your arm. “look,” she says gently, “you need to figure this out. either you tell her how you feel and end this whole fake thing, or you set some serious boundaries before you get hurt.”
you nod slowly, the reality of her words settling over you like a weight. “yeah,” you murmur.
“you’re right.”
as you stand there, staring at your reflection in the bathroom mirror, the question lingers in your mind.
how did i even let this happen?
the days pass in a haze of avoidance and overthinking.
you bury yourself in work, content for tiktok, and anything else that keeps you busy enough to ignore the fluttering in your chest every time you think of lauren. it’s not hard to avoid her; after all, your only real interactions have been the orchestrated ones... lunches, coffee dates, the occasional walk in the park, all designed to feed the narrative.
without the need for those, you manage to keep your distance.
your phone buzzes occasionally with texts from lauren. nothing accusatory or probing, just polite questions about when your next outing is or casual jokes about how your pr teams must be getting impatient about when the next outing will be.
each message makes your stomach twist, the guilt poking at you. she doesn’t deserve to be avoided, but you can’t bring yourself to face her right now.
the bathroom conversation at the bar replays in your head on a loop. amber’s words, “set boundaries or tell her how you feel,” echo louder with each passing day. it feels like you’ve done neither, stuck somewhere in limbo, unsure of what to do.
all you know is that seeing lauren flirt with someone else hurt more than it should have. and now, it’s painfully clear why.
you caught feelings.
the realization had hit you like a train that night, leaving you panicked. you’ve spent years building walls around yourself, keeping relationships at arm’s length, unwilling to let anyone in after your last heartbreak. yet here you are, feelings growing for someone who isn’t even truly yours.
lauren’s face lingers in your mind far more often than you’d like. the chelsea player’s quiet humor, her thoughtfulness, the way her smile lights up when she’s genuinely happy.. it’s all etched into your brain, no matter how much you try to push it away.
the worst part? you know this is going nowhere. fake relationships don’t magically become real, and even if they did, there’s no guarantee lauren feels the same.
you sit on your couch, scrolling absentmindedly through your phone. the notifications pile up—comments on your latest post, messages from friends, an email from your team about your next public appearance.
you can’t bring yourself to focus on any of it. all you can think about is how scared you are that you’ve made a mistake, one that’s far too late to undo.
hours later.. around midnight.. you’re curled up on your couch, a soft blanket draped over your legs as you dig into a bowl of rice and chicken. the dim glow of the tv lights up the room, the suspenseful soundtrack of squid game filling the air.
it’s the perfect distraction, engrossing enough to keep your thoughts at bay, even if just for a little while.
then, a faint knock interrupts the quiet. at first, you assume it’s coming from the show, but when it happens again, you freeze. your eyes flick to the door. you weren’t expecting anyone, and frankly, you’ve been avoiding everyone for the last few days.
the knocking persists, steady and deliberate, until you reluctantly pause the show and get up.
your heart races as you peek through the peephole. the sight of lauren standing there, hands shoved into the pockets of her hoodie, sends your mind spiraling.
what is she doing here? how did she get my address?
you open the door slowly, your confusion evident.
“lauren?” you ask, your voice wary.
“what are you doing here? how did you even know where i live?”
she offers a small smile, almost sheepish.
“hey. i asked madeline. hope that’s okay.”
you step aside, letting her in despite your confusion at why she would go so far to ask your mutual friend what your address was. lauren looks around, her eyes landing on the paused screen of squid game.
“season two?” she asks, nodding toward the tv.
“is it any good? haven’t had the chance to watch it yet because of training.”
“so far, yeah,” you reply, your tone cautious.
“like the first season. but… why are you here?”
she turns to face you, her expression soft but serious.
“i came to talk to you. you’ve been avoiding everyone.. me included.. and it’s not like you. i just want to make sure you’re okay.”
you try to brush it off, waving a hand dismissively.
“i’m fine. just needed some space, that’s all.”
lauren doesn’t budge. she crosses her arms, tilting her head slightly.
“come on, y/n. i know something’s wrong. you can’t just disappear like that and expect no one to notice.”
you let out a dry laugh, shaking your head.
“what does it matter? you probably have a real date to get to or something.”
she frowns, her brows knitting together.
“what are you talking about? i don’t have a real date. why would you say that?”
your heart pounds in your chest, but you push forward, your voice tinged with frustration.
“do you have a real partner, lauren? someone you’re seeing while we’re doing this… this fake thing?”
lauren’s confusion deepens.
“what? no. where is this even coming from?”
the tension boils over, and before you can stop yourself, the words spill out.
“because it’s driving me insane, lauren! this whole fake relationship thing.. it’s messing with my head. i can’t stop thinking about you, and it’s not just for the cameras or the public or whatever. i caught feelings, okay? within these few months of pretending to be your girlfriend, i somehow…. god, i don’t even know. i like you and i know that’s not part of the plan, so if this makes things too complicated, we can stop. i get it.”
the room goes quiet, your words hanging heavily in the air. lauren’s eyes widen, and for a moment, you brace yourself for rejection. but then her expression shifts… softening into something that looks like relief.
“wait,” she says, stepping closer.
“are you serious?”
you nod, your heart in your throat.
“yeah. and if that’s too much, just say the word, and we can call this off. i’ll tell the pr team about the situation myself.”
lauren shakes her head quickly. “no, no. you’re not calling anything off.” her voice is steady, her gaze locked onto yours.
“if we’re going to stop the fake relationship, it’s only because we’re starting a real one.”
your brows knit together, confusion washing over you.
“what are you saying?”
she takes a breath, her lips curving into a small, genuine smile.
“i’m saying that i’ve caught feelings too. you’re kind, funny, and beautiful.. completely yourself no matter the situation. you’re the kind of person who i love spending my time with, even for something as ridiculous as a fake relationship, this has been the best part of my year.”
you stare at her, your brain struggling to catch up.
“you… like me?”
“yeah,” she says, her smile widening.
“i like you, y/n. for real, nothing fake.”
the tension in your chest finally loosens, replaced by something warm and overwhelming.
“so, what do we do now?”
lauren grins, her expression brighter than you’ve ever seen it.
“first, i’m calling the pr team and telling them we’re done with this fake stuff. after that, we’ll figure it out. together.”
you let out a breathy laugh, relief washing over you.
“okay. yeah. let’s do that.”
she glances at the tv, her grin turning playful.
“before that, can we watch the rest of this? i’ve been meaning to start season two.”
you laugh, gesturing to the couch.
“sure, but you’re sharing my blanket.”
lauren plops down beside you, pulling the blanket over her legs as the two of you settle in. for the first time in weeks, everything feels right.
also real..
