okay, so this is a bit of a "yes and no" answer

officially, TBF is on indefinite hiatus while I work on original stuff (I'm currently on the fun part of wrangling a second draft, pity me) but I have got the cases/plotline worked out for TBF6; all I need to do is write the dang thing

unfortunately, life is a lot busier for me than it was when I started out TBF (10yrs will do that) and writing 90K+ words will take some time.

however, I am considering posting the cases when they are written and edited, instead of waiting for the entire series to be complete. If that is what I go for, expect Case 1 (The Creation Who Stayed In With A Cold) to appear late September. You may have to wait a good few months for the next case to drop, but this feels like a good middle ground, where at least there is some TBF content, even if it's no longer a weekly update
