iMUSEってプレーンなかったんやっけ!?ってぐらい、ありそうでなかった存在。

今までは「低脂肪」と「甘さ控えめ」とドリンクの展開なのでした。

スペック

読み方は「イミューズ」。

プラズマ乳酸菌を1カップあたり1,000億個含有した機能性表示食品のヨーグルト。

乳のおいしさにこだわって、原材料は全て乳由来のもの。

お砂糖を使用しないプレーンタイプ。

プラズマ乳酸菌

L. lactis strain Plasma。

キリングループさんが保有し、小岩井乳業さん、協和発酵バイオさんと共同で研究されている乳酸菌。

そもそもはキリンさんがビールを腐敗させてしまう乳酸菌について研究してる中で見つけられたものらしい🍺

名前の由来は免疫の司令塔である「プラズマサイトイド樹状細胞（pDC）」。

プラズマ乳酸菌がpDCを活性化させ、pDCが免疫細胞全体に指示を出してくれるから、健康な人の免疫機能の維持に役立つという仕組み。

2週間以上の摂取でpDCが活性化されるけど、摂取を中断すると元に戻ってしまうらしいので、コツコツ継続摂取が大事！

製品中で菌が生きてるかどうかは機能に関係ないらしく、ヨーグルト以外のいろんな食品にも展開されてるから、今日はヨーグルト、明日はチョコ、っていろんな形で継続できるのが素敵���

蓋裏や縁にドリップが溜まってるところが、ソフトヨーグルトの小岩井さんって感じ🥰

でも意外とヨーグルトはところどころ塊になっててダマのある質感。

他のiMUSEよりも硬めで、混ぜてもトロトロとはいかず、すくったときに小さなツノが立つ。

iMUSEってなぜか発酵の香りがパンっぽいねんけど、お砂糖も使わず乳由来のものだけになると、めちゃめちゃミルクパン。

酸味はわずかで、お乳の甘みがかなり強い。

なめらかな食感が気持ちいい😊

おいしいよーーーー加糖されてるよりプレーンの方が圧倒的においしい💕

この独特すぎる発酵の香り、お乳の味わいにめちゃくちゃ合う！

気づかんかった…！

もう加糖に戻れんかもってぐらい好き。
