"Tell me how I'm supposed to breathe with no air..."
We take so many things in our daily life for granted, something so simple as having control over your breathing. Until that moment where you find yourself sitting in a room full of people and you realise that you sound like an 80 year old man gasping for what may be your last breath.

I must admit, I did do a few things wrong today, but the mistake of the day was tying my face veil too tight. I walked around for about 8 hours, on what felt like the hottest day of the year, under 4 layers of black material, with an unbelievable pressure placed on my head and limited oxygen... Lets just say I didn't have the most pleasant day.
But LESSON LEARNT! My veil will be loose as a goose for the rest of my intervention, because I eventually realised that breathing is an essential part of this activity.
