You know what? I'm gonna do this anyway. I'm bored as HELL here.

Plot: When Electric Eel Cookie makes a big fuss about losing a bet, Abyss Monarch Cookie gets the help of Mocha Ray Cookie to get a use of his weakness..

"Ugh! Why?! Just why?!" Electric Eel Cookie shouts in rage, in the verge of using his ability again.

"Because one, you failed to guess, and two, it's not even a eight of spades. It's a three of diamonds. Now you don't get the drink we owed you." Mocha Ray Cookie said, smiling. She knew.

She knew she had won the bet.

"It's just a card game...how infuriating can it be...UGH!!" He throws the cards aside on the table and leaves to his room. As Electric Eel Cookie left off to his bed and drifted off to sleep, Abyss Monarch Cookie whispered an interesting secret in Mocha Ray Cookie's ear.

(Just how infuriating can it be...just how infuriating can it be?! JUST HOW INFURIATING CAN IT BE?!)

"Okay, Mocha. He's restrained now."

Those five words stirred up Electric Eel Cookie from the black and snapped him back into reality. The nap was now gone. His arms and legs were restrained by some black tentacles, and he couldn't move. It looked like a Y pose.

What an embarrassing pose to be in...

In front of him was Abyss Monarch Cookie. He was sure that Mocha Ray Cookie was behind him due to her aura being behind him in some way.

"Great!" Mocha Ray Cookie said, doing a thumbs-up pose.

"Could you explain what is going on?! What are you gonna do to me?!" demanded Electric Eel Cookie, wanting to know what is going on. Especially since his lover, Abyss Monarch Cookie, was involved in this somehow.

"Oho, something...maybe because of what a little bird told me..." Mocha Ray Cookie replied, a teasy tone in her voice. This couldn't mean...

Electric Eel Cookie looked really confused now. What did they tell her?! Just WHAT caused them to do this?!

"The fact...that I already know you're...quite..."

"sensitive."

Sensitive?! She means...WAITWAITWAIT---HOLD ON. NO FUCKING WAY?! NO WAY SHE KNOWS RIGHT?!

"W--Wha-?! Mocha, you-you're lying right?!" She nods, showing that she actually means it.

Oh, shit. He's dead. He's fucking dead.

"That's right. Since you lost the bet, decided to get all fussy, and went to bed, we are going to teach you a little lesson in proper manners..."

"And to do it, we are going to use that absolutely irresistible weakness of yours to our advantage~" Abyss Monarch Cooke whispered into his ear, making a slightly tickly feeling.

"Ehehe...we...we can talk about this, right...? Come-AGH!"

A shriek escaped Electric Eel Cookie's mouth as he felt his sides and armpits being attacked. Tentacles by part of Abyss Monarch Cookie and hands by part of Mocha Ray Cookie were doing the job.

"Gh-gehehe...*hic* I cahan't...Ihi'm nohot lahaughing!" he says, his attempts to hold it in being futile. Wait, was that a hiccup?!

Shit. Shit shit shit. He knew what that meant.

"Come on, it won't take long now..." Abyss Monarch says. And he knows it.

"Hahaha...ahahaHAHAHAH!!" His laughter echoes through the room. It was loud. It was boisterous. It was booming. It was energetic. It had...hiccups? Nah, that's normal. And kinda cute, to be honest.

"Annnnnd there it is! There is that adorable laugh of yours~!"

"Am naHAT---YOU GUHUHUYS!! *hic* STAHAHAHAHA-"

"Yes you are~ Oh, and we are not ending this. Not until you say that's you're super cute and shockingly ticklish~"

That is far too embarrassing and utterly HUMILIATING for him to say. He can't say that. He definitely, really can't.

"NAHAHAHAHA!! F*hic*UHUCK!!"

"Then we'll stay here for the rest of the day~!"

"NAHAHAHAHAHA!! HAHAHAHA!!"

A small playful smirk came up on Mocha Ray Cookie's mouth. "Hehe...who's a ticklish little eel, huh~? You are! Yes you are, yes you are~"

Oh no, not THAT. That let him get out a shockingly adorable squeal.

"Now you're going to say it?"

"I'M STAYAHIN' SIHILENT!"

"Still fussy, eh? We'll see how long you can be like that~" Abyss Monarch Cookie and Mocha Ray Cookie exchanged a nod.

Then Abyss Monarch Cookie's tentacles went on towards his underbelly. Oh no.

Not there. Anywhere but there. That will just break him. Destroy him. It was ticklish beyond your wildest dreams. Hell, one could even say it was far too ticklish to even be real.

Basically, it was his ultimate death spot.

He is so fucked.

And then the tentacles moved towards his underbelly, skittering along its sides and moving along it, even getting the scars on it.

That sent him into complete hysterics, his laughter being sent an entire octave higher. Sparks emanated from his hair too, small jolts of lightning. He was laughing far too hard. And his tormentors loved it.

Especially since he looked so damn cute laughing like that.

"NOHOT THEHERE *hic*!! NOHOT FUHUCKING THEHERE!"

"Too bad you're stuck here...stuck with us~" Mocha Ray Cookie said, making Electric Eel Cookie's soul exit it's body (figuratively). He can't handle that much teasing.

"NAHAHAHAHAHAHAO! MAHAKE IHIT STAHAHAP!!"

"All you have to do is say it~!" Abyss Monarch Cookie said, in a singsong tone, making Electric Eel Cookie shiver a bit.

Silence. Just silence. All that could be heard were frantic, helpless laughs. That's when Mocha Ray Cookie had the great idea of doing some raspberries on his neck.

Maybe that will get him to comply. And boy, it sure did.

"GYAAHAHAHAHAHA---OKAY! OHOKAHAHAY!! FUHUCKING FINE *hic*! IHI'LL SAY IT!! I'M SUHUPEHER CUHUTEE!"

"And what else, hm~?" Mocha Ray said, blowing another raspberry.

"*short squeal!* A-ahAND SHOCKingly TIHICKLISH!!"

"Good. Now, as promised..." The torture finally stops...

"U-ugh...I swear, never scare me like that again!" Electric Eel Cookie moaned out, visibly tired and stressed

"Like what?" Mocha Ray Cookie said, poking Electric Eel Cookie's stomach, earning a flinch and a squeal from him, as well as some small sparks emanating from his hair.

"Yeah, that's what I thought. We're doing this tomorrow!"

"What?! Okay okay, sorry about that! I'm not making a fuss like that again! You still owe me that drink, though..."

"You sure?" Mocha Ray asked, before wiggling her fingers in front of him, making him step back in fear.

"Maybe you don't owe me the drink anymore...still, no promises."

Pet Regressor!Abyss Monarch Cookie Headcanons

As a general baseline, Abyss Monarch Cookie is a very shy and sensitive octoling, and usually keeps to themselves about their regression because of shame and not having much knowledge.

• At first, Abyss Monarch Cookie was extremely ashamed of their regression, since they thought it was apart of their power's and a curse. They didn't actually realize it was regression at all that they we're experiencing because it was always involuntary impure regression—That was, until they slipped during a game they we're playing with Electric Eel Cookie, who immediately understood what was going on.

• Abyss Monarch thought they would be shunned, or worse, exiled. But instead we're met with a hug and a question: “are you alright buddy?”

• They aren't verbal aside from trill's, purring, mewling and other animalistic sound's. They also make biscuits much like a cat would, take this information how you will.

• When regressed, their pupil's are usually very round compared to when their using their power's, and get even bigger when excited or focused on something.

• They tend to follow Electric Eel around much like a lost puppy of some kind, and is very shy around new cookie's, but sweet once you get to know them.

• They don't have a nursery, but instead a nest of blankets with fairy lights for them to look at. Speaking of light's, their favorite pastimes/game's include:

• chasing a laser pointer or looking at a disco ball, watching movies or those baby sensory videos!

• In terms of snacks, they don't really eat anything much, mainly raw whale meat or jelly snake's. Which they catch themselves. This is safe for them to eat, but given jelly snake's are venomous, and consuming raw meat is dangerous for most Cookie's—so it's not recommend that their diet is replicated.

• They are very cuddly when regressed, and will lay on Electric Eels lap for hours. Their babysitters are Anglerfish Cookie or Lobster and Mocha Ray when they come to visit.

• They are SUCH A SWEETIE.. you'd completely forget they could take out entire countries off the map if they wanted to.

Abyss Monarch/Octopus x electric eel

Got another one done today, this is Firefly Squid Cookie

I was gonna say that this one was the first to have a “new” character at the time, aka one that only existed after I started, but no, apparently that honor goes to the request for Scorpion/Prune Juice

Though interestingly enough you can tell that this was from the beginning of the Wandercrab update because the anon isn’t sure whether the name is Abyss Monarch or Octopus, since we weren’t really sure the name situation until the second half. I also vaguely recall saying this anon had foresight since this was before abysseel blew up

Anyways sorry, let’s get into Firefly Squid herself now

So Firefly here works as the lighthouse keeper in Wandercrab, as well as generally just checking to make sure the lights work. She has a particular affinity for light, possibly due to her own bioluminescence

She’s generally a very chill lady, someone you can just talk to about your struggles while she patiently listens and gives you advice. Plenty of residents go up to her while on the job (since that’s what she’s usually doing) to do just that. She’s not one of particular high energy though, choosing to spend her off time either relaxing over a drink or taking naps

However, you should never try to approach her when there’s a particular absence of light. You may see something you’d rather wish you hadn’t…

Anyways, now let’s discuss design

So Firefly Squid’s name comes from the firefly squid itself, which I got as a suggestion. It’s a cephalopod like Abyss Monarch, and it glows like Electric Eel (or at least the Cookie himself). I also learned today that it’s apparently edible, so I guess it fits in even more with being living food

The original name I was going to use was Blue Ring, named after the blue ringed octopus, because octopus, as well as yellow and being incredibly venomous. But I got the suggestion Firefly Squid and I ended up really liking it, so I switched over

Firefly squid:

I’m especially noticing now, she looks a LOT like Abyss Monarch and not much like Electric Eel. My bad I guess. If I ever make a second one (though I don’t know how likely that is since Electric Eel fankids tend to have a VERY limited available list), I’ll make that one look a lot like Eel

She originally had hair that was more zigzaggy, but it didn’t look right to me and I eventually changed it, and now it’s almost entirely Abyss Monarch. I did at least try to make the gradient lighter at the bottom more like EE and have the yellow of the tentacles be from his yellow, but it’s not that noticeable

Her hair was also red for most of the coloring process, since that was the color I could find firefly squids

I did eventually decide to change the colors, since Abyss Monarch and Electric Eel don’t necessarily adhere to the colors of their respective animals, but I still ended up going mostly blue. I did try to hue shift it to a more purplish blue though

I was kind of just messing around with her design. I’m not really even sure what that pattern on her pants is. Yeah it looks like just a pants design, but I only decided that at the end and the shape is on the same layer as the rest of the lineart, so that was a lot of fun trying to color so it doesn’t look like that

I also feel like relatively, she looks pretty normal compared to her parents. Other than her glowing rings on her hair she doesn’t really have much going on in her design, or at least nothing out of the ordinary. She just looks normal. That’s kind of why I added the eye thing on the sketch, to maybe imply that there’s more going on with her, but that’s probably more like an in post fix

I know I spent most of this design section complaining, and while on some level, her design has issues, when I look at it without thinking about them, I really do like how she turned out
