im gonna die on the hill that katniss ending up with peeta and having his kids was a horrible ending to her
#blue.txt#this isnt a stupid shipping war post btw i never liked any of katniss's “romantic options” or whatever but like#the whole thing with peeta pressuring her to have his kids when she never wanted kids??? im sorry but that will always be gross to me#all her life she has had no agency and even in the ending where the hunger games are gone she STILL has no agency#because peeta chooses what HE wants and pressures katniss into it#idk what was the point of that#imo ideally she should've just been alone and healing from her trauma#i want her to be happy but i really dont think peeta and the constraints of heteronormativity was the answer for her
