My boy Immortuos finally got a fullbody look and color! Super happy with how he came out! 

Immort was hurt very badly by his two older brothers, Mortem and Alacritas, andhe doesn’t come into the story until later cause they kept him a secret. He’s the creator of Purgatory and created it as a hub for lost souls. It was his paradise. But shit got ruined for him thanks to his two bros and he now despises them. But deep down he’s just hurting so bad and wants things to be better. 

Personality wise he’s a gremlin of course cause I’m predictable. A feral bastard and a smug bastard with a posh English accent. He’s shitty but a good boy deep down. And he loves Purgatory and its inhabitants.

NEVER STOP, NEVER LOOK BACK. in a fading world nothing was certain, no place was safe. amelia could not allow herself to show weakness, to let go of what she learned THE HARD WAY. these creatures showed no mercy, knew no second chances. there was only one way to survive, only one reason she was still here. CLEVERNESS mixed with a big amount of luck. oh, the woman should be so grateful ! body pressed against cold wall, breath going fast. calm down and relax. don’t let them find you. don’t let anyone find you. NO ONE could be trusted, not yet. not now. not during this apocalyptic scene. a quick grab in the only thing she owned  —  a ragged old bag  —  only increased the anxiety she felt. one bottle of water left. two apples. that wouldn’t last long. AMELIA WAS TRAPPED. hands shaking, knees weak. how many nights had she wandered through this ruins without sleeping ? body slowly giving in, the end felt close. TOO CLOSE. would she die and turn into one of them ? nothing but another body, another monster on the hunt. she wasn’t ready. she wasn’t willing to. THERE HAD TO BE A WAY OUT.

IT’S  ALMOST  POETIC,  the  way  the  sky  starts  to  rain  in  that  moment.    there’s  a  chill  in  the  air  that  sends  goosebumps  along  claire’s  arms.    a  raindrop  lands  on  her  cheek,  ROLLS  DOWNWARD.    she  isn’t  going  to  cry,  but  it  very  nearly  looks  like  she  already  is.   she  doesn’t  cry  for  alice.    not  because  she  doesn’t  care,  but  there’s  a  piece  of  her  THAT  FIRMLY  BELIEVES  she  isn’t  really  going  to  lose  alice.    she  cried  for  chris.   she  cried  for  k-mart.   she  cried  for  everyone  else  she  couldn’t  keep  alive.   THAT’S  THE  DIFFERENCE.    she’s  been  able  to  save  alice  each  &  every  time  it  really  mattered.

❛   YOU  DESERVE  TO  BE  HAPPY  TOO  ——  ❜    &  maybe  it  was  the  setting  that  really  made  those  words.   maybe  it  was  claire  &  her  soft,  yet  raspy  voice  from  SMOKING  FAR  TOO  MANY  CIGARETTES  when  stressed.    claire’s  hands  are  in  the  pocket  of  her  jeans.    jeans  that  aren’t  dirty.    none  of  her  is.    she  looks  exactly  like  she  should –   SHE’S  THRIVING.    building  a  community  that  isn’t  just  revolving  around  surviving.   it’s  needed,  it’s  always  a  part  of  her,  but  she  doesn’t  have  to  do  it  ALL  THE  TIME.

There was a very dark period in the show when one of the main characters made difficult decisions to keep everyone alive that ended with her completely losing her humanity. I said the other day, we don’t know what we’re capable of when your life is on the line, and I for one hope I never have to find out.
