hiiii could you write some nsfw headcanons for chilchuck with a reader who’s insecure about their body?
gn + implied human! reader + kinda dominant chilly chuckles
<3
oh my, that man is not good with emotions. one of his flaws is that he’s kind of bad at dealing with them since they leave him in a vulnerable state. it was no secret that he’s emotionally constipated, his past wife left him because of that.
but ever since you came along, chilchuck has been slowly improving, not wanting a repeat of what happened. he’s acknowledged that by loving someone, he needs to be able to be open with his feelings and become mindful of yours.
once you work up the courage to tell him, he visibly stiffens up. chilchuck is silent for a few seconds, he really wasn’t expecting this while he was kissing you up.
he spends a few moments awkwardly fiddling with the buttons of his half done shirt as he thinks of the right words to say.
“…. i… don’t really care about what you look like.”
okay. he could’ve worded that better.
“i-i mean! i enjoy being with you… for who you are.”
chilchuck’s biting his lip, looking at you hesitantly as he reaches a hand out to you. he’s looking anxious before you wrap your arms around his shoulders.
he yelps as he’s tucked into your chest, letting out a sigh of relief that you don’t seem upset. you pull away and look down at him with a smile.
“you suck at this.”
“i know.” he sends you a grin.
placing one hand around you, he pushes you gently to sit on the bed. he stands in front of you and holds your face, nuzzling into your nose which brings a laugh out of you.
“i know i’m bad at… this kind of stuff but i meant what i said.” he looks at you seriously, big ears twitching as hair strands falls to his face, rough and messy after your heated lip-lock earlier.
“i’m nothing but an old, brooding man. i love the way you make me feel and i want… you to l-love how i make you feel…. regardless of what you look like.”
he can see how you’re biting back a snicker as he tries to get his act together. chilchuck can feel his face getting hotter as he hears your bubbling laughter. but he’s glad you’re less nervous as before.
“y-you think this is real funny, do ya?” he yells out.
he’s kinda grumpy after all that, feeling a bit embarrassed that you laughed at him. after a few kisses smothered on to his face, he slowly gets back into the mood, making sure to pay extra attention to your reactions.
if you ever cover yourself up, he will give you a peck while slowly taking your hands off and whispering reassuring phrases.
he will kiss down your body as he keeps his eyes on you, forcing you to watch him. when he finds out which part makes you insecure the most, chilchuck will leave open mouthed kisses and suck a hickey on it.
with his enhanced hearing and senses, your quiet whimpers and gasps gets him going as he touches and feels you thoroughly with his fingers.
since this is your first time being intimate together as a couple, he makes sure to treat you softly and gently. he’s attentive to the spots that make you moan out the most, notices how you grip the sheets harder when he licks and sucks on a certain area. all of them noted in his head so he can figure out what else you’ll like.
chilchuck groans breathily, he’s kind of ashamed to lose control of himself, thinking it’d only embarrass himself.
“am i not making you feel good..?”
“where did this come from?”
“you don’t… make as much noises as i do. i’m wondering if i’m not doing enough.”
once he hears your reason, he immediately rushes to assure you. though still a bit hesitant, he’ll try to let go more the next time you’ll get intimate.
can i just say he’s skilled at giving oral. his hands and fingers can take you to god and back once he finally finds out what specific things you like. he loves being all in there, loves your smell, your sounds, your fluids.
he doesn’t say it out loud though. which makes you wonder why he keeps asking if you could fuck his face whenever you two do it.
“is this some sort of kink of yours?”
“just say yes or no!”
after one round, he can get pretty spent. but if you’re still needy, he can muster some energy to make love to you slowly.
oh, and he lives for lazy morning sex. sometimes you’ll wake up to him kissing down your shoulder and arm, whispering small ‘wake up’s to your buzzing ears.
aftercare with him is… well, lazy too. he’ll drop to your side, breathless as he stares up at the ceiling. after a few moments he’ll sit up and look down at you on the bed, whispering sweet praises as he holds your face.
he’ll smoke for a bit, facing away from you. he doesn’t want you to cough from the smoke after all.
drags you to the bathroom after a few moments. he hates being sweaty and you’ll have to kill him before you force him to snuggle right after sex.
chilchuck just doesn’t like feeling gross, he’d want to be clean as soon as possible. he will fuss over you during bathing. divorced father of three but with the way he’s acting makes him look like a mother.
he will scrub you down to the bone but will be less aggressive if you tell him it makes you uncomfortable.
“put your clothes in the basket, dry your hair, make sure you brush your teeth properly.”
“i always do! follow your own advice, you alcoholic.”
“i will drown you in this tub.”
what a nice and loving man, am i right
after bath time, he’ll lay on his side with nothing on but some underwear. his arm is around your torso as you fall asleep while he watches you with a soft smile, fingers tracing soft shapes on to your skin.
8/10 for being emotionally constipated but an A+ for trying. (i’m kidding he’s great)

it takes forever, but you and opla!zoro admit you love each other while both of you are sober. (drunk zoro and drunk you)
Tumblr media
"so, you do love me."
"yes, i love you. i'll say it as many times as you need to hear it." you rub your eyes with the heel of your hand, still adjusting to the dim light of your room. it wasn't uncommon for him to creep into your room and look out your window; you both agreed that you had the best view when the moon was full. nonetheless, you can hear the grimace in his voice.
"this is a lot harder to do without alcohol."
"you can only say you love me when you're drunk?" it's meant to be a joke, but he shakes his head adamantly and you breathe a tiny sigh of relief. at least he wasn't faking, all this time.
"that's not it. you know that's not it."
"what is it, then? i don't want to force you to do anything you don't want to do, zoro," you say gently, pulling your blanket tighter around your body. he sits across from you on the seat of your window, one leg dangling off the side while the other props up his forearm. his eyes search the darkness of the night for some unknown answer and you'd never seen him look more beautiful.
"i want to do it; i'm just not good at it," he huffs in mild annoyance, his sharp eyebrows furrowing in deep thought. you remain silent in question of what he means and he shrugs like a misunderstood child. "you know, feelings and shit." you can't help the chuckle that escapes you at his emotional constipation. his gaze flicks to your face and immediately softens. no one else gets these fond looks from zoro except you, you've learned.
"you're the one that came into my room in the middle of the night. you don't have to say anything about feelings and shit." standing from your bed, you settle against the other side of your windowsill, crossing your legs on the wood. "i do wonder why you're here, though."
"it's a rare moment when we're both here-"
"and we're both sober," you finish for him, the corner of your mouth quirking at the irony of not being able to express your feelings because one of you was always intoxicated. "can i ask you a question?"
"go for it."
"what am i to you?" he tenses and you understand immediately that the question caught him off guard. you're about to apologize profusely when he nods, like pieces are clicking together in his mind.
"you're like... a well-made sword," he says carefully. it takes all of your willpower not to burst out laughing because, from his expression, he means every word with his whole heart. the realization must dawn on him at the same time and he verbally backtracks, exhaling in exasperation and stammering to explain what he means. "i-you know, it's like...fuck, this is hard to do."
"just speak your mind. let it flow naturally." you reach forward and take his hand in yours, running your thumb over his knuckles.
"it's just that a well-made sword is hard to come by. if wielded correctly, it's resilient and reliable, something that i would trust with my life and the lives of those i care about. it keeps me safe and keeps me grounded, moving with me without thought and understanding me without language. i'd do anything to keep you safe, and if i died, i would drag myself out of hell by the skin of my teeth to get back to you. you are everything to me; i just don't know how to say it."
"i think you just did," you whisper, slightly in shock from his passionate analogy. sure, it wasn't like any other declaration you'd heard before, but it was also so wholeheartedly zoro that you knew you'd never want someone else. "so, do you love me, roronoa zoro?"
"more than the moon, the stars, and the sea."
"that wasn't so difficult, was it?"
"i guess not," he murmurs thoughtfully. "can i ask you the same question?"

Nandor refuses to show how much he cares for Guillermo whenever they're together. The scene at the end of ep 8 is a prime example. Nandor is so excited and relieved when he finds Guillermo hiding in his coffin. But immediately he changes his tone. He covers up his relief. And then as soon as he confirms its the real Guillermo by asking about the words Guillermo wrote in a card from 14 years ago (sobbing), he walks right past him to go lie in his coffin. He does this whole "I know you" bit and acts like he wasn't just completely emotionally gutted at the idea of Guillermo being gone. But in every other scene this episode he is expressing his love for Guillermo by defending him, clutching onto Guillermo's sweater, getting him a flat pepsi, etc.
Emotionally constipated Nandor wins tonight.

So What’s The Deal? Pt 3
Tumblr media
Sanemi x Fem! Reader
a/n: i need him so bad pls. lmk if he’s a bit ooc, i feel like he would totes get flustered easily because he’s a little emotionally constipated… anyways here’s more of my sweet boy tehehe
synop: date gone wrong! (not proofread)
word count: 1.8k
part 1 | part 2
-
“Sanemi!” You yelled. He immediately sensed your presence, making his way towards the front of his house. His heart was thumping against his rib cage, threatening to exit. “There you are,” You said with a sigh of relief, “Ready?”
His heart skips a beat when he hears your voice, his eyes scanning your body. “Of course I’m ready, I’ve been waiting all day for you, dumbass.” You couldn’t help but laugh at his response.
“So whats the plan?” He walks up to you, his hands shoved in his pockets as he looks down at you. “What do you expect, you idiot? That I’d already have an entire goddamn plan ready within a day? We’re going to have dinner and have a walk together, okay?”
You smirked. “So you did have a plan? It’s almost like you’ve been planning this forever~” You teased. He huffs in irritation as you tease him, his face heating up slightly at the fact that he was caught in a lie. “Shut up, I wasn’t planning this for ‘forever’ or anything… I just happened to have an idea in mind…”  He mutters as he awkwardly looks away, embarrassed that you read him so easily.
You couldn’t help but smile. “I think I might be the luckiest woman alive, Sanemi.” You say as you reach for his hand. He feels a small pang of surprise when you grab his hand, but he quickly regains composure. He gently intertwines his fingers with yours, silently relishing in the feeling of your hand in his.
“You’re only the luckiest woman alive right now, dipshit. Just cause you’re holding my hand…” You giggle. “Well then~ let’s see if you get lucky tonight.” You win at him, causing his face to instantly flush a dark red, causing his mind to instantly flood with dirty thoughts. He glances away, looking off to the side as he struggles to keep his cool and not take you right now, against this wall. “You’re such a goddamn tease, you know that?”
“But you’re just so cute when you blush, ‘Nemi! Let’s get this date going!” You say as you pull his hand forward. He lets out another scoff, and refuses to admit that he likes the nickname you gave him. “Don’t call me that… and fine… let’s go already…” He mutters as he walks with you, his hand still linked with yours as your walk down the path towards the town.
You two walked in a comfortable silence, relishing in each others presence. “Sanemi,” You say, pulling him out of this thoughts. “Look how beautiful the sunset is!” He follows his gaze to where your finger was pointing. He stops walking for a second, a soft hint of surprise on his face as he glances at the sunset. He hums in agreement, turning his gaze from the sunset to look at you instead.
“Yeah it’s very pretty, but…” He pauses, gathering up all his might to speak. “You look more beautiful than the sunset, idiot.” How ironic, he thinks. To be gifted with such inhuman strength, yet nervousness when speaking to you.
Your face turns a light shade of red, listening to him speak. “S-Sanemi, don’t mess with me like that.” He can see your face flush at his compliment, and feels a slight sense of satisfaction at the fact that he was able to fluster you for once. A smirk appears on his face as he looks down at you. “What? I’m not messing with you, bozo. I’m just being honest. You look way more beautiful than the sun.”
You playfully shove him, still blushing. “You’re just trying to get me all hot and bothered…” You look away. He lets out a small grunt as you shove him, but he doesn’t resist. A mischievous grin appears on his face as he smirks down at you. “You’re getting all hot and bothered just by me complimenting you? I didn’t realize it was that easy, sweet girl.”
This time, your face turned a shade of crimson red, and you avoid his piercing gaze. “I-I-It’s not that easy! You just make me nervous! You’re really hot…” He lets out a scoff, his smirk growing wider as he sees how flustered you’ve become. He moves closer to you, his hands gently resting on your hips as he looks down at you with a teasing look in his eyes. “I’m hot? You think I’m hot, huh? That’s a pretty bold statement from a tease like you.”
Just as you were about to spit a response at him, you heard something shuffle in the distance. Sanemi notices it too, his attention shifting away from you as he turns his head to listen more clearly to whatever noise you two had just heard. “You heard that too?” He says, looking back at you, to which you nod in return.
He focuses intently on hearing whatever it is, his senses on high alert. He can faintly make out the sound in the distance, a sense of unease beginning to build inside him. “Sounds like crying.” He says.
You let out a small groan. “This is supposed to be my night off!” You whisper-yelled, “Can’t these demons rest for one second!” He groans in irritation as you mention demons, his mood instantly souring as he looks around for the source of the cry. “Damn, I swear if its a demon… It’s my night off too! I just wanted to spend some fuckin’ time with you, but they just have to get in my way!”
Your eyes widen as you realize something. “Shit, Sanemi… We left our swords at your house…” His eyes widen as he realizes the same thing, a sense of anxiety filling him now that he’s unarmed. “we can run back to get them, that crying thing probably isn’t that dangerous!” He freezes as he hears a loud roar in the distance and the sound of people screaming. You look at him with a deadpan look. “Not that dangerous, huh?”
He grits his teeth in anger, wishing he had his sword in his hand so he could slice the demon to bits. “Dammit, let’s go!” He grabs your hand and rugs you in the direction where the sounds are coming from. “Sanemi, we’re unarmed! I can make it back to the house and here in less than 2 minutes!” You attempt tp tug your arm out of his grasp, readying yourself to rush back. “You just have to trust me!”
He doesn’t want to let you go on your own, but he knows you’re capable of handling yourself and grabbing the swords quickly. He reluctantly releases his grip on you, his gaze filled with concern. “Fine… just make sure you come back quickly and in one piece! I’ll hold off this thing until you get back.” You nod, speeding off.
He watches as you disappear into the distance, heading in the direction of his house to grab the swords. He can faintly sense your aura getting further away as you run off. He sees it’s a lower ranked demon, but dangerous enough to cause a hell of a lot of damage.
“CAW CAW,” He hears from above him, “MORE DEMONS ARE COMING!” His crow states, expression growing darker. ‘Dammit to hell, this is shit, where is she?’ He thinks. He can’t help but feel frustrated that you aren’t back yet, the uncertainty about your safety weighing heavy on his mind.
“SANEMI!” He hears you yell from the distance, “There were like 10 more on my way here!” His heart skips a beat as he sees you approach. He lets out a breath he didn’t know he was holding when you toss him his sword, to which he catches with ease. He surveyed your body and noticed fresh cuts on your legs and face. His expression quickly changes from gratitude to worry as he sees them. He quickly closes the distance between the two of you, surveying your injuries.
”Damn, these are kind of deep, does it hurt anywhere else?” He asks, his voice laced with concern. “No no! I’m okay, they just caught me off guard! I’m here now, let’s kill these shits so I can go back to flustering you!”
He huffs, trying to play it off like he’s annoyed, but he can’t fully hide the worry in his eyes as he looks at the cuts. “Idiot, you got injured because of me…  just take it easy, alright? I don’t want you getting hurt more than you already are. Don’t worry about ‘flustering me’ or whatever, just focus on the demons.”
You smirk at his words. “Who says I can’t multitask?” You quickly kiss his cheek, then run to where the demons were. “Sun breathing, sixth form, Solar Heat Haze!” You unleash your first attack, taking two demons out at once. Sanemi groaned when you kissed his cheek before you ran odd, and couldn’t help but feel a mix of annoyance for your teasing yet admiration for your skill and determination. He stands there for a moment, a hint of pride in his eyes as he watched you take down those two demons effortlessly. “You goddamn show off…” He mutters.
”Hey loverboy! I can’t do this on my own, you know!” He snaps out of his thoughts as you call him. “Of course I know that, you idiot! Let’s get this shit over with!” He growls, following close behind you. He twirls his sword in his hand before running into the fray.
-4.5 hours later-
“Oh god-“ You pant, struggling to catch your breath. “Where the fuck did that entire army of demons come from?!” He’s out of breath himself, panting as he looks at the numerous demon corpses littering the ground, finally turning to ash. He looks at you, a hint of exhaustion and concern in his eyes as he takes in your appearance. You’re covered in blood, cuts, scratches, and bruises, and he can tell you overexerted yourself in this fight.
You’re head began to feel heavy, and your vision was going hazy. You stumbled towards Sanemi, his arms reaching out to steady you. It was then when you both saw the deep wound on your right leg, turning purple while you stood there. “Don’t tell me…” He began. “Poison.” You finished his sentence, your eyes glossy with tears. “Nemi, it stings really bad, I- I don’t feel so good.”
His heart immediately sinks, and his worst fears are confirmed when you begin to lose consciousness. He grits his teeth in anger feeling a mixture of helplessness and anger at the situation. “Dammit, don’t you dare die on me, you idiot!” He quickly sweeps you up bridal style, and holds you securely against him. With determination in his eyes, he breaks into a sprint, heading towards Shinobu’s estate as quickly as he can.

pairing: chishiya shuntarou x fem!reader genre: angst (i love angst i'm sawry), unrequited love (but is it really), pining wc: 6.1k warnings: niragi, spontaneously written at 2am and under the influence, chishiya is emotionally constipated, is chishiya ooc here idk summary: in which you've known chishiya before borderlands and he isn't so fond of seeing you at the beach ao3 link > PART 2
Tumblr media
The first person you saw after the first game at the Beach was Usagi. You ran to her as soon as you saw her by the pool.
“Have you seen Arisu?” She asks you as soon as you let go. You shake your head in worry, your head immediately looking around and searching the crowd for the familiar shaggy mop of hair.
“There!” She exclaims and you both push through the crowd to get to him. He sees both of you approaching and screams your names in delight.
“Arisu!” You grin as you approach him. You immediately wrap your arms around him. He pats your back.
“You’re both alive.” He lets out a sigh of relief. You nod and let him go.
He and Usagi stare at each other with shy smiles, making you roll your eyes. You stood in between them awkwardly.
“Please just hug it out. I’m practically begging at this point. I wish the game just killed me if I knew I will have to see this shit.” You cross your arms and walk away from both of them while both of them follow you, no doubt still shyly smiling at each other while talking.
You sat on one of the pool chairs and Usagi sat on the edge of your seat. Arisu sat on the other chair beside yours.
“Ann was trying to test me,” Arisu says as he sat down on the edge of the beach chair, talking about the game he was in.
“When in Rome, do as the Romans do,” Usagi replies while you nod in agreement.
A girl in a blue patterned two-piece swimsuit enters your space and sits beside Arisu. She was tall, pale, and pretty and with some kind of stick in her mouth. The three of you follow her with your gazes.
“Your girlfriend?” She asks and nods at Usagi. She was talking to Arisu.
“What?” Arisu reacts, clearly caught off-guard.
You roll your eyes again but watch the exchange with a grin.
“You’re wrong,” Usagi denies.
“You clearly like each other. Why not date?” Kuina shrugs and then continues. “You’re never gonna know when you’re going to die.”
Whatever Arisu, Usagi, and the new girl were talking about, you tune it all out with your thoughts.
It was harsh but true. People always say, if the world was ending, they’d live to the fullest. In Borderlands, every day is your last day. You think back to Chishiya. If he was here, how would he treat you? Pain struck your chest at the thought.
Will he ever look at you the way Arisu looks at Usagi? All this time, you’ve been hanging on to your life hoping you’ll return to him. But is it worth it? Will he even like it when you come back?
“What about you?”
The girl looks at you with expectant eyes.
“What was that? Sorry, I zoned out.”
“You got someone to go back to the original world? I’m Kuina, by the way.” She gives you a sweet smile.
You nod, thinking of the nonchalant platinum blonde. “Yeah. I think so.”
She was about to ask more when a loud voice halts the entire celebration.
“Hey, stop playing that tacky music!”
Armed men enter the area. You recognize some of them as the men who tied you up when the three of you were caught spying on The Beach. Everyone stops partying upon their arrival, you even see some holding their breath.
“It’s the militants,” Kuina explains to the three of us. “If you want to live a peaceful life at the Beach, avoid getting involved with them.”
She begins to explain who the militants are and what they do. The muscular man named Aguni is their leader. They’re who are in power on the Beach along with Hatter and his devotees. A conflict could happen between the two groups at any time. You don’t doubt it. Such two different powers will clash inevitably.
Aguni and his militants stop by the four of you. He was looking at Arisu who avoided his gaze.
“What happened to your friend?” The question was for Arisu again. You raise a brow. You’re beginning to notice a lot of people knowing Arisu. He must’ve been in a game with the man back when he was with his friends.
Arisu stayed silent, a glimpse of his defeated self, lying on the ground passing by you.
“I see. He died.” Aguni states the obvious. “What a shame only the small fish survived.”
You frown at the clear insult to your friend.
“Do you know each other?” Kuina whispered to Arisu.
Aguni then flits his dark gaze to Usagi and then to you. You suddenly felt naked in your black two-piece swimsuit. But it’s not like you to cower. So you look back at him with the same dark but angry gaze.
“You,” he points at the arrogant-looking man with the gun over his shoulder. “Bring those women over.”
The man quickly moves to his feet, about to grab Usagi first. Arisu stands up in a heartbeat, shouting his protest.
“Stop it. Don’t get involved!” Kuina holds his arm as he stands up.
Usagi stays planted in her seat and you stand up, fists in anger and on your sides.
“Our boss said he wants a taste of both of you.” He says with an ugly smirk on his face. With you being closer, you could see the multiple piercings on his face. You feel nothing but disgust for this man.
The man grabs Usagi’s arm again and both Arisu and you stop him.
“Stop it,” Arisu repeats, standing in front of you and Usagi.
“What? Had to have two chicks to yourself? Don’t you know sharing is caring?” He asks Arisu and then asks Aguni. “What should we do about this guy?”
“Break his legs so that he’ll die in the next game.”
Your eyes widen at the words of the militants’ leader. You quickly felt fear for your friends. God, is this really gonna happen to the three of you?
The pierced man orders the militants to bring the both of you to Aguni while he grabs Arisu.
The tattooed man with a sword approaches you and grabs you by the arm.
“Fucking let me go.” You struggle against his hold, tugging your arm from his digging grasp.
Arisu escapes the pierced man’s hold and is about to head back to the both of you when the militants block his way. He can’t do anything. You can’t do anything. You were outnumbered and no one will save you.
You stare down the bald tattooed man, not letting him see your fear.
You look around, desperate for an opening or an idea to save the three of you. The people only look at the situation closely.
There was only one name in your mind. Chishiya. You have to get out of here for Chishiya. You have to make it out alive somehow.
“Is this a fight?”
The crowd made a way and came in the Beach’s number one, Hatter.
“Back off Hatter, this doesn’t concern you,” Aguni spoke up.
“I can’t do that. As Number One, I’m obliged to maintain order at the Beach.” He says dramatically, looking afar. Then he looks at the militants once again. “Can you let off the newcomers in my account, Aguni?”
All of the residents of the Beach watch as the tension between the two leaders rises. It was Hatter who first breaks the stare down and looks at the pierced man.
“Niragi?” He directs the question to him. So his name is Niragi, you thought. It’s best to avoid him. He reeks of danger and you are seldom wrong about your intuition.
Niragi looks away. “I only take orders from my boss.”
Hatter clearly takes offense at the man’s answer and looks at Aguni again with dark eyes. “Then let me ask your boss.”
He stares down at Aguni again, faces inches away from each other. “Who’s your boss, Aguni?”
Aguni doesn’t look at Hatter, staring ahead in anger. Then he turns to face Hatter. Everyone waits for the tough-looking man’s answer.
“It’s you, right?”
Hatter seemed pleased with his answer and whispered something to him. Aguni then makes his way out of the scene. You successfully tug your arm out of the militant’s grasp, glaring at him and moving away.
“All executive members are to gather in the meeting room!” Hatter announces to everyone.
The militants rush out of the scene and Hatter watches as they walk away.
“Arisu, you’re coming too.” He orders without looking at him, still eyeing the gunned men who have their backs turned to him. “I heard your potential from Ann. Follow me.”
Arisu looks at Usagi and then at you. You nod at him, assuring silently that the two of you will be okay.
“I’ll be back,” Arisu promises to Usagi who was still sitting down.
Your male friend follows Hatter and Usagi trails behind him in worry but stops after a few steps. You follow her and place a hand on her shoulder, staring at the back of your friend who was to be in a meeting with the executives.
“Usagi. He’ll be fine.” You tell her in comfort, mostly telling it to yourself too.
You turn back at Kuina, about to ask her if she knows where they’re going.
But what you saw froze you in your place, dropping your hand from Usagi’s shoulder.
You felt your heart drop to your stomach. That white jacket. That platinum blonde. Those cat-like eyes. Your eyes must be deceiving you. It can’t be.
“Shuntarou.” You sang as you entered the Doctors’ lounge room.
He was alone and it was so quiet you can hear a pin drop so you don’t miss how he audibly sighs. You giggle, well aware of the fact that you annoy the shit out of him. You sit across from him. He was reading some patient information with three books stacked on the coffee table in front of him.
As usual, he doesn’t even express his negative welcome with words.
“I bought you something,” you wave the paper bag in front of his face in excitement.
It didn’t surprise him. You always do this. Whenever you were out shopping, you had to buy him one thing. It was an unspoken rule you set for yourself. And it could be anything—no price range, no rules. One time, you bought him a plant. It died in three weeks. So, you set another rule for yourself, only inanimate objects as gifts.
You set the paper bag down and take out the box inside it. You know he won’t bother opening it in front of you so you open it yourself.
As you take off the lid, you excitedly say, “Tada!”
His eyes flit to the content of the box for a second and then to you before going back to his patient’s papers. He never says thank you for any of your gifts but you don’t really mind. He didn’t ask for them anyway. But you know when he likes the gifts. It’s how you know more about him. He’ll never tell you what he likes or dislikes so it was up to you to figure it out.
“It’s nice, isn’t it? Can you wear this when we go on our date?” You press him as you take out the white jacket from the box.
It wasn’t a date. But he doesn’t deny it so that was enough for you.
Before he answers (but you doubt he would), the door of the lounge opens and walks in Nakamura Hina. She was your senior in med school and a great doctor. She’s also one of Chishiya’s co-workers.
She’s nice and she never showed you anything bad but you sense that she doesn’t like you. You didn’t mind. There was a pretty long line and you don’t plan on opening the doors to any of them.
“Y/N, you’re here,” she states the obvious and gives you a tight strained smile. Her eyes flit over to Chishiya.
“Chishiya, Mr. Yamamoto wants you in his office to talk about the patient.”
Without saying a word, he was already on his feet, not even sparing you a glance and following Nakamura out the door. You stand up too.
“I’ll head out too! Remember what I said, okay?”
He doesn’t even acknowledge you and kept on walking. Hina was looking at you with pity in her eyes. You’ve grown accustomed to it. That was your reputation anyway–the rich girl always hanging around Chishiya Shuntarou.
When they were out of the door, you slump back down your seat and groan.
Before leaving, you fixed your gift back in the paper bag and set it down next to his things.
You hope he’ll wear it, at least.
It’s Chishiya. Your Chishiya was beside Kuina.
He was staring ahead of you so you purposefully blocked his sight, forcing yourself to be in his sight. It was so you to force your way into his life.
If he looks at you, then it’s real. He’s real.
His gaze drops on your face but as soon as his eyes meet yours, Usagi speaks.
“Y/N? What’s wrong?”
This made you look at her. “It’s—,” you look back at him but find yourself gazing at a crowd with no Chishiya or Kuina in sight.
He’s here in Borderlands.
Tumblr media
Scared to be alone in such a dangerous place, Usagi and you slept in her room. You lie on your backs and side by side on her bed. Inches away from each other, you could practically feel Usagi’s anxiety reeking off and unto you.
“Do you think Arisu’s fine right now?” Usagi finally thinks out loud.
You sigh. “He can handle himself.” You pause and think about the man you considered your friend. “He’s smart, isn’t he?”
You feel her genuinely smile beside you. “It’s definitely one of his strengths.”
“So you like smart guys too?” You tease her. “I get it,” you add, thinking about a certain genius doctor you know.
“Too? What does that mean? Your type is smart guys?” She gets excited and faces you on her side, leaning her chin on her palm and putting her upper weight on her elbow.
You purse your lips. “I’m not telling you.”
She shakes you and whines. “Come on. Tell me.”
You grin and lean on your elbow too, now facing each other like two teenage girls in a sleepover. Doing this felt like ages ago. You used to gush over Chishiya to your girlfriends who clearly felt annoyed and tired of it. But right now, Usagi was waiting and is so excited for you to tell her all about the guy you liked. It reminded you of how life used to be so simple. Now, romance was a luxury no one can afford in Borderlands.
“He’s a doctor.” You start. “We’ve known each other since we were kids. Our parents were coworkers and friends.”
“I was in med school too. We were both there together. It’s kind of an unspoken thing that we’re arranged to be married. I hated studying medicine. So I didn’t really pursue it after college.” You pause, thinking about much easier times. “Chishiya, though, he’s good at everything. He’s smart and he’s so cool. He isn’t like anyone I've ever met.”
“So it’s him? The person you’re going back to after Borderlands?” Usagi asks, sweetly and in awe.
You gave her a sad smile. “That was the plan.”
Her brow furrowed and formed into a frown. “What do you mean?”
You lie back down, looking up at the ceiling with tears in your eyes. It’s a good thing the lights were off. “I saw him tonight. He’s here.”
“He’s here?” She doesn’t hide the shock in her tone and you nod. “Why didn’t you go to him?”
“It’s weird.” You admit. “I’m kinda scared.”
It’s true. You were scared. At first, you were shocked but then you were scared. Chishiya were in the same deadly games you’ve been in. Needless to say, they were traumatic and insane. You don’t doubt that he won all those games but still, you were scared. One wrong move is all it takes sometimes. He could die any day here in Borderlands instead of him waiting for you in the real Tokyo. And would he care about you here? Without the threat of your parents knowing their daughter’s every move?
“You’re scared of your boyfriend?” She huffs, trying to lighten the mood.
“That’s the thing. He’s not my boyfriend,” you answer with a sad voice. “I was just this girl who chased him around. I didn’t mean a thing to him. I’m scared that he won’t care about me here.”
Usagi places a hand on top of mine.
“I’m sure he will. You’re hard not to care about, Y/N.”
You slept that night with a heavy heart. You’ve come a long way in the games. You sacrificed, killed, and bled just so you can come back to a life that was not even worth living for a man that was fighting for his life in the games as well.
It scares you a lot because as much as you do not care about what happens to you, you know that you’ll die for him. You realize that your feelings for him run that deep. You love him that much.
That very night, you realize that your goal in Borderland has changed.
It wasn’t to go back to Chishiya. It was to make sure that he gets out of here alive. Even if meant your damnation, you’ll gladly take it.
Tumblr media
The next morning, Arisu, Usagi, and you went around the Beach to gather information. There wasn’t much. You learned that there weren't any games beyond Tokyo and it wasn’t accessible at all. Whoever leaves Tokyo or the country, a laser shoots them from the sky.
The three of you assume that the only real way to get out of here was to play the games.
“I’ll go to the annex basement,” Usagi says as the three of you walk outside the building. “I’ll go get some food supplies and any weapons that we can use.”
“I’ll go with you,” you tell her. She nods at me. “I’m going to look for someone I know.”
You spun and nodded at Arisu. “I’ll look for some more information if I can, in case we need it.”
The two of you separated from Arisu and did what you told him you will. You didn’t find Chishiya. You didn’t think it wise to ask the residents of the Beach about his whereabouts because it wouldn’t be wise for them to know about your association with him. None of these people can be trusted.
When the three of you met up once again, Usagi began to tell Arisu that the Beach had gathered quite a large number of firearms and it was guarded.
“As long as they have those firearms, Hatter is dangerous,” Usagi worried.
You nod. “The militants too. They overpower us.”
Arisu stops walking, thinking deeply. Usagi asks him what’s wrong but he walks again and looks out the window.
Out there, the residents of the Beach we’re partying like there’s no tomorrow.
“The Beach,” Arisu starts. “A utopia built upon charisma. However, maybe that’s just our imagination. A utopia doesn’t exist in this world.”
Usagi and you look at each other, confused at your friend’s mumbling.
“Usagi. Y/N. I’d like to talk to you about something.”
He stares at the two of you deeply in the eye, waiting for your answer intently.
You let out a loud huff. “Why? What’s got you serious all of a sudden?”
Tumblr media
You were mad. You found Chishiya on the rooftop with Kuina. How dare him tell Arisu to specifically leave you out of his plan?
“Y/N?” The tall woman was the first one to see you approaching with heavy breaths and clenched fists.
“Why would you tell Arisu to leave me out of the plan? What if something happens to the four of you? What am I supposed to do?” You protest in anger.
“Kuina.”
He only says her name but Kuina understands him. She gives him a nod and taps you on your shoulder before heading inside and out of the rooftop.
“I want to help. I want to leave here too,” you plead with him and take his hand. He pulls it away from your grasp and your heart doesn’t miss to ache because of that action.
“What is so valuable about your life outside Borderlands, anyway?”
“What?”
“You spend all day swiping Daddy’s credit card and drinking with your fake plastic friends. And when you’re bored of them, you come to the hospital to annoy me.”
“Why are you saying this?” Tears well up in your eyes. It’s not that he was lying. All he said was true. You know that you do, in fact, annoy him. You don’t forget the evident irritation on his face whenever he sees you approaching before Borderlands.
You couldn’t help it. Even if the life you had before was dull, there was something about him that pulled you in. You know that he never liked you despite the association of your parents to his. But to hear it tonight, right when you’ve only asked him if you could be a part of his plans—that you want to help him leave The Beach and out of Borderlands.
“Just go back to your room, Y/L/N.”
Stupid. Worthless. Annoying. That’s what he thinks you are. You’re too stupid to be in his oh-so-great plans to leave The Beach. You’re worthless in his and your own life. Most of it all, you were nothing but a nuisance to him. He doesn’t even think of you as a friend. He just thinks of you as someone whom his parents thrusted to.
You agree it’d be better if you weren’t sent to this world with him. But you were.
“I’m serious. You’ll mess up my plan,’ he even adds.
“Why would I do that? What about the games I played? Do you not think I’ve won them with my hard work?”
He makes a tsk sound, staring ahead. It was chillier on the rooftop than expected and your long-sleeved shirt wasn’t enough to shield you from the cold. But you endure it for him and for this argument.
“No. You’ve won games on your own.”
“Then why?” You plead. “Why do you think I’m incapable?”
“I don’t think you’re incapable.”
“Probably not. But you think I’m nothing but a burden to you.”
“You are.” Typical. Unfiltered and cruel truth comes out of his mouth.
“Then you should just let me die in the games I will be in. That way, you’re free of me forever. You’d be able to come back to our life, Chishiya. I know it. I just want to help you. Because I—, even if I’m not your friend, you are mine.” You rarely call him by his last name. The only other times were when it was necessary so you don’t doubt that he felt the coldness in your voice when you uttered his name.
‘Because I love you’, you almost let out.
You don’t wait for his answer and turn around, leaving him alone on the rooftop with his uncaring face and his hand inside the pocket of his white jacket.
While his other hand, the one you held in yours, twitches against the cold breeze of the night.
Tumblr media
As Shuntaro’s childhood friend, his unfiltered words were nothing but old news to you. Every time he’d push you away and tell you mean things in disguise of cold harsh truth, you won’t deny that you feel a pang of pain in your heart for a millisecond. But, as aforementioned, with the years you’ve known the nonchalant cat-man, you’ve learned to tug that feeling away as soon as possible.
Right now though, you find yourself exhausted dealing with him.
Now, your feet have carried you to Arisu’s doorstep instead of yours. Despite knowing Chishiya before Borderlands, you weren’t brought here with him. You had your first games alone. That’s when you found Usagi and then eventually, a distraught and defeated Arisu lying on the street.
You spent most of your time in Borderlands with him and Asugi. The three of you joined The Beach together. Who would’ve thought you’d find your long-time crush and friend here as one of the executives?
But before knowing he was here, all your thoughts consisted of the guilt of survival. After all the games you were in, why have you survived? You didn’t deserve it. You don’t consider yourself a good person. You were high on privilege and you basked in it. Your life was pointless with no real hardship.
You’ve confided in Arisu when these thoughts occur. It wasn’t because he was good at comforting you. It was because he understood. He told you he lived a similar life before Borderlands. You picked each other up when he lost Karube and Chotta.
You knocked on his door while hugging yourself in one arm. Your head was all scrambled and there was an aching pain in your heart because of Chishiya.
“Y/N?”
Arisu opens the door to you with tears streaming down your face. His hair was shaggier than usual and he could barely open his eyes. You felt a bit guilty for waking him up so late at night.
“What happened?”
And then you spilled everything to him—the talk with Chishiya and the way you felt about the blonde. You told him how you felt cast aside on the plan to steal the cards.
In the dark of Arisu’s room and on his bed, you tore open your heart in front of him. Your friend sat quietly on the side, listening while rubbing your back in comfort.
It’s ironic how Arisu felt more like a friend than someone you knew for more than a decade. To Chishiya, you were nothing but a burden. Just someone who his parents wanted him to be associated with. His father is a great doctor and a good friend of your father, the owner of multiple hospitals all over Japan.
And you, you were studying medicine as well but you never particularly felt attached to it. It felt like something you had to do. You were supposed to inherit all of it anyway.
You don’t consider yourself intelligent but you had good grades up to high school. It was during college that you started to drift away.
Little do you know, your parents didn’t think you were capable of handling all your businesses from the start. That’s why they chose Chishiya. He was put in the same classes as you from high school up to med school. It was never spoken of but both of you know—Chishiya was being put beside you to marry you and have him take over the company. Chishiya Shuntaro, the genius child.
It was what your parents wanted. It was what his parents wanted. It was what you learned to want. It was what he never wanted.
No, he did want your father’s position. He was always drawn to power and control. And he will get it. But you were the weight that had to come with it. It hurts but it’s the truth.
You clung to him for a long while. But a person can only take so much. Maybe he finally had enough. Without your parents in Borderland, he was free of your childish antics. If you die out here, you know that your parents will still take him in. In fact, maybe they’d be glad that they’ve gotten rid of you. It was nothing but a formality after all—just to say that the next owner is still of your father’s blood.
Despite all that, you love him. You love all of him. You love him even if he looks bored to death when he’s with you. You love him even if he straight up refuses to teach you the lessons you have a hard time on, only to give you his notes right after and even quiz you on them. You love him so much that you accepted being treated like you were worthless and nothing but a pretty display of a daughter by your father so you can have him. If Chishiya wanted to be selfish, then so can you. If he has your position as chairman, then you’ll have him. It’s only fair. He can be happy with his power and miserable with you and you can be happy with him and miserable with your life.
Chishiya is a complicated person. You know that deep inside, he has learned to care for you. Even for a little bit. Well, that’s what you try to believe.
“I’m sorry for waking you up.” You say to Arisu when you are done venting.
Arisu smiles and sighs.
“Our plan, Y/N. It’s dangerous and I understand him.”
You sniffed and paused. “You think I’m incapable too?”
His eyes widened and he shook his head violently. “No. No. That’s not what I meant.” You chuckled at his troubled facial expressions.
“I meant that if I cared about someone, I wouldn’t want them in danger.” He explains himself.
You went quiet after those words. Was it possible? Was it possible that Chishiya was ignoring and pushing you away in Borderlands because he… cared?
You don’t want to hope… but god do you want to.
“He hasn’t seen you in those games. You are more than capable, Y/N. I know it. But I know that if I had the option, I won’t risk putting my friend in danger.”
You nod, taking in his words with understanding. You want to believe that Arisu was right. You want to trust Chishiya. But could you? Do you really know the man behind the rose-colored glasses you wear when you see him?
“Okay,” you sigh.
That night, you stayed with Arisu in his room after arguing with Arisu to let you sleep on the couch instead of his bed. You only didn’t want to risk seeing Chishiya if you went back to yours, especially when his room was a couple of doors down from yours. And you were too tired that you just wanted to crash.
As you stare at the ceiling of the room and feel the digging of your shoulder blades and hips on the couch, you think about the person you and Chishiya were before Borderlands. It hasn’t been long but you’ve already found yourself comfortable with sleeping anywhere, not bathing for days, and hardly eating anything at all. You hadn’t faced any of these hardships.
Arisu was already awake when knocking on his door woke you up from your slumber on his couch. You stirred yourself awake and stood up from the couch.
“Kuina,” you hear him say as he opens the door.
You rise to your feet and head to the door. Kuina’s stare lingers at your recently woken-up form but waves at you and greets you anyway. You wave back.
Kuina whispers something to Arisu and he nods then looks back at you. “Y/N. You can follow Kuina after you’ve fixed yourself, okay?”
You hate this. You felt like a child being taken care of.
Tumblr media
Kuina guides you outside the building after being holed up inside your room for the day. It seemed like the plan was a success and you were just waiting for the others.
You tap your foot repeatedly to aid your nerves. Kuina stood beside you quietly, chewing on her stick.
“It’s really hard not to have a smoke right now,” she sighs and talks to no one in particular.
“What’s taking them so long?” you couldn’t help but ask.
As if on cue, Chishiya walks out of the building with his hands in his pockets. You frown when there was no one who followed him next, no sign of the shaggy-haired boy and the athletic girl you’ve grown to love.
“I guess it’s time to say goodbye to this too.” Chishiya removes the band from his wrist indicating his ranking among the executives.
You follow him with your gaze but look behind him from time to time.
“Where’s Arisu? Usagi?” You ask him, worry evident in your tone.
Chishiya stares at you, looking at you with those unfeeling and unemotional eyes. You stare back at them, trying to decipher what he means. And then it hits you.
“No,” you breathe out.
You look at the girl beside you who hung her head low, not being able to look at you.
“Kuina?” Your voice weakened.
Your heart sunk to your stomach. Anger filled your senses and for the very first time ever, you felt hatred for the man in front of you.
“You sacrificed them?!”
He looks away. “It was the only way.”
“They’re my friends,” you complain with a heavy heart. “Arisu is my friend.”
“I feel really bad for them, Chishiya,” Kuina adds.
His gaze flits back to you. “Oh, is that why you ran to your friend’s room for the night after our argument?”
How did he know that? But why does he care?
“Yes. Because unlike you, he gives a shit about me.” You answer with spite. “How could you do this to him? To me? Is this why you didn’t include me in the plans? Because you know I’ll stop you?”
Chishiya doesn’t answer for a while. Silence fills the void between the two of you. Kuina stays silent by your side, watching the scene unfold with her eyes.
“Then go.”
His words held no emotion as he stared at you deadly.
“I betrayed them so we can go out. The three of us. But if you want to go, then go. Help them. I don’t care.”
You look at him and then back to the building. Arisu and Usagi were probably being held by the militants right now. You’ll be outnumbered and caught. But what were you going to do? Go with Chishiya and leave them to die? You thought about the awful things they would’ve done to the three of you if it wasn’t for Hatter stopping them and you felt sick to your stomach. This was not the game. You aren’t supposed to kill and betray unless you were forced to in a game.
Arisu and Usagi are your friends. Chishiya is your friend. You’ve never had real friends before, at least no one really felt like they were. Arisu and Usagi were the first people who made you feel like they were happy to be your friend.
You can’t leave your friends.
“You have the cards, right?” You ask him.
He smirks. “Of course, I do.”
He says it with confidence like he has the ticket to the way out of Borderlands. With this, he was so sure that you’d have to come out with him. So you can go out. That was what he believed you wanted—that you wanted to go back to your life before.
But he was wrong.
“Then you’ll be fine.”
His eyes widened for a second before they turned to something different. They weren’t as dark or lifeless as they usually are. Instead, you could almost see a hint of surprise and maybe even hurt spread across his eyes.
You jump to him and wrap your arms around the man. How many times have you hugged him? You could probably count it with your hands. So you take it in, close your eyes, and try to engrave the feeling in your brain.
“Take care of my parents and the hospitals, yeah?” You whisper in his ear and hold on for five more seconds before completely letting him go.
“Kuina, look out for him, please?” You ask the tall girl but don’t wait for her answer.
Chishiya still stares at you, unspeaking. You look at him one more time and give him a sad smile with tears in your eyes before turning around. You’re afraid that if you look back again, you’ll run to his arms once more and cry about how much you love him.
He doesn’t care if you do. It’s better for you to leave him.
He has the cards now which means he’ll be fine. He can get out of here. If there was someone who can, it was him.
He has no purpose for you anymore and you’ll only be a burden.
With that, you run back inside the building.

This was so hard to write so I decided to make it a short story. Love triangles are hard. But enjoy!
Yandere Baki Short Stories: The Friendzone
Yandere Hanayama Kaoru x Childhood Afab Reader x Yandere Katsumi Orochi
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Obsidian eyes shifted toward the door, his leg bounced up and down in anticipation. Where was she? She normally wasn’t late… it was two minutes past her usual time when she would come to see him. Did something happen? Was she okay? Did he need to send some of his men to fetch her?
Kaoru felt so anxious. So anxious. So anxious. So. Anxious.
Kaoru sighed in relief when the familiar form of (your name) peaked her head in the door. Her smile as bright as the sun when they locked eyes. There she was… thank god.
“Did you miss me that much?” (Your name) gave Kaoru a teasing look. “The train took a little longer than normal.”
“I’ve told you that I can just send my men to bring you here so you don’t have to pay for the subway.” (Your name) waved Kaoru off.
“I don’t think it’d go well if some men in suits take me into their fancy car after work. People would think I’m your wife or something.” (Your name) giggled but Kaoru didn’t mind the sound of her becoming his wife. They’ve known each other for so many years now… wouldn’t it make sense to end up with each other? “Just like people think I’m Katsumi’s wife.”
Kaoru felt his mood immediately soured. He couldn’t stand that she was also friends with the karate brat. And the fact that she’s known Katsumi longer than him.
“You don’t always have to make time for me to come see you. I know you’re busy.” (Your name) smiled warmly at him. Her hands fold shyly in front of her.
“I’ll always make time for you, you’re important to me.” Kaoru replied in a soft tone specifically reserved for her.
Emotions were not Kaoru’s specialty. He was what one would call… emotionally constipated. Kaoru could only express his earnest feelings through acts of service and gift giving. And it frustrated him that (your name) was so dense.
Kaoru had tried having relations with other women but he felt as if he was cheating on (your name) the moment one tried to touch him. He was only loyal to his dearest friend who had no idea how much he loved her.
(Your name) lit up at Kaoru’s words. Kaoru was truly one of her closest friends. He meant so much to her.
“And you’re important to me too.” Kaoru’s heart fluttered, his ears turned a bit pink. He knew she meant platonically, but he couldn’t help the excitement that seeped into his heart. He was important to her… they were important to each other. That’s all that mattered to him.
(Your name) took her usual seat in front of Kaoru’s desk while he worked. The yakuza smiled as she made small talk with him. Oh how he wished she could just stay in his compound with him permanently. How badly he wished she’d sit on his lap while he filled out this mountain of paperwork. He wanted her head nuzzled into his chest in the morning while he worked after a night of passionate love making. Kaoru wanted her fingers to travel over the scars on his face while she pressed tender kisses to each one. Kaoru’s fantasies were becoming too much for him to handle.
Day dreams often slipped into his reality, the possibilities of his love being reciprocated danced through his head just as much as her soft voice and gentle mannerisms. Kaoru wanted (your name) so badly… he felt as if he’d snap in a second.
Kaoru nearly jumped out of his skin when (your name) placed her hand on his. His heart pounded in his chest like a bird desperate to escape its cage. She had his full attention now.
“You’re trembling… are you not feeling well?” (Your name) furrowed her brow in concern, her thumb ran over his scarred knuckles in a soothing manner. “I could come another time-“
Hanayama took her hand in his and brought it up to his lips. Kaoru pressed a long kiss to the back of her hand, his dark eyes focused on her shocked expression.
“If it were up to me, you’d be here everyday.” Kaoru whispered into the soft skin of her hand, his gaze never left her eyes. He looked like a predator staring down his prey and she felt so small under him. “You still don’t have a lover, right?”
(Your name)’s face turned a bright shade of red when she tried to glance away from his intense gaze. “I don’t… I have no luck with such things. I’ve been so hopeless, my mother has been looking to match make me.”
Kaoru gently grabbed her chin and tilted her head up to meet his smoldering gaze once more.
“Well why don’t you just-“ a knock at the door interrupted them. Kaoru frowned but reluctantly released her chin. “Come in.”
One of his men came in with a nervous expression. “Hate to bother you, boss. But the business deal didn’t go well. We might have to handle it with a different approach.”
Kaoru nodded at his henchman, the yakuza sent an apologetic look to his (your name). He really didn’t want to call their time together short but work called to him.
“Can we reschedule for tomorrow? I could take you out to dinner?” Kaoru offered (your name) with a smile. This may be his chance to finally convey his feelings for her… they could make it official and finally eliminate the karate brat down the picture.
“Oh I can’t tomorrow, I’ll be hanging out with Katsumi.” Kaoru felt himself mentally deflate like a balloon. His hopes were dashed in an instant. Of course she would be hanging out with the karate brat.
(Your name) instantly noticed Kaoru’s shift in mood so she back tracked. “But I’ll be free on Friday if you’d like to have dinner then.”
“I’ll pick you up around six in the afternoon.” Kaoru told her with a slight smile. It was a date! Kaoru would finally take her out on a date! He was so excited on the inside.
(Your name) gave Kaoru a small smile. She wondered if she made the right choice…
.
.
.
“(Your name)!” Katsumi practically leapt at the young woman, his arms wrapped tightly around her smaller form. A big, goofy grin on his lips. “I missed you so much!”
(Your name) giggled as Katsumi swung her around in his arms. Katsumi had always been the physically affectionate type of friend since they were children.
“Katsumi, it’s only been a day!” (Your name) squealed when he dipped her down, his nose pressed against hers.
“It felt like a year. You know I don’t like being apart from you for long.” Katsumi whispered with a lovesick grin. His eyes filled with adoration for her. “Why don’t you just move in with me?”
(Your name) reached up and tugged on the blue bandana wrapped around his head which made him laugh. The karateka pulled away with a smile. “Hey! It took me awhile to tie that.”
“I can’t move in with a guy.” (Your name) laughed as she gave Katsumi a smile. “I’m not even married.”
“We’ve been friends since we were eight. Why don’t we just get married?” Katsumi blushed, his palms now a bit sweaty from anticipation. He’s always wanted to marry (your name), even before they became close friends. She was the cutest girl in his grade and she was the sweetest. Wouldn’t it only be natural for them to end up with each other? Katsumi knew he was her best option. “I’m sure our parents would be thrilled.”
“If that were the logic then I’d have to marry Kaoru too.” (Your name) squirmed out of his vice like grip on her. “You both are so silly.”
Katsumi frowned. He hated that she was friends with Kaoru too. He could tell the yakuza held a torch for her and she was none the wiser. Didn’t she know of the danger Kaoru could indirectly put her in? How he was too rough? How Kaoru looked like he’d swallow her whole at any moment?
“But you don’t have a lover.” Katsumi pointed out. “Didn’t you say your mom is planning on match making you with someone? Why not be with someone you’re familiar with?” Katsumi hinted at her to choose him.
Katsumi would keep her safe. His life was pretty stable and he had a supportive family. She’d be comfortable by his side. Katsumi would spoil her rotten with his love. He’d give her the world if she wanted it. All he wanted in return was to give her a baby. Katsumi would give her as many babies as she’d like. As many as he physically could. He craved that domestic life with her more than anything in this world. All she had to do was say yes and he’d show her all the love a man could give a woman.
“You’re funny.” (Your name) giggled. “We’ve been best friends for years, Katsumi.”
“You’re going to another tournament soon, right? I heard the competition is stiff.” (Your name) changed the subject with ease. Katsumi responded with a bicep flex.
“Do you really think I wouldn’t win when I have muscles like these?” Katsumi and her shared a quick laugh. Even after all these years, he was still the same, cocky Katsumi. “Go on ahead. Touch them.”
(Your name) giggled, her hands touch the large muscle with a smile. Katsumi gave her a smirk, then he leaned over to whisper in her ear, “don’t you think I’m husband material?”
(Your name) swatted at Katsumi and giggled. A big smile on her face. “You’ll definitely be a great husband one day.”
Katsumi bit his lip. How could she be so cute and oblivious. The man wore his heart on his sleeve and he made his feelings known loud and clear. Yet she always thought it was a joke. Can’t she see he’s madly in love with her?
The two continued to chat at the cafe. Katsumi would occasionally touch their fingers together whenever he had the chance. He wanted to touch her more. Katsumi wanted her to love him back. It was killing him.
Katsumi smiled warmly at (your name) as she talked, his chocolate eyes never left her face. He was wrapped around her pinky and he had no intention of it being any other way…
.
.
.
(Your name) threw herself on her bed the moment she was home. The young woman screamed loudly into her pillow to muffle the sound. She didn’t know how much longer she could do this… First Kaoru and now Katsumi… she didn’t want to think about this anymore.
She loved her friends dearly, she truly did, but she knew she couldn’t give them the relationship they desired with her. She just couldn’t give them the romantic love they craved. They were her life-long friends. That was all.
She wouldn’t be able to live with herself if she broke one of their hearts. They both deserved someone who could return the magnitude of their feelings and not someone who played with their hearts. (Your name) felt so much guilt.
So she pretended to be oblivious to their feelings. She had tried to let them down gently yet nothing worked.
(Your name) sighed and put her hands over her eyes. How the hell would she get herself out of this mess?
She didn’t realize a timer was ticking for her. That those two men weren’t going to wait any longer for an answer from her. No. They were going to make the decision for her.
Whether she liked it or not, she’d be one of their wives. The loser would have to deal with second best.

Constipated in the Men’s Room (fiction)
Gary arrived to the office at his normal time of 7:45am. He preferred to arrive a bit early so he could hit the men’s room to start his day off. Even though he was in his 50s now, he was still able to enjoy a healthy shit. Most days he had no issue taking his shit but he’d been constipated the past three days. He grabbed his newspaper and headed off. When he swung the door open, the bright lights flashed on, indicating that he’d have some privacy. Gary was never shy about going but he knew this shit would take some work so he hoped to be alone.
He chose the last of three stalls and slowly closed the door. He hung his suit coat up and slowly unbuckled his belt. He let his black pants fall to his ankles and he mounted the bowl. Within seconds of sitting down, his cock began gushing a long and loud piss into the water.
“Ahhhhhhh”, Gary moaned in relief.
He pulled out his newspaper and flipped to the sports section. A tiny but loud fart escaped his cheeks. Gary began to grunt a bit, “aughhhhh”. A few small pebbles of shit plonked into the bowl. He could feel a massive shit right near the exit but knew he needed to really work if he wanted to get it out. Just then, the door swung open and Gary heard the familiar click of dress shoes on the floor. Someone quickly took the first stall. Gary bent down and immediately recognized the shoes as those of Nick, the young buck of the office.
Nick dropped trou and collapsed onto the toilet with seconds to spare. An avalanche of shit blew out him in loud fashion. Nick sighed in immense relief. Gary could barely sit there since the stench was so bad. Nick courtesy flushed but the damage had been done. Trying again to focus on his own shit, Gary began massaging his stomach and grunting again, “oooooh”.
“Sounds rough over there”, Nick said.
“Yeah….didn’t sound too rough for you”, Gary replied.
“I’d been holding this shit in for 45 minutes on the train but goddam if I don’t feel amazing now”, Nick said laughing.
Gary went back to grunting, trying to keep his noises down to a minimum but it was no use. He had to bear down much harder which meant even louder grunting. “Hmmmph”, Gary moaned in a much deeper and louder tone.
“There you go pal, let it out”, Nick responded.
Gary ignored him and felt his shit getting close. “Argggh”, he said this time as a slow crackle began to emanate from his cheeks. He was out of breath and sweating by this point. Gary have another hard push and a log splashed loudly into the bowl below him.
“Wheeeeeew”, Gary sighed in sweet relief. He looked between his legs and saw a monster log in the bowl. He couldn’t believe how big it was and hoped the toilet could handle it when he flushed. He only needed a single wipe. He flushed but the log didn’t break up. Gary’s face went red and he quickly exited the stall while leaving the log for the next guy to worry about. As he washed his hands, he heard Nick let out another wave of loose shit. He raced to the exit before the smell hit him again.

Father’s Day - oneshot.
The dark room hummed with the sounds of monitors, punctuated by the occasional beep or click. Ollie lay quietly on the bed, feeling so nervous she was holding her breath. "Breathe darling, everything will be okay." The sonographer spun around in the direction of Henry's voice.
"He's right. Just relax and we'll get the scan underway in a few minutes." She turned back to continue filling out the questionnaire on her screen. "Okay so, I've got your height and weight. Your blood pressure results were also normal. I just need to know how you're feeling at the moment. Any sickness or diarrhoea in the last 24 hours or so?"
"No," was all Ollie managed to squeak in response.
"Any dizziness or confusion?"
"No more than usual," came Henry's immediate response. Ollie rolled her eyes while the sonographer laughed.
"Okay, and how are you feeling in yourself? Any depression or anxiety?" Ollie struggled to know how to respond. Fortunately, he answered for her.
"She's fine, a little overtired and nervous about today but that's all."
"Good. And I understand. But you've reached the end of your first trimester so you should start to feel a bit better soon. Finally, any stomach cramping or changes in bowel habits?" Again, Henry spoke first.
"She's been a little constipated--"
"Henry!"
"What? You always knew you were full of shit--"
"Oh my God, I could kill you!" The sonographer's head flicked between them both.
"That's perfectly normal. I would also start thinking of a birth plan."
"What should this include?" The sonographer was impressed with his attentiveness.
"Well, I would just start thinking about where to give birth, what your preferences are for pain relief and assisted delivery, how you want your newborn to be cared for, and so on." Henry nodded eagerly. "Anyway, let's crack on and have a look at your womb. I'm just going to apply the jelly now, it'll be a little cold at first…" He took his wife's hand and they smiled at each other expectantly. Moments later, a grey mass shaped vaguely like a baby flashed up on the monitor. Henry felt his breath catch in his throat. The sonographer smiled knowingly. "Ah, there we are. The first image of your baby… what do you guys think?" Ollie laughed with a mixture of happiness and shock. Henry remained silent until she peered up at him, surprised to see him so taken back. He swallowed hard.
"Wow," was all Henry managed to say. The two women giggled. The next few minutes passed quietly, what with the pair mesmerised by their baby's movements and the sonographer busy recording information. "Well, they're certainly a busy little thing…" He watched as their baby's fists bobbed back and forth.
"Is that normal?" The sonographer grinned reassuringly at Ollie.
"Yep, your baby's now fully formed. The organs, limbs, bones, and muscles are all in place."
"How come I can't feel them though if they're moving about that much?"
"Don't worry, you won't start feeling any movements until you're between sixteen and twenty-four weeks. Most first-time mothers don't feel anything before twenty weeks."
"How is everything else looking?" Henry looked at the screen pleadingly.
"Everything's looking good so far. Baby appears to be growing at the normal rate, and as you can hear, their heartbeat's nice and strong." He felt a tear roll down his cheek. Ollie was similarly overwhelmed. "Your placenta's hanging somewhat low but that should correct itself in time…" Ollie could feel her smile turn upside down.
"But what if it doesn't?"
"Oh don't worry, it's really nothing to be concerned about. It's quite common and as I said, it's something that usually corrects itself. Nine out of ten times, the placenta shifts to the upper part of the womb. However, if you notice any bleeding in the last three months of your pregnancy, you must let us know immediately." They both looked at each other concerned. "But please don't fret, placenta previa is actually quite rare and there's no indication at this stage that that's the case."
"What's placenta previa?" Henry cut in.
"It's when the placenta blocks or partially obstructs the cervix." The sonographer nodded, impressed.
"That's correct. It's nice to see your husband's been reading up. Placenta previa is problematic because it means the baby can't be delivered naturally. But we'll know at your second scan whether the placenta has moved or not. Until then I see no cause for alarm." But Ollie was still biting her lip, worried. The sonographer tried to reassure her. "Everything else is looking great though--"
"Can you determine the sex?"
"Henry, I said I didn't want to know!" The sonographer chuckled.
"Don't worry. Although their sex organs are well developed by now they're a bit too wriggly for me to get a better look. I should warn you though, sometimes you find out by accident at the second scan--"
"You mean, if his todger's big enough?"
"Henry!" The sonographer laughed again.
"Yes, but just let the sonographer know ahead of time and they'll do their best to keep it a secret. Do either of you have any more questions for me?" To Ollie's surprise, he responded immediately.
"Yes, when we will know the results of her blood and serum tests?"
"Her doctor will contact her within two weeks if the results are normal. If not then you should hear back within a few days--"
"And what about her due date?"
"Well from the information you've provided and the baby's measurements, her due date should be the 26th of December." Henry and Ollie's mouths dropped open.
"Wait, our baby will be born on Boxing Day?"
"Well, that's just an estimate. Usually, babies are born within a week on either side of the due date."
"So the baby could be born on Christmas Day?!" He was glad she'd asked because he'd had the exact same thought.
"Yes that's a possibility, but it's impossible to say for sure. So Dad, how's your Father's Day going so far?"
"Incredible… we're absolutely thrilled. Can we get copies of the scan to take away?"
"Yep, I can print those off for you now. Would you like a copy of the video as well?"
"Yes!" They chimed in unison. The sonographer then left them alone for several minutes while she put together the necessary paperwork. Ollie looked up to find Henry grinning down at her like a madman.
"So, thoughts?"
"Well I'm a little worried about my placenta…" He sighed.
"Oh darling, she said not to worry. Don't let it overshadow what a wonderful experience this was--"
"But aren't you concerned?"
"Not really, I've read up on placenta previa and even if that's what you've got, it's easy enough to manage and just means you'll need a cesarean instead--"
"But I don't want a cesarean!"
"Ollie you're getting way ahead of yourself, the sonographer wasn't concerned so you shouldn't be either. Anyway, what did you think of the baby? I was shocked to see them looking so well formed already--"
"Well, what did you expect it to look like, a sea-monkey?" Henry laughed.
"Aren't you happy though? She said everything looked great!"
"Of course I'm happy, I just hope everything continues going smoothly…" He leaned down further and kissed her forehead.
"It will sweetheart, come on, let's get you cleaned up, and then we'll get to my parents for lunch." Henry carefully wiped her stomach with some paper towels, placed a kiss near her belly button, and gently sat her up. The sonographer then reentered the room.
"Here we are, baby's first pictures." She handed a copy to each of them and he felt a lump in his throat once again.
"Thank you so much… we'll cherish these forever." The sonographer smiled.
"I'm glad I was able to help. I'm so happy for you both. Remember, you're free to contact us again if you have any questions. For now, just relax and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy."
***
"Wow, I can't believe this is our actual baby…" Ollie stared down lovingly at the black-and-white picture.
"I know, it seems so unreal… and yet there it is. Proof in black and white!"
"I can't see a nub, so it could still be a boy or a girl."
"What nub, what are you talking about?"
"Oh, haven't you heard of the nub theory? Guess you've got some more reading to do," she teased. "The nub is a tube that eventually develops into genitals. The theory goes that if the nub is at a thirty-degree or more angle, you're having a boy and for a girl, it's almost straight."
"So what does the picture show?"
"Well, that's just it, the baby was moving about too much for the nub to be captured."
"Well, I imagine at the next scan we'll have a better idea. The Cavills are well endowed so I expect at least a ninety-degree angle." She shook her head.
"I still can't believe I've bred with you…"
"What? If he has a widget as big as his brain he'll be unstoppable!"
"Will you please stop?! For all we know, we could be having a girl!"
"I hope so." She looked at Henry surprised.
"Is that right? I had no idea you had a preference…"
"Well, of course, I'd love a boy as well. But there are so many boys in the family already. And you know I'm a big soppy git under this brazen exterior, I'd love a daddy's girl--"
"Yeah, but I'm more of a tomboy which means she might be as well. Just cos we're having a girl it doesn't mean she'll love pink and princesses."
"No, but just in case, I'm down for having makeovers and my nails painted." She giggled.
"Will you promise not to make fun of her though? Regardless of whatever she likes?"
"Of course not!"
"Oh please, my dad made fun of everything. The boybands I loved, the clothes I wore, even the way I spoke." He regarded her sadly.
"Darling, one thing I can promise is that I will never be like your father."
"Good. I also want you to really listen to her. She has to have the best role model in you so she's treated well by other men--"
"She won't be allowed to date! Or get married… or leave home!"
"Henry, don't be ridiculous! They don't stay little forever." Henry harrumphed.
"Oh stop, they're not even born yet and you're already imagining them leaving home!"
"Well it'll come sooner than you think," she teased.
"Let's just focus on getting them here first. And I want you to promise that if we have a boy, you'll keep him close and do everything you can to protect him."
"Oh darling, of course I will. In truth, I'd prefer a boy. Growing up with girls was hard work. I've got no nephews on my side either. Just so long as he’s not a mini you, we should be fine…"
"What's wrong with him being a mini-me?!" She looked at him exasperatedly.
"Henry, I don't think I could cope with two Cavills teasing me nonstop, eating us out of house and home, and making a mess everywhere they go! Now, if he poops like you as well--"
"Oh stop, you're the gassiest out of the two of us!"
"No, I bloody well am not! You've got more hot air than a zeppelin!"
"Well, at least I don't sound like a burst one at night!" Her mouth dropped open.
"You little shit! You've got a cheek saying the mother of your child is loud at night when you sound like a frog in a swamp! Anyway, we can't bicker like this in front of them either."
"I think that might be a tall order…"
"Well, either way, I want them to feel secure and safe in the knowledge their parents love each other."
"Oh darling, they'll never question that. Even if I do occasionally," Henry shot her a wink and she rolled her eyes. "Now, when are we going to tell everyone?" She looked at him confused.
"What do you mean?"
"Well, we're nearly out of the first trimester, it should be safe to start telling everyone now. I can't wait, it's so exciting! How shall we do it?" She bit her lip.
"I don't know Henry, it still makes me a bit uneasy."
"Oh sweetheart, you can see from the scan how well they're doing. If not now, then when?"
"I suppose you're right. But did you really want to tell everyone today? I don't want to upstage your mother's lovely meal."
"Don't be daft, it'll be the best Father's Day gift we could give my dad. It's certainly been the best Father's Day for me. They'll both be thrilled, I promise." She smiled and pulled out her phone.
"Oh go on then soppy bollocks…" Henry beamed as he took the phone. He then quickly dialled the number and pressed the speakerphone button. Eventually, a woman answered.
"Mum? Hi, yeah we're on our way now. Sorry, we got stuck in traffic on our way back from an appointment. In fact, can you go fetch Dad? Ollie and I have something very special to tell you both…"

Sometimes when there’s a horrible problem and you see a concrete solution, even if the solution is not your favorite activity, it is still incredibly satisfying to have solved the problem. Anyway, recently I manually disimpacted a horrendously constipated and miserable patient, it provided an immediate relief when nothing else would, and by god that made me like the best nurse in the world. This feel was not at all undercut by the fact that at one point I excused myself, stepped out of the room, and frantically googled if I was doing it right.

WOWOW I LOVE YOUR ACC!!
Ah idk if someone has asked this before but what would Naga Scara do if the reader was really sick? Not that fatal that they could die but how would he treat them??
I'VE HAD THIS QUESTION FOR DAYS SKSKSK
gonna kiss u right on the cheek come here /j
BUT YOU HAD THIS QUESTION FOR SO LONG AND ONLY SENT IT IN NOW??? this is a warning to the rest of you. send in your questions 🔫
Anyway! I think that this would be even worse than him finding out about periods because you're not supposed to get sick. The moment you tell Kuni, he feels a pang of oh-so-familiar fear, which he quickly suppresses. Part of it is that same "Is this my fault?? Did I do something wrong??" anxiety, but it also has the added weight of millennium-old mental baggage. Illness brings back bad memories. He still remembers the end of Gurabad.
He's on edge the entire time. You might know that you're going to be fine and it's nothing that major but matter how many times you tell him, that restless anxiety won't leave him. He'll do his best to hide any fear for your wellbeing; he's stronger than that, above it, is what he tells himself. So, as you might have guessed, it comes out as anger and annoyance, making him very irritable until he's absolutely certain you're going to be fine.
However, if you watch him closely, you might notice a flicker of panic when he thinks your condition has worsened, or the edge of desperation when he looks you over. I wouldn't recommend pointing this out, though. He doesn't like being viewed as anything less than untouchable.
He already viewed you to be as fragile as porcelain before, and this just makes that even worse. He ends up watching you like a hawk, just as much to quell his anxiety as it is to make sure that you don't get worse. Anything you need, expect him to get it for you if at all possible, as quickly as possible. It's because he's genuinely worried you might die on him if he leaves you alone too long or can't get you something. He's a bit out of touch when it comes to human durability, but I guess that's fair. Any human would be delicate in comparison to him.
There's no immediate sigh of relief in this situation. He only starts feeling better when you do, and it's a slow process. For a few days afterwards, he'll continue to keep an eye on you. He's worried it might come back.
It's a tense situation for the both of you. His anxiety rubs off on you, not so much in a "am I going to die??" sense and more in a "why is this emotionally constipated bastard getting so worked up over the person he kidnapped" sort of way. It's really not a good time.
He felt a little embarrassed to be so "doting" but he was too worried over your health to be anything less. To make himself feel a little bit better, he expects you to dote on him afterwards. To even things out, he says.
"What? It's embarrassing? Now you know how I felt. Hurry up then, it's only fair."

you know what. free use hob. fuck it we commit to the porn trope.
au where everything is the same except there are official systems for consensual free use. and hob loves it, because he's a slut anyway but now it's official. he's basically the stress relief of his uni department -- his coworkers come into his office and fuck him over his desk, someone always has him in his lap during department meetings, and his colleagues are respectful enough to not interfere with his classes but it's hardly a problem for him to give a lecture while he's sitting on a cock at this point.
for extra fun, this whole system wasn't a thing a century ago. dream is... initially alarmed and then immediately very, very turned on, the first time he's visiting hob on campus and watches hob get bent over his desk.
-🐈‍⬛
I am aggressively hitting the AGREE button.
Beloved slut and communal cumdump Hob <333 I think it would be perfect for him. It helps him concentrate, makes him feel appreciated and keeps him in a good mood. Takes him right back to the good old days of soldiering and fucking around with his mates. Everyone in the department wants a turn with him because he's so adaptable and he can always make himself useful in one way or another.
Dream goes from 0 to 100 real quick when he finds out about this new system. He's a fucking idiot, so what does he do? He becomes Visiting Professor Morpheus Smith, thus making him a member of Hob’s department and therefore entitled to use the official slut.
Hob goes through like. 34 emotions at once when Dream - sorry, Professor Smith - saunters in and asks for a blowjob. He knows by now that Dream is an emotionally constipated idiot, so Hob just... rolls with it. He's wanted this for centuries so isn't exactly a hardship!
(Visiting Professor Smith has a very big dick, and while no one can accuse him of favouritism, Hob quite clearly moans the loudest for him. If they thought he couldn't get sluttier, they were wrong.)

i’ve been backed up for a couple days now. last night i kept waking up with cramps, but every time i tried to use the bathroom, i was too constipated to go. today i ate breakfast and immediately got indigestion. it’s been hours and i fee i’m like i just ate. my upper tum is churning and tight. i thought i was going to throw up, but i ended up being a string of wet burps. now i have to keep rubbing and prodding stuck burps out, cause the extra pressure is nauseating, but every time a big one comes up, it feels like everything is gonna come out
i seriously know that pain, my stomach gets like that fairly often. im sorry your tummy is so backed up and nauseated, that's really no fun. have you tried any laxatives to get some relief, and maybe an antacid or smthn for the indigestion? apart from medicine, heating pads on a lower setting really help me settle the discomfort constipation and indigestion bring. i hope you feel better!! 💚
