Confessions

Haechan gets jealous when Mark hangs out with his crush a lot (thinks they dating) and confesses. He also finds out that Y/N is Mark’s cousin.

"Yo Haechan!" Jisung waved to him as Haechan walked through the door. Jisung waved him over to the couch to watch some videos with him.

"Heyyyyyy Jisung what's up?" Mark said as he sat next to him

"Dudee I have to show you this video of Jeno's cats, it's hilarious" Jisung said as he played the video. Haechan payed attention for half of the video until his attention was drawn toward something else.

“Marrrrrrrkkk stob that!” Y/n giggled

“Bbbbut I dont want to!” Mark said as he dived to Y/n on the couch to tickle her.

“HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH AHHHHHH MARRKKKK IM GOING TO KILL YOUUU AHAHAHAHHAHA” Y/n couldn’t stop laughing until Mark finally stopped. Haechan couldn’t help but chuckle. Y/n was so adorable. That was one of the reasons he liked her.

“hahaha Y/n you are so cute I love youuuuu” Mark said with some kissy faces.

Y/n rolled her eyes and said, “ Yeah, yeah shuttdapp” They thwacked Mark’s head and smiled. 

“oWwwWwW” Mark whined.

       This moment filled Haechan with pestilence. These kind of actions has been happening for quite sometime and it didn’t take him long to realised that Mark and Y/n has been dating. How could Mark do this to him?! He had made too obvious that Haechan had liked Y/n for the past year and yet Mark just had to shoot his shot. Then, when Y/n got up to do something and Mark held on to them like a koala something inside Haechan just awoken he stood up and walked to Mark, ignoring the fact that Jisung was still showing the video.

“Hey Mark can I talk to you for a sec?” Haechan asked.

“Yeah sure buddy whatever you need. What’s up?” Mark answered, still holding onto Y/n.

“...I need to talk to you. Alone “ Haechan almost growled at him.

“Uh...okay I gotchu. Y/n I’ll be back. See ya” Mark said to Y/n.

“Oki doki” Y/n replied and walked away.

       So, Haechan and Mark walked to the practice room and Haechan blocked the exit. Mark gave him a confused look and Haechan just rolled his eyes.

“Haechan? Whats going on?” Mark questioned.

“....” Haechan just glared at him.

“Uhh dude are you okay?” Mark was puzzled with what was going on. There was a minute of silence. Then, Haechan finally spoke.

“So... how long?” Haechan demanded Mark.

“W-what are you talking about?”He asked in confusion.

“ Don’t play dumb. You know what I’m talking about.” Haechan said as he pushed him.

“Uhh what?” Mark gave him a strange look.

“All the giggling, hugging, smiling at each other, the evidence is there . You guys are dating” He glared at him with pain in his eyes.

“Who am I dating??? Haechan is u aight?”

“OMG MARK ITS Y/N I’M TALKING ABOUT.Y/N” Haechan shouted in frustration.

“oHHHHHHHHHH Haechan you got it all wrong I’m not dating Y/n you see their my cou-”

“BUT WHY?! WHY MARK WHY?!” 

Haechan interrupted him with a emotional outburst. 

“ You have no idea how much it hurt me when i saw you guys together,” He continued. “ I..have feelings for Y/n since the beginning of the year. She makes me feel safe, calm, and happy. I care about her so much that I-”

 Haechan’s voice cracked as he tried not to cry. Mark can only stare at him. Not sure what sure to say. Silence entered the room as a tear from Haechan’s russet colored eyes.

“You what?” A familiar voice asked

Haechan turned around to see Y/n.. standing in the door way.

“Y-Y/n did you-” 

“Did i see everything? Yeah.” Y/n interjected

“Well....Aren’t you going to say anything?” Haechan asked. 

Y/n said nothing but instead walked up to Haechan and gave him a small peck on his cheek. With this Haechan’s face turned a shade of a red rose. Flustered, confused,  and still choked with tears, Haechan managed to stutter out, 

“W-w-wait a minute. Y-you..a-and Mark.?”

“Haechan.. Me and Y/n aren’t dating! We’re cousins! That’s what I’ve been trying to tell you.” Mark finally stepped in.

“Oh..” Haechan realized and then became even more red. “I-I’m sorry Mark..” He apologized sheepishly.

Mark laughed and patted Haechan on the back.”Haha it’s aight Chan Chan you were just too in LoOoOveE with Y/n to think clearly.”

Haechan groaned and covered his face in embarrassment while Y/n punched Mark in the arm. 

“Markkk c’mon now!”

 Y/n sighed and hugged Haechan as he froze in shock. They quickly let go of him and scratched their head shyly. 

“So... Wanna get ice-cream?” Y/n asked.

“Sure!” Haechan agreed.

“Sounds great!!” Mark said excitedly. Haechan and Y/n both stared at him until he realized it was a date.

“Ohhhhhhhhh..Never mind you lovebirds have fun! Imma hang wit Jeno den” Mark said as he walked away.

Both of them rolled their eyes then headed out together, awkwardly holding hands.
